One of the best gyms I have ever been to. Friendly staff, especially the manager! She is always so welcoming and professional.FITNESS 19 takes cleanliness very seriously, and it shows. Support great gyms like this one.
Long story short...tried to cancel membership years ago. Thought I did successfully, only to realize they were still taking monthly fees out of my acct. at that time. So I called my bank and put a block on them from taking money out.Well it’s been a year and for some reason they were somehow able to start taking the money out again. They are very uncooperative when you try to cancel!! They make it virtually impossible, as I tried to do it in person several times and was told excuse after excuse...”manager isn’t here” “have to come at a specific time” that was under the old ownership and now the new owners seem even worse.Buyer Beware!!! Don’t ever sign up and give your personal account info!!This is a bad review for this business but it is also a warning to others! It’s a scam, it’s a trap. Now they tell me I can’t cancel until I pay over $300 and also that if I do t they are sending me to collections.Horrible business
For years we enjoyed the club and paid on time and per our contract. When we could no longer use the facilities, we cancelled per their contract specifics. For OVER A YEAR, they still keep charging our credit card and we need to dispute every month. It is a pain and management is not any help in rectifying the situation. It’s a shame because this club used to be high on my list of recommendations, but because of this experience I would NEVER recommend anyone join. I don’t know if this is a company wide issue or Algonquin issue only but please be aware.
They have had a change in management and the new management does an excellent job very clean and equipment is changed out regularly.
This club is actually amazing, although I have had some misconceptions, it is a very nice club to be in. It gets the workout done and with not many problems. But I have been wanting there to be a basketball gym, at least one, or a swimming pool. It would attract many more people and make the review go way up. Hopefully I get a reply from the owner about this so he can answer whether or not there will be any of these facilities soon. Also, how many signatures would u want on a petition so we can get a basketball gym or swimming pool?
Great place to just got the weights and chill. Not too crowded and enough space to keep your focus!
No frills but all the equipment you need for weight training. Is it a bit dated and there is never a customer service person available when I went to sign up, guess you dont want the business.
For what it offers for a small gym and pricing, I definitely recommend it. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Been going to this gym for years now, and I love it! Never any issues, staff always takes care of issues if they are made aware of them. Friendly staff, Sean is always willing to help out in any way he can! Can’t beat what you get for the price!
Doors are sometimes locked and you can’t get in. So frustrating!! They need to have employees on site to address this during business hours
Truly an amazing gym environment!! The trainers are incredibly encouraging and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals.
The gym is a mess since the new owners took over. Its so dirty, and they expect the members to do all the cleaning. The equipment is old and falling apart or broken, and theres leaks in the ceiling.
When I brought the fact that I lost time on my 2020 membership to the staffs attention due to COVID shutdowns, they promptly extended my membership by 6 weeks. Then when that ran out, they renewed my yearly membership at the 2020 rate!
Haven’t gone here in awhile. I had on my notes to cancel. I work at a hospital and with everything going on I haven’t had the time to go in to the gym to sign the waiver. I was just charged the yearly fee as well which made me remember to call. I called and spoke to the new manager and was told he can’t do anything about the fee and I have to come in and sign the waiver in order to cancel it. Which during a time of Government telling you to stay indoors seems crazy to me. I found this customer service to not be beneficial in a time I was asking for help. I asked if he can just cancel it and when I have time I can come in.
Come here almost daily. The facility is well kept and the staff are friendly. Heavy lifting is welcome here
The staff here is always having a blast which makes for a wonderful atmosphere!
This is easily one of the most unprofessional establishments Ive ever been to. Showed up in the middle of the day to cancel my account and there wasnt a single representative to help me. Left, called twice, no answer. I came back hours later and someone finally helped me.
I LOVE FITNESS 19!!! I wasnt sure about joining a gym due to the normal pretentiousness that is present in most work out facilities... When I went there I was very pleased with how I was received and how flexible the Fitness 19 team was with regards to helping me meet my current fitness goals. The gym has an awesome vibe with inspiring personal trainers that offer one on one sessions as well as group sessions. Fitness 19 has a great, caring and knowledgeable staff. The facility is very clean and they have a beautiful childcare area with very attentive childcare providers. I highly recommend Fitness 19 to anyone who is serious about getting into the best shape of their lives!
