Ignore the bot reviews. This place is great. Nice gym and the people and staff there are friendly. All these people leaving the exact same review at the exact same time? Has BOT written all over it.

Absolutely despicable customer service. Associates working the front desk are incredibly discriminatory and homophobic. Be prepared to be laughed out the door if you walk in expecting to purchase a membership with your partner. Highly recommend making any other fitness center your top priority, stay far away from this cess pool.

Front desk was very rude and discriminative to a married couple. Staff must be taught how respect all customers regardless of where they come from. Losing customers? Improve the way you approach your business.

If you dare bring your same-sex partner in for the couples discount, be prepared to be laughed and mocked at in front of other paying customers. Disgusting, immoral staff here, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Small, warm, and congested. After machinery use, members do not wipe down their machines and if they do its with spray bottle and dirty rags that have been used before to wipe other people’s sweat off the machines.

No thank you. I’d rather work out in the middle of the woods late at night than go to a gym where I’ll be discriminated against. Truly awful.

Rude and homophobic staff. As a business you are expected to remain professional to potential customers despite your personal beliefs. You need to retrain your staff at the front desk.
