I called social services for medical claim. Is not only I am waiting from these workers to do their job!! They did not send me any information. When I called them and waited one hour on hold. Two times ladys answer the calls and hung up. I could not even give them my name. I am really disappointed how lazy and unprofessional these workers are.

Awesome help with this visit. The wait time was a little longer than usual but the social worker made up for it. This is by far the best location to go to for EBT and MediCal issues.