I have tried many gyms over the last 10 years and this one not only has great prices it is also very welcoming and clean! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and the kid place is great, my toddlers loved it and I also love how you have options on how to pay for the kid place so its not like you are forced to pay a certain amount and not get your moneys worth. I just had my husband switch to this gym from another that had close to the same rates but no kid place and less equipment. Super happy with this gym.
Have been a member since 2015. Worked with multiple trainers there since then and have lost 35 pounds of fat and have put on 15 in lean muscle. The trainers are top tier and are looking to help at the gym as well as in your personal life. Got me on a diet that worked for me and trained me through a tough point in my life. Wouldnt trade my past experiences here for any other gym. Thank you to everyone who helped me in the past 3 years!!
I have been going to Fitness 19 for about two years now. It is a very welcoming gym with many helpful employees. I always can count on being greeted by a smiling staff member when I am there. They are constantly offering awesome deals/promotions and are always willing to work with the members one on one to be sure that they are satisfied. The level of cleanliness is always above standards. Truly wouldnt want to belong to any other gym.
Staff is friendly and welcoming, I joined with my wife and we immediately joined Reese’s morning training class that meets 5 days a week. After one month I feel healthier and have more energy each day. The gym is family friendly and well priced.
It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles like some of fancy gyms in the area, but it does the job I need to do!It’s clean, updated equipment and friendly staff.I really Don’t care about the extras
Ive been going here for a while now, I love it ! Ive never had a problem here . Its clean & love the colors and big fans.
From my experience of fitness centers this is the best by far. Its large enough to give you all the room and equipment you need and small enough to not be overwhelming like lifetime fitness. If youre looking for a great price and an amazing place to workout, this is it!
Everyone is very respectful. Decent amount of equipment. If you go at the right time you never have to wait for a machine. A lot of the trainers offer tips and points free of charge without you even asking. Ive been to several other gyms in the area, besides lifetime, this is the best and more affordable.
Great small gym
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and it’s constantly been improving. They got new cardio equipment and the facility is always clean. Staff is friendly and I never have too much of a problem using the machines or equipment I need!! Manager is great and the personal trainers are very helpful!
THIS GYM HAS BEEN CHARGING ME YEARS AFTER I CANCELLED!!! I dont even live in IL anymore!!!! I am looking to take legal action against the owner. DO NOT sign a contract here.
Outdated gym that needs a facelift. (Has gone downhill in the last few years). A lot of equipment is frequently broken or missing, and the place needs a serious cleaning. Supposedly there are new owners so hopefully they will overhaul it. Only plus is that its really cheap per month!
Friendly and helpful staff! New member looking forward to many more positive experiences there! Bring your own towel and locker lock!
Poor customer service. I cancelled my account, I signed up again. I would work out irregularly. The last time I went I didn’t have my card to scan in. The employee looked my name up and told me with confidence that I did not have an account here and that it was cancelled. I left, few months later after renewing my credit card I was notified about late payments. If there was no exchange of product/service I wasn’t going to pay; that’s how I felt. Then the debt collector notified me- I ended up paying 129.79$. A customer should never have to pay based on a business’ poor management of clientele it undoubtedly causes deception whether the business knows about it or not. Don’t go here. Ever.
Been a member for over 4 yrs! Very conveniently located and equipment is always clean! If you are looking for a great workout at an affordable gym, then this is your place :)
I have been a member here for over 3 years and can say that for the price you cannot beat this gym so as long as you are ok with the hours that they have available for you to go. About a year ago my schedule switched and I have unable to get to the gym during their hours. They close at 10pm. Finally about 4 months ago we made the decision to cancel our membership and boy let me tell you it is a real struggle. I have officially showed up at the gym on 4 occasions trying to cancel my membership, mind you I had to take time off from work for this, and every time I am given a run around about what time I need to come in to see the manager to cancel my membership. It seems like the guy is never there. Most recently I stopped in on 6/19/2018 at 10 am since I was told during my last visit that the mangers “new hours” are 9-4 m-f, and I again was given the usual BS that he now works 11am to 6pm. Best thing was the owner was present at the gym but refused to attend to my need because he was there on personal time to work out. Wow.. just wow what a way to conduct business. Either way my experience is that they will go above and beyond to keep you locked in to your cheap membership and make it extremely difficult to cancel when you want to. My recommendation is to find another place to join that has better customer services and easier cancellation process over fitness 19’s cat and mouse game with the manger.-6/25 my issue was resolved by the management team.
