The worst billing Ive ever experienced. A complete disaster. Just go somewhere else. Really.
For the most part the place is OK. However, yesterday when I went in after I made a reservation system I waited in my hot car for over two hours. I was told I had a fever of over 101 which I didnt as I was hot from sitting in the car. At the end of all that I was told all the tests they performed were negative and to go home and wait for other tests results for 3-5 business days without antibiotics or anything. I got work people! I cant just sit home in pain for a week before you decide to help me! In the mean time, Im getting worse Im in so much pain I cant even describe. Today, I was told that they cant do anything for me and if I want to comeback. I love our health care system!!! Im sure I will get a nice $200+ bill for sitting in my car. What a joke!!!
Hoag is a great provider. However, if you are a cancer patient with a port and need more care and comfort, go to either Hoag Irvine or Hoag Newport for your imaging services. At Aliso Viejo the wait wasn’t long but the technicians didn’t seem to care about my discomfort at all during my MRI and CT. They didn’t have the necessary materials to access and flush my port so I had to wait in pain while they went to another dept to get them.
Waiting time is crazy long! I got an online appointment for urgent care and was there on time! After 3 hours I am still waiting to see a doctor! Literally there is no communication about waiting time. I felt nobody was caring about me. Very bad experience! Wont come back here again! Do not recommend this urgent to anybody. I am giving 3 stars only because of the doctor!
I love this facility... make all of my mammograms, mri, bone density, etc.appointments here if possible. Great front desk staff; very professional and nice! The “techs”, sorry for such a broad term for highly trained individuals, are thorough, thoughtful and professional! Love this place!!!
Had an appointment at 5:05 pm wasn’t seen until an hour after the appointment time. Spoke to about three different people and told them the same information. Little to no communication between doctors/ staff.
I started seeing Dr. Nadeau in August. I have been a type 1 diabetic for 40 years. My last doctor of the past 6 yrs had my program so messed up that my previous A1C came in at 8.7 then a 9.1. After seeing Dr Nadeau for the past 3 months, my latest A1C was 7.0. That is the best I have EVER had. From the moment I arrived at the office, they had already emailed the forms to me so that everything was prepped & ready for my appointment. Within 5 minutes I was in the office with his nurse & speaking with the Dr. in 15 mins. After each appointment, I get an email as follow up with everything discussed at my appointment with a game plan for moving forward, also documented results of each test. I cannot explain to you how much I appreciate this! I feel like I have moved from the stone-age into the space-age. Thank you Dr. Nadeau & staff!
Extremely unhappy. Rude & Unprofessional staff.I was there while the technician tried to put the information in to their system which should not take more than few minutes but takes 20 minutes for the recognition here.I asked if there is any problem forv2 times but she ignores and even does not have courtesy to explain to client what is going on.I took my papers & left and that was my last time.HORRIBLE service, Rude and unprofessional staff.0 SERVICE.
Great care and great staff, I feel it is one of the best hospitals in the U.S.
Im happy this place finally opened. They were fast and friendly and took care of me when I was sick. Definitely a good place to go if youre sick and in a crunch
Kind and knowledgeable staff. Really appreciate how I can sign in online and show up for a walk-in urgent care appointment, rather than sitting in the front room and potentially waiting for hours there.
They have friendly service and can get you in for an appointment fairly quickly.
