Steve the repair man is extremely unprofessional. Hes had to come out several times and each time he was very late (5+ hours) or didnt show up at all and blamed it on the people at the office and never took any accountability. He also made phone calls at nearly 10 pm which is unacceptable. This last time, he just walked in my house without knocking and startled me. We werent ready because we were trying to put our masks on and I told him not to just walk in like that. He went back into his truck and drove off. I already paid for the refrigerator to be fixed and it started acting up again. So not only is this company unprofessional, they do poor work. The manager, Alex, is not very helpful either. Hes refusing to let me talk to the owner and was trying to get Steve back over to my house. I dont trust having someone who acts like Steve to be in my house.

Service is horrible cant get anyone to send me the part that I paid for. Service person isnt responding to me and Im getting the run around from the main office

Did not fix the dryer properly and had to get it fixed again. Told me technician had moved out of area when I asked them to come fix the problem.

Not interested in client service but only interested in making money.

Gentleman came out to repair my refrigator back in January. It worked when he left. I unplugged it a couple days after because I was using a different refrigator. I plugged it in a couple days ago and it did not work. Same guy came back and told me some story about whats wrong with it now. I told him that I really never used it and it is having the same problem it was having before he fixed it.He said he would call me back in a couple days. I called the office and asked to speak with a supervisor and never received a call back. Extremely poor customer service and they do not do good work. Very dishonest. Stay away.

Rip off, they will over charge you! Rude and no business card.

Worst customer service EVER. 1 month after nobody call me to let me know what was going on with the part that need it to be replace. Response from them oh we can’t find the part. Unit is 2 years old and they can’t find the part what kind of professional are they?