After I quit my membership back in June they were still charging me for it, General manager never returns my phone calls, I have to find out if theres any legal actions that I can take because this is unbelievable they are taking my money without my permission,I know that $18 a month its not a huge amount but they should not be able to take even a dollar without me knowing it. When I asked if theres anyone above Mr. Tony the general manager the answer was no, I have no idea what else I should do should I just let them take the money every month?......
I enjoy going to Fitness 19 and working out for 60 to 90 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. I like it because I can use different types of cardio equipment, machines and free weights to get in a substantial workout very quickly. They have everything I need to get the job done. Also, I just went through a total knee replacement and I learned that they also have the equipment and accessories I need to rehabilitate my knee now that I am done with prescribed physical therapy. The owners are great and they are always looking to offer more customized services to their customers. The individual trainers offer quality services at rates far below that of their competitors. If you put in the time, you will see a difference. In summary, excellent no-nonsense facility at a fair price. I highly recommend this Fitness 19.
Ive been a member of this gym for about a year and some change and have no intent of leaving it. Everyone here is awesome...from George and Calvin and dave who run the front desk to the trainers who are extremely friendly and insightful: Randy, Reese, John and Nick, and of course the owner Hanson. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Keep up the great work guys.
Very nice staff. Good equipment.
An excellent fitness center!! They have amazing trainers available as well as staff and owners that arent just there to make a buck--they truly care!Very clean and everything you need. I found it amazing that for a relatively small center, they have a child care room. I walked by because I heard a child screaming for a long time--throwing a tantrum and found the care giver to be calm, sweet and extremely nurturing. For all she had gone through, she was totally unrattled. If you are over protective as I was, this is the place to take your child so you can get a peaceful workout without any worry. Dont pay the over priced fancy fitness centers when you can get all you need here.
They make it incredibly hard to cancel. I have had to make 4 phone calls and wait 2 months to get my cancellation resolved. It is a nice gym, but its like hotel california, you can never leave
Been a member since this location opened, okay at best. But Ive been trying to cancel the last couple months and they tell me I have to come in. I do not have the time and times I have, there is never anyone there that can take care of it.You get what you pay for. Inexpensive fees for crappy customer service.
One of the best gyms Ive ever used. Very spacious and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Equipments clean and modern!
Well maintained, friendly and well equipped facility. Has been great helping me maintain good blood sugar readings since I am diabetic. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Ill give them credit for the facility, the equipment, etc. For the price, its not bad.But as others have said here, the Algonquin location seems to have a serious problem with ethics and integrity. Specifically, when our family needed to end our membership, in addition to the cancellation fee of ten bucks (which I was fine with) and the extra months fee (which I was also ok with) they decided to tack on an additional annual fee of $58.In what universe would that make any sense? We ended our membership. Were not going to use the gym over the coming year - because we ended our membership! My only advice is that there are other low-cost fitness centers out there. The people managing the Algonquin location are shady at best and scam artists at the worst. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Youll thank me for it later.
Have had my membership for 5 years. I used Nick as a trainer for 2 of them. I lost 30lbs and hit my goal weight within the first year. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership as I am moving where they do not have one. My only complaint is that they do not have one in Florida! I have recommended it to all my friends in the area and would continue to do the same if I was still there. Thank Nick and the staff for all your help!! You will be missed!Alan
Great place and friendly staff. They care about your health and goals and do whatever they can to help you get there.
Fitness 19 has been my gym for the past couple years. Never have I been more impressed with the way this club has turned around since new management in the summer of 12. The one thing a lot of members had a problem with was the windows in the front and having to wear sunglasses cause of the sun glaring in. As soon as Hansen and Kim (wonderful new managers) came in they provided us with blinds. The club has been kept clean and the staff is great! Ive never actually had a personal training session, but one boot camp with Tony Wuebke, but they are very good and professional and always helped with any questions I had. I see this club getting better within the future as well.
