PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!If I could give dealership no stars I would. Ive been taken advantage of at this dealership not once, not twice, but three times!First was when I just purchased my 2019 Dodge Challenger GT. I was actually trying to get an R/T, was pre-approved by my bank for the amount of the R/T, but the dealer said that my bank didnt approve me. So I got the GT instead, much happier with it. But a few days later I contacted my bank asking why wasnt I approved, they said they had no record of a auto loan check done on that day for the amount and vehicle I was trying to finance. Because I was told my bank didnt approve me, I went with Chrysler Financial and got the loan, but at a much higher interest rate then the one I would have gotten, had I went with my own bank.The second and third time are one in the same. When I purchased the vehicle, I also bought the Vehicle Protection plan for 60,000 miles. I was maintenance free for oil changes for the next 60,000 miles.Up to this point Ive only had two oil changes at this dealership and each time I had a terrible experience. The last time my car had to stay overnight just for an oil change!!But with the maintenance plan, which I financing for and paying monthly, Im supposed to get a FULL SYNTHETIC oil in my vehicle, because thats what Im paying for. Turns out Ive been getting the lower valued SYNTHETIC BLEND.I have absolutely had it with this dealership. I had to physically go down to the dealership, which I live nowhere near, to straighten this mess out because I had been calling all morning just to ask what kind of oil was used during the service and to ask a question about the Vehicle Protection Plan. But no one picked up or the voicemail box was full.I canceled my Vehicle Protection Plan, I dont even want it anymore, I cant deal with another dealership. Was given a voucher for 2 free full synthetic oil changes because thats what I paid for, but hell no am I ever to take my vehicle back to that place.Just please, dont go here.
Do not get service here. I brought my jeep in when my trunk was stuck shut. I had already been told I needed a new latch assembly by a third party. Bravo still required me to pay the $210 diagnostic fee (understandable because they need to know what’s going on as well). I dropped my car off Thursday morning and heard nothing until 8pm that night after calling and texting multiple times. They kept my car overnight and I heard nothing the next morning until I called again at noon. They said the foreman was on lunch and he would get back to me in an hour. Four hours later I call a few more times to find out they were quoting me $1308 for a $250 part. I have since taken it somewhere else and paid $450 for the total replacement. Even with the $210 and $450 it was still less than what I was quoted. The customer service was horrible and the pricing was outrageous. Go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE service and a waste of time bringing in my Wrangler, they kept my Jeep for about a week and not only did they have the wrong car on my invoice they gave me an incorrect diagnosis. So I went to my local shop and got everything taken care of the same day. This technicians are good for oil changes at best. They also keep giving me the runaround for fixing a recall, stay away from this place.
If I can give this a lower rating I would, I brought my truck in two days ago to have some potential issues looked at, I was told they would have an update by 1pm the following day but that didn’t happen. So after 2pm (keep in mind I’m running a construction company and I need the vehicle ASAP) I called her and went straight to VM, I asked to speak to someone else in service and no one picked up. I repeated this not because I was trying to be rude I just needed to know what was going on so I’m aware of the situation! The following morning I didn’t receive any communication and I called several times trying to reach the service department but again I couldn’t. So after almost 2 days in the shop without any update whatsoever I went in and spoke with the first person available and they didn’t know what to do, I was trying to be polite as possible and just told them my frustration with the lack of communication. They had not checked some of the issues I had requested and they also didn’t tell me that they had to order a part which was why they had to wait, again a simple text of phone call would have been fine. After discussion the situation, I expected them to keep me updated and it’s almost at the end of the day and I have not received anything. It’s definitely frustrating …

I had been interested in purchasing a vehicle from here and sent all info requested about my trade in, they just never got back to me even after following up. Long story short, I found a much better deal elsewhere and received amazing service. I have now unsubscribed to their email list about ten times and continue to receive their emails. This place is a joke.

