Renato is amazing. I always feel like hes family, and he will take great care of me no matter the problem. He can diagnose and fix any issue with the lowest cost for me. Even if I have a burst appendix Ill go to him to fix it I think. I know I can trust him.

I cannot comment on the quality of the service as I have not had a chance to have anything fixed there yet. The shop looks clean and the customers happy. One caveat for prospective customers: DO NOT ever reveal that you know anything about whats under the hood, as they refuse to deal with you. Likely, no easy money = no service in action.

The service is incomparable . This shop is more than a shop. The atmosphere is warm and honest the work is by far better than any place around . I am a satisfied customer. When I leave this shop I know the work has been done by a certified Mercedes benz mechanic who is honest .The integrity the owners have is enough to keep me coming back even to stop by and say hello. Thank you for everything you stand for . The words I wrote werent flowing but Im sure you get the jist of what Im trying to say.

Weve been a customer of Renatos for over 10 years. Unless you have to go to the dealer for service, do yourself a favor: youll be hard pressed to find a better place to go. Not only is Renatos work top-notch, he is always looking for ways to save you money on repairs. Several times he was able to repair a component that the dealer would only replace as a unit and for a ridiculously high price.

Renato is fair, quick, awesome and incredibly helpful.I love this shop! I live in Costa Mesa now and still come down to Aliso Viejo to see them.:) They do good work at a very fair price!!

Lucky I found this place, the service is top notch and Renato genuinely cares about his clients. Never had I seen someone turn me back from getting a service because I didnt need it, usually its the other way around. The prices are excellent Ill be getting my oil changed ever 7k mi now because its affordable. Renato the owner is truly amazing Ive heard other great stories about him from third party, he will try to fix any little thing he finds wrong in your car for free. He popped my bumper back into place, and replaced my headlight and blinker bulbs without me asking. Great service my experiences have been A+.

Ive experienced a lot of MBZ service facilities over the pasr 30+ years; some quite good and many not so good but I would rate these guys as probably the best. They are honest and seem to be more interested in customer satisfaction .rather than the usual up sell on repairs.