Great place to workout. Really enjoy computer big here. Going on two years now.
Very clean and all the trainers are polite and help you if you need help. Would definitely recommend this to other people!
Love coming to this gym because its cheap and has everything that someone needs to have a great workout
Steer clear of this place. Customer service is beyond horrendous. Regret ever signing up. Not even worth the $10. You get what you pay for.And listening to the front desk kid chat with his friends and exclaim f##k every other word was particularly annoying. Unprofessional.
Ive been a member there for over 5 years, and its a great value. The one overriding complaint I have is the cacophony of noise coming over the speaker system. I could put up with hard rock, but the volume level is maddening. Its difficult enough working out consistently without having to contend with something that irritating. Every time I go there I have to ask them to lower the volume. Am seriously contemplating leaving and going to a competitor.
I have member since 11/2006. This is a great place to workout and burn a few calories. No waiting ever, but I generally go late morning or early afternoon. You cant beat the price!
Dumbells are beat up, but theyre replacing leather on the equipment. Price is good if you actually use the membership.
Great gym! Affordable and the staff are very friendly and informative on the exercise equipment ! I highly reccomend joining !
Very nice gym. Friendly staff. Excellent.
Great place to workout..nonjudgemental atmosphere, awesome and helpful staff, spotless equipment, all at a very inexpensive price. Im a huge fan!
Cleanest gym Ive been to. Staff is absolutely amazing.
Buyer beware, if you want to get out your membership they try to make it impossible. They make you come on certain days of the week during certain hours, of course when you are working and then do a very high pressure sales job to try and get you to stay. The kid actually asked my wife if she wanted to live to see her grand kids (she is a cancer survivor, so thanks for that) and if so why would she not remain a member of the gym. The gym is small and during peak hours you are lucky to get a treadmill or elliptical. There are no locker rooms and normally you cant get one of the very few lockers they have available in the gym. It is cheaper, but you get what you pay for.Service should count and the really need to train their teenage staff to act appropriately when talking to customer. They are very rude.
If you like competing with groups of high school kids for equipment be my guest. Not a good gym if you consider yourself a serious lifter.
Nice equipment, clean, great staff Nd great value!
The general manager did not seem to have a problem that his salesperson lied about the terms and would not honor the spoken terms. He also had no problem charging a fifteen dollar late fee on what should have been a one dollar a month on hold fee. He also stated he speaks for the owner. Who can I complain to?
Good price for health club access, clean environment, good equipment.
I have been going to this gym for about an year now. It is a very welcoming and clean gym with many helpful staff.
All the machines you need with free weights.Simple.
Has all the equpiment that I need and an easy layout
Inexpensive fitness club..... more than serves its purpose.
Nathan is the cutest worker there also great gym
Calvin Munoz a great place with a great staff wont go anywhere else!
The gym does not honor cancellation request - as a result - they send you to collections. When you ask for the mistake to be correct, they LITERALLY say - I will do nothing to help you. Check out RipOffReports and other complaint boards. The complaint sites are RIDDEN with this exact same experience. The company does not let you cancel, keeps billing you, then sends you to collection if you dont pay.
Horrible!!! Do not get scammed! 2015 I went in with the mindset of losing weight and getting healthy. I get a trainer who is really young and fresh out of college. Ok fine but I made it very very clear that I had a hand injury from work and was on light duty with restrictions. That didnt seem to matter I felt some days that I was training to be a ninja warrior. Several days had severe pain and was unable to move which I think is irresponsible of the trainer but I could be wrong. Then they hit me with this great deal Black Friday special only one time offer. Ok I bite because by this point of 3 months I feel better but still have have limited mobility. So I do it and every month $300+ came out with no problem. Now it 2016 and I have hand surgery and again not able to work out. I call them and tell them ok well pause your account call us when you can come back. I go in trying to set up dates and can,t seem to get an appointment to continue my sessions with a trainer. Nothing zilch nadda. So now lets fast forward to August 2017 the $300 has stopped per contract which they took out too many but again they wont refund anything they tell me I have to use the sessions. So I go in August 14th cancel my membership. On the 15th they take out 13.95 for the month and call me threatening me that they have not received my August membership. Um I cancelled my membership. So they proceed to tell me on a voicemail they are slapping a late fee on my account. So I call the bank and the only thing that hit was the 13.95 no $10 cancellation fee tried to hit. So now they charge me the 21st of August 25.00 for the $10 + $15 late fee=$25.00??????? How does $25.00 go through but not not $10 that they tried to put through which was a lie per the bank? And also I have seen 2 trainers taking pictures of women while they were working out!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!