Just bought a used Jeep from this dealership and had a great experience. They were a little uncoordinated among different staff when it came to email and phone, but once I got in the dealership everything went smoothly. They werent pushy, offered me a better rate than my credit union and a good warranty, and the car looks like new.
I feel like I should’ve read all these reviews about the poor customer service. I would have saved myself the trouble of taking my vehicle there again. A few months back I took my suv because my CTM sensor was malfunctioning.. I was told it didn’t “update” itself. After nearly 5 days and no call (no getting through and no room on the voicemail), I decided to show up and inquire about my car. Not one customer in sight to justify not answering the phones. The service advisor “claimed” he had text me the day before that my car was ready. Lucky for him I had the Mopar warranty to cover the total cost of the service.I towed my car there yesterday morning because of damage I accidentally caused to my alignment. I’ve called since 9am this morning because I needed an idea of how long it would take to get my car back and the estimated cost of repairs to coordinate a rental. I kept getting sent to a voicemail that is always full. I finally got through to a service agent at about 1:30pm and she placed me on hold for 20min. Got back on the line and hung up on me. I’ve been patiently sitting by my phone since she obviously has my call back number and the information I was requesting but absolutely nothing. It’s like she just moved onto the next person and left me with my concerns. Both receptionist are great at transferring the calls, are patient and apologetic (My one star is for them) saying service is really busy. I understand being busy but just the way things are handled is not ok. How many more calls does it take to get a response?
I enjoyed my visit to the dealership. All my questions and concerns were answered almost as fast as I can ask them and I felt welcomed. Kevin was an amazing help, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Now I know who to look for next time I go back in the near future as he was a very helpful.

While there to getting my truck service, I received excellent customer service through a knowledgeable associate.7 months after above.So I returned because I bought 3 oil changes and tire rotations for $130. Well, they cant me in the system. So I have to pay again. They offered the 3 again at $190 but I am good. They may lose the record again. They were still really nice about it.If you buy the 3 oil change and tire rotations, remember your receipt when you return.
I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership as a Certified Preowned unit around 4 months ago. The problems started as soon as I purchased the Jeep.First of all, after taking delivery I noticed that the hard top was not bolted down at all. Nope, not one single bolt was installed. I had to purchase bolts and install the bolts myself. This was supposed to be a Certified unit. How did they miss this???Second, I assumed this vehicle came with a second key because it was a Certified unit. I have purchased many certified vehicles in my life, and they always come with a second key. Its not a huge deal, but its still annoying.Third, I still have not received my registration for the 2018 Wrangler. Nothing at all. I have called the dealership 4 times and cannot get anyone to tell me where my tags are or call me back. It is very frustrating and Im not sure what to do. My tags expire in just a few days and I wont be able to drive the Jeep.It would be great if someone could reach out to me to resolve these issues. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review online, so that tells you how frustrating this is for me.

Love this dealership! Phil took care of me start to finish and even showed me how to do things like put my tops in the carrying bag. The dealer is pretty well kept and you see the employees using iMacs. Personally I like my JL Islander 25J package as a second car for the family for weekend trips and non daily commuting. Hella Yella for the win :)I think you cant go wrong with the fun factor of owning a FDC product. Just realize that nothing is perfect and relish the moments when youre feeling happy and free. Is there really anything more American than the smell of a new car, with the top down, and the wind in your hair? I challenge you to find a better overall experience in the area. Incredibly poor customer service. Unknowledgeable receptionists who are making appointments which cannot be honored. I made an appointment a month ahead with Jasmin the receptionist. When I arrive, I was told that everything Jasmin scheduled me for was unable to be done. The manager didn’t really seem to care that receptionists are providing customers with incorrect information.
I could not believe the difference in this place. They do things different from other dealers I have been to. I was in the market for a charger and Spoke to Ruben who I was referred to by a family Member. Who said you wont believe how easy this guy made it for me. Could not believe it even tried to give him a hard time and he just made it super easy. Definitely recommend for your next purchase. Professionals !
Do not buy your vehicle here. Do not go here for maintenance. I regret buying my jeep wrangler from this dealership. Everytime I had to come in for service it was a bad experience. Customer service is ONLY good when theyre trying to sell you something. Then when you need maintenance its a hassle even for something as simple as an oil change... Customer service is HORRIBLE. Highly do NOT recommend. The WORST experience I have ever had with a dealership. I only went here because my vehicle was under warranty.

I took my car in to repair which was still under factory warranty, I waited 1 months to call back asking if my car parts are in, I was told no order was ever placed, so I went in again to do the order, waited for another month, asked again, the service department say they didnt have anything on file, so I ask to put in another order, then I was told my car is out side of the warranty period by a week. By this time I am speechless. A dealership that lies and cheats customers to get their way out of a warranty, how can this place still be in services?

This was my first time dealing with Bravo, by far it has been the best experience taking a vehicle to a Dealership for service, made an appointment for Saturday morning 4/24 and was greeted by Christian Ascencio service adviser, he reviewed the work that my Jeep that was needed, the best part was that he made me feel I was in good hands, he also recommended other services that I was already thinking of doing, however those parts would have to be special order and he assure me that he would follow up.So I left to have breakfast assuming I had the rest of the day to wait for my Jeep, when Christian tested me to advise that my Jeep was ready for pick up, when picking up my jeep he reviewed what still needed to be done and said he would follow up, I have receive couple texts keeping me inform of the status of my parts, Tuesday he texted to advise the part for my Jeep was in, he was able to accommodate my busy schedule and made an appointment I could work with. so looking forward to take care of my new add-ons to my Jeep.
I recently purchased a Dodge Charger from this Dealership and the people seemed honest and nice, but as soon as I was done signing for my new vehicle, I started feeling like I was being pushed out the door. I asked a few questions about a second key and they said to call or come back during the week to see about the second key( they even promised the Dealership price) and I called for about 3 weeks and left messages and still no response. Seemed too good to be true, but they shouldnt lie to there costumers like that.

