After being involved in a traffic collision, our vehicle was towed to this location. The tow truck driver was extremely professional and helpful. When it came time to release the vehicle to our insurance company, this is when the company’s true colors shined.I completed the requested items and emailed them back to the tow company. About an hour later, my insurance company called advising the tow company never received the documents. The insurance company put me on a 3 way call with Jessica. She was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to on the phone. She clearly hates her job and if Laguna Beach towing keeps her as a representative of their business, they will lose of business. To Laguna Beach Towing, don’t take my word for it, pull a copy of the phone call (9-7-21 at 9:45 am) and listen for yourself.I understand Laguna Beach Towing has contracts with local law enforcement agencies. I’m certain those contracts might be in jeopardy if you continue to employee workers like Jessica

The driver Juan broke my E-brake release & I have a witness to prove it- REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. Even the owner was extremely unprofessional, wanting me to text him?? Instead of communicating through the insurance claim? Juan also came into my local job & wanted to just stare at me... trying to intimidate me before of the responsibility I’m pressing. This whole company is unprofessional, trash, a waste of time & money. You cannot trust them with your vehicle or anything. They take no covid precautions either.

Let me first state that I called at 6:45 a.m. because this company states that they are 24 hours- however, when I called the gentlemen who picked up said hello. Very unprofessional considering that youre advertising yourself as a 24 hour towing company. Do not contact them if youre in a bind and need a reliable towing service to help at odd hours.