Be sure to cancel your automatic withdrawal after you cancel your membership. Fitness 19 continued to withdrawal money from our account for months after we cancelled our family membership.
So i confessed to the owner at fitness 19(Brent Hansen) that i cheated on my gym this week. I went with a friend to a different gym just to try it out(i will keep that gym nameless) and i was amazed on the phone calls i had gotten from member services before i had even arrived at the gym (very annoying) Soooo, i get there and of course they immediately want me to talk to a member advisor. I asked at the front desk if they had wifi and i was told no. First off i was in shock, what gym doesnt have wifi??!! When i saw the member advisor at this nameless gym, he began to talk about promotions, i immediately told him i was not interested, i was only going to try the one day pass and that i was shocked in the fact that they had no wifi. Sooo needless to say, i am very HAPPY with my membership at fitness19, the employees, owner and personal trainers are always very polite and they always remember your name, youre not just a member, its almost like being with family when you are at this gym. I have had the experience of having one the best trainers at fitness 19 (Nick Hunt), he is very client focused, very motivating and is always willing to answer questions. Moral of my story is i recommend this gym, i will never cheat on my gym again and im very happy there. :-)
I was over charged- they charged me $9.95 twice and for some reason they could not see that on their end. So I have to go in and show them my bank statement. Oh and to cancel u have to physically go in and sign paperwork- u can not cancel over the phone.
Cleanest gym/friendly staff.
Update 11/14/16:After receiving an email from Fitness 19 every single day about the payment not going through (because our bank found that the charge was not valid and sent us a letter about it), and them saying they were charging a $15/fee every month until its paid, I ended up calling them back and talked to George again (this is the same guy that said he was the owner - but he isnt - there is a female who is the Manager and he says he isnt the guy I talked to before). In any event, after 45 mins on the phone it got straightened out. They removed the maintenance fee and late fees. All I had to pay was for the last month (which I was TOTALLY FINE WITH) and a $10.00 per person cancellation fee which I totally get. In any event, still a bad experience, and I dont see us every going back to them, but they did realize that since we hadnt gone there for two years, and paid them without complaining, it just wasnt worth doing a small claims court kind of thing.***********************We signed up for this membership about four years or so ago. We went for a while, but eventually stopped going completely. For over two years our bank account was billed (including annual fees every October) and we never complained whatsoever. We werent sure if we were going to return (I had an experience with a personal trainer there that I just did not like and I was never meant to actually feel welcome if that makes sense). In any event, we found a new gym this year and started going, really liked it, and cancelled this membership. We cancelled in September of 2016. We were under the impression we would have one more billing for our regular monthly charge in mid-October. Instead we were billed for the monthly fee PLUS our annual membership fee for an upcoming year even though we cancelled service. Wait, what?!So I called and talked to the owner George (which I am not sure is true as he did not come across as an owner whatsoever). He confirmed it was from them and explained everything I mentioned above. I flat out asked him how does that make sense to charge two people an annual membership fee for a gym they not only havent used in two years but are not going to use moving forward. All he kept doing is what the absolute worst customer service places out there do - The agreement you signed says... Our policy says.... There was absolutely Z E R O empathy whatsoever, he did not care at all that we were billed for this, and ultimately it came off as completely shady 500% business practice. From one business professional to another, I challenge you George to review your reviews here on Google, Facebook, and other review sites that all echo the EXACT same thing I am saying. Everything is great until you cancel and then the shade begins. This is not good customer saving techniques. You make it so that people not only are frustrated with your gym and financial practices, but they leave these types of reviews all over the internet. Had you simply said, I totally get it, charging you for another year annual membership doesnt make sense so we will reverse those charges and just charge you for the final month I would be leaving you a Five Star review about how great you treated your customers. Instead, you get this review. You may say, I dont care - stupid customer! Its just one review! HA! Our policy/our agreement you signed states XYZ. Yup - youre right - we signed an agreement. That agreement, however never once stated we would be billed an annual membership AFTER we cancelled IN CASE that month happened to be our annual charge month. I get the 30 day cancellation notice, but since I cancelled BEFORE the annual maintenance billing (almost 3 weeks before), that doesnt mean that any billing from now until then should still be billed to me.In any event, what a completely crappy experience to leave customers with that gave you two years worth of fees and never once stepping foot in your gym during that time.