Brought in my Pacifica for a battery issue. Drove further out because this dealership had better reviews than the two that were closer to me. The staff are generally friendly, but it is readily apparent that they are understaffed. Whether or not this is due to COVID-19 or the norm, it was apparent. Most people were wearing masks properly, a few had them, but not covering their nose, which defeats the purpose.Once my car was left at the dealership due to lack of technicians available, I didnt hear any status updates. I had to call, twice. I understand if they were waiting for a part or there was an issue that would take longer than normal fix, but I would have at least appreciated an update with an ETA or to at least tell me that my car wont be ready. I am working from home and would need to get permission in advance from my employers to pick up the vehicle as well as arrange for transportation there.They did not wash exterior of the vehicle and said it was unavailable when I asked. They did promise to sanitize the inside of the vehicle, but honestly other than a plastic over being removed from the seat, I couldnt tell if they did or not. I was expecting a better experience based on positive reviews on Google. It wasnt horrible, but also nothing special or outstanding.
Just socks!!!! if you don’t buy the car from them then don’t go for service them oh my gosh service department just lying!!!!! Service manager drove the almost brand new defective car and saw the problem after one week they told me they didn’t see any problem!!!! Really I am sure karma happen for every people who lied to me.

I came here over a month ago to get an ABS sensor swapped out, the part was on back order & the service/parts department told me I’d be getting a call back in the next couple weeks. One month later and I never got a call, turns out the part was never ordered, but I had already spent $200 on the inspection deductible so there was no turning back. I called them and they told me it was their mistake, and that the part was now ordered. I didn’t receive a discount or a sorry about the whole ordeal. I was better off ordering the part and doing the job myself, never again.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler here and they have good prices. I live about 3 hours away. My salesman was great. My issue was with finance. When I bought the Jeep, finance was really pushy about selling me a Mopar Maintenance package. It included 8 oil changes and tire rotations for about $900. I specifically asked if they had a free maintenance program for new cars and he said no. I agreed since I need full synthetic oil changes anyway. The first time I took my Jeep in to my local dealer, they told me I had free maintenance for the first two years. This really pist me off since I paid for a $900 maintenance package that had a 4 year expiration date. I called numerous times throughout the year to cancel my service contract. I could never get transferred to the right dept. Nobody knew what I was talking about. Because of Covid19, it didnt make it easy to just make a 3 hour trip to Southern California. I finally make a trip to the dealer and cancel it at the 2 year mark. One of the dealers screwed up and used my Mopar maintenance plan instead of the free Jeep Wave oil changes. Once I was able to cancel it, Mopar only refunded $450. I lost $450, time, and extra fuel to drive down to Alhambra to cancel this Mopar Maintenance Package I didnt need. MAKE SURE YOU ASK SOMEONE ELSE IF YOUR CAR COMES WITH FREE OIL CHANGES before you buy any services for your Mopar vehicles. Save you time and money.

No integrity. Unfortunately, thats what comes to my mind when I think of Bravo Alhambra. I bought a pre owned car from them in January.Im an older lady and was shopping alone and trusted the staff. The car I purchased had 34k miles on it, a 2016 Dodge Journey. One of the questions I asked was about the tires, I asked if the tires were good because they looked a little worn to me, but the sales lady, Corrine, and her manager both assured me that the tires were indeed very good. Like I said, I was trusting these people. Its a big purchase and I was depending on them3 thousand miles later, I took it in to Bravo for the first oil change.Thats when they highly recommended that I get new tires, that the tires were bald and in bad shape. I explained that I had just bought the car from them 3 thousand miles ago and at the time of purchase they told me the tires were very good, I asked if they could do anything about replacing them for me, I felt I shouldnt have to buy new tires already, and they said no, they could help me by selling me tires but thats all.Wow! Really? NO INTEGRITY and NO HONESTY here. Just because you can get away with something, does not make it morally right.I also havent received my license plates and when I called Bravo three months after I bought the car, I was told the plates will come soon, there is no problem. I called again a week before the paper plates were due to expire and was told this time, that Bravo didnt file the paperwork, and if I was pulled over and ticketed for having expired paper plates they would pay the fine. Really? This is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!It is almost May and I still have no plates. I bought the car in January.There are so many places to buy a car, I would think very carefully about buying one here.I run a small business and know the importance of being honest and making an honest dollar. My experience with Bravo has reminded me that not all companies have the same core values.I am a very positive and upbeat person. I do not leave negative reviews. Bravo really dropped the ball.

