Really a safe and enjoyable community to live in L.A. We choose this place because its got a geometric center location on the map, either on account of a warm reception phone from Kyle. The property company really got a group of nice crews out there.Spent several months in Luxe 1801I gotta say, we had our wonderful time here with our family and friends. We held our party and grilled the meat in the yard. The gym and the pool does help build my figure and they are always clean. The views upstairs are also pleasant. Theres a private parking spot in the garage, but the curbside is also always available in the day time.Ill recommend this community to my friends if they got an accommodation plan.

Never wrote a review about anything till this day but living here is terrible. My tires were stolen at my parking spot. Anyone could easily come in and out. Cant wait till my lease is up and find a safer place to live.

Nice place with easy access to the supermarket and resterauns nearby in Alhambra and Montery Park. The appartment manager, Carol, is oweome. She is vefy patient and reolied to my emails fast. The apartment is excellent.

Is it near to monterey park ? Got a job in that park.. would be moving there ..what school is belonging to this apartment ? Please advise.

Well.. many reviews say they havent received the deposit. But I received mine. I guess it just depends...People who did not receive the deposit are more likely to leave the comment because thats how most people leave the review... to complain. People who moderately satisfied probably dont bother to take time to write a review.I actually enjoyed living here. Best part about this place is the view. The apartment itself is located high and no high buildings around the apartment. You will see the most beautiful sunset and sunrise right at where youre living. You can see the rainbow after raining.. you may think its not that important part to consider but watching the sunset while drinking tea at the balcony made me so happy and definitely enhanced the quality of my life.I also liked how you can receive the packages through the machine where it stores all the packages and you just need to press the passcode to receive it. Dont need to be aware of office hours to receive the packages anymore!All Staffs are very professional. They may not be the most kind people in the world. But you can rely on them in terms of solving the issues.👍Now, downside is the price. This place is very expensive. I honestly think this place is overpriced and they should stop spending money on renovating the place and focus more on finding way to lower the price.. this place and staffs are all great but the price is what stops people to choose this place.

Carol the manager is amazing. So is Kyler the maintenance man. Beautiful grounds and views.

I emailed Carol the night before regarding my sink pipe issue and she immediately addressed my issue and had a service technician resolve my issue. Carol Requeno has always handled all of my requests professionally and promptly. She is an excellent community manager.

I was very pleased with the speed of the response to my concerns.The only improvement I can see to this process is to add documentation of what was found and corrected, a checklist if you will.I looked for a document to let me know work was completed and what steps were taken to correct the issues found.

Professional and courteous. Prompt responses to questions asked. All in all, pleasant and stressfree move in process .

AVOID. Took forever to respond their phone calls AND emails. Feels like their staff have billion of tasks to do every single day. They responded immediately when I was interested in their apartments. Once they got my lease signed, their service became super duper awful that made me wanted to end the lease. Right now, Im still waiting for them to return my deposit after my lease has ended 2 months ago. Have been told by David, one of their staff that I should be getting my check in 3 weeks after it ends. Contacted them 2 weeks ago and still no responses. Management is ridiculously inefficient.

Too Expensive. I asked how much it was and they asked me where I found them from and prices different compared to where you found their location. They quoted me $1800 a month. Thats ridiculous
