DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! We attempted to pay our tow bill but Cynthia, the owner, said her credit card machine is down and cash was her only payment method. Because we use company credit cards we could not pay any other way. Cynthia said that her credit card machine being down was not her problem and that if we wanted to play hard ball, lets play. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. Please make sure to file a formal complaint against them on the TDLR website.