This was my 1st time there for service had a great experience. My service rep Craig Rodgers was fantastic came out to greet me and explain to me why the check engine light went off and that the warranty should cover the work. Few hours later got a call from Craig to let me know the work was done and that my car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my vehicle I spoke to Craig he explained what was done to my Grand Cherokee. Will definitely go back for service at the Alhambra Jeep dealer.
Bought a 2021 Charger, credit was approved and contract signed. A week later I get a letter from CDJR financing saying they can’t proceed and need me to call them. I’ve called 3 times, left 2 voicemails, over then span of a week, and my partner has called and left voicemails as well. I have yet to talk to anyone that can help

On September 2020 I took in my vehicle because my Dodge Charger sensor weren’t working properly and also my radio was acting also the speakers kept making cracking noises and the next day after dropping it off I got a call that they had ordered new parts for it and I got it back 3 days later. 2 days later after picking up my vehicle the same issues kept occurring with the radio and speakers which they had told me they had put new speakers and I called them and they kept telling me the person I had dropped it off to wasn’t there and during the week I kept calling and just kept hearing excuses and excuses that the person was too busy or was out on lunch or didn’t go in i took it in again and got nothing done with it. That same attitude they have when they want to sell a car they should have when it comes to fixing it.
Messed up the wiring while replacing a part on my car and won’t admit it. And quoted me over $400 for a $35 part that doesn’t even require disassembly.
We had an appointment at 9am we drove 3hrs to get there... the sales person got there until 10am. Then a rico suave manager or who he claims to be the head of the place approach us to apologize but didnt do much. The sales lady was very nice but she didnt know much about the car or about English language, but she try her best but when you want to purchase something your really need to understand everything. Then we finally got into the price of the car, they were claiming that it was a true value price and it cannot go down. Well another IT sales man or whoever was came and said the same thing and when I ask him about the website with the discount available in this model he said well let me see what can I do in a tone like i ask him to eat brocolli with ketchup or something... then he came back with a $50 discount, then I told him he lied at what he replied not he didnt know and started to be more aggressive and turn red... he didnt want to sell the car, or he didnt need to because they will be tons of people trying to buy...very very rude dude. I know customer service is bad but wow I think this dude doesnt want to work here. At the end Miss sales Spanish speaking lady comes and say that they were going to fixt a plastic part of the car but they never did. At one point she says oh yes we lie a little smilingly.
Amazing experience here at Bravo. My Parents recently bought a jeep from Bravo. Thanks to Chris for helping us. hes really knowledge about the jeep gladiator. will recommend all friends and family to go there.

Started out good, saw a used Jeep compass seen good for the price but went in to see if I could negotiate the price with the first dealer but got passed off to another dealer which I thought was a little shady. I was bringing in a pre-approved loan but the first dealer still wanted to run my credit. I left and will try to find my car somewhere else.
Very disappointed with service department. Came here with Jeep Grand Cherokee still under warranty. Asked a serviceman Joaquin to fix a knocking noise from front air suspension but on the next day after my call they’re says everything is ok! Noise still there and I hear every single bump stop/dip. I’m very familiar how everything supposed to be, I told him. After diagnosis Joaquin says water pump needs to be replaced... “we gonna order it and will give you a call in the next few days” - nobody called me back. I have no idea why dealer refuses to do all labor with a car. At least I have $100 warranty deductible. Never again will back to this place.

*************Buyer Beware!*************Every vehicle comes with a Stargard theft security system for $1450. You cant cancel it, and they claim it makes your Insurance go down. Its BS, saved maybe $1. My statefarm agent told me to cancel it, which they wont. Contacting BBB on this shady hidden charge! They also will low-ball on you on your trade in and upsell you on Warrantys. That you dont need. Do yourself a favor, and go to another dealership. Shady tactics!
Best experience I have EVER had at a dealership . Did not feel pressured at all and the staff was all wonderful!!! I would like to point out my salesman Humberto Reyes for being such a great help ! He showed me my options and did not make me feel pressured at all !! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!!
Worst service ever, I felt tricked to buy a car I didn’t want and I got the worst interest rate ever!! Wow I was tired and hungry and all I wanted to do is go home, so I was pushed on buying a car and I felt pressured smh, I’m just giving the car up I don’t want, $350 payment and $50 goes to total and $300 in interest smh
