The atmosphere at this Rent a center is awesome! Especially an employee by the name of Tabitha her customer service skill are amazing you truly feel like she cares about you not just the sale and that’s what makes you keep wanting to go back to this location. If you want to be treated great please go by this location they won’t let you down. They also had select queen mattress for as low as $75 come on you know that’s a great price stop by and check out what deals you can find. 😁👍🏼

My mother bought a couch from them. They claimed they sanitized and cleaned for all bugs and anything in the couch. They totally forgot about the ottoman that went with the couch and we had found 2 nests and live beg bugs. They claim that it wasn’t from them but it has to be. It’s the only “new” thing that came into the house and no one comes over. Only person that was getting bit was my mom as she’s the only one on that couch. They have been nothing but rude and refusing to take blame for their mistake. Do not buy from them unless you want to take the risk of dealing with highly unprofessional individuals and of course if you want your very own bed bugs.

I enjoy walking into the alice store. Mike Tabitha Oscar Nick and Ruban are always friendly and very helpful with me and my family. I can come in not in a good mood but with the friendly service my day turns around fast. There customer service is amazing always getting me to get stuff when they here me or my wife talk about things we need to get. We have been customer with them for over 3 years and I wouldn’t change it for nothing. People tell me to go somewhere but I say no rent a center is our family and we will forever been with them. There were bed bugs in the couch I bought and they refused to pay for treatment. Very unprofessional and rude. They say they sanitize the furniture but obviously it doesnt work!

This place is very unprofessional. Every time I would get close to paying off a payment they would literally cry for the payment every week. Very frustrating. The company rips people off. You pay more than what was expected, especially by the 100s or 1000s. DONT WASTE MONEY HERE.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS STORE MY HUSBAND BOUGHT US MATTRESS THERE AND IT WAS COVERED IN BED BUGS HAD TO GET RID OF IT THE NEXT DAY AND HAD TO KEEP PAYING!!!!