I went there twice to get a new membership. But nobody was there to assist me. Bad customer service..
The gym itself is not bad. The deceptive pricing is shady...which is unfortunate because the people are generally kind, the place is relatively clean, and the environment is a decent one to train in.Lets start with what $10 a Month! really means. Theres an enrollment fee of...whatever they can squeeze outa you at the time. I got mine to $40. Expect that fee to happen on an annual basis. So on top of your monthly dues that will come out every year. Then you move, or want to cancel for whatever reason. Like most gyms, you have to come in to cancel. However, if youre employed, the timing wont work out to when the cancellation guy is there. If the timing does work out, the cancelation guy is well trained in overcoming objections. Be ready for a verbal skirmish to cancel your membership. So I sent in a cancelation letter. 15 days later, I get billed again. I talk to whichever guy is on duty on the phone. We require 30 days notice. OK, I thought, thats fair. As long as thats it. Then I got a call on the following Saturday, We received your cancellation letter, now we just need to charge the $10 cancellation fee. Are you fu**ing kidding me?! I honestly would not be surprised if I got charged a $30 Cancelation Confirmation Fee in a couple months that may or may not have been buried in fine print somewhere.
Beware!! This place seems like a great deal at first but they WILL try to nickle and dime you throughout the entire span of your gym membership (and even after you cancel!!).When you sign up, beware of the bait and switch tactic. They advertise a really low price at the door, but then require you to pay a HUGE upfront fee to lock-in the low monthly rates advertised. They will later claim to waive the upfront fee, in exchange for you paying a much higher monthly rate.In December of each year they will charge you an annual fitness membership fee (this goes above and beyond the regular monthly fees that you pay). This amount is unspecified and varies each year. Watch out! If you do sign up, do not sign up in Q4 as you will have to pay this special December assessment to the gym (its basically like youre giving an xmas present to the gym). After you become a member BEWARE of the fitness trainers. They will solicit you for personal training lessons every time you go to the gym and harass you about signing up for a class. Ive exercised my entire life without a trainer, I dont need to pay for one now. On the plus side, this is good training on how to turn down hard salespeople. People who have not signed up for personal training lessons are treated like 2nd class citizens. The personal trainers get first right to use any machine in the facility. Ive seen mixed results with the people who use trainers too, some have lost a lot of weight, whereas others are still fat. I guess some trainers must be better than others. The gym cancellation process is an utter scam. They have hidden fees and they will charge you AFTER you cancel your gym membership adding additional non-sense hurdles to prevent you from cancelling or getting a couple extra months worth of membership fees from you. They also spam your email address and your physical mail address by sending you stuff in the mail trying to get you back as a member.Facility Review:- In the summer time this place is WAY too hot, and in the wintertime this place is freezing cold.- The elliptical machines are under-lubricated so you hear lots of annoying squeaking anytime someone uses the aerobic machines.- The Wifi is almost always broken or it doesnt have enough bandwidth to accommodate many users.- Lots of televisions, however, they always like to put the same tv show on multiple tv-screens. It would be nice to put different television channels on different tvs to cater to the diverse televised programming needs of the clientele.- Music is rather obnoxious. Im not sure who picks the music playlist, but the music varies widely from screaming punk rockers to teenage pop/dance music. Bring an ipod or some other music listening device so you arent bothered.- The drinking fountain is almost always broken. The water pressure on the drinking fountains is almost non-existent that make them almost unusable. Bring your own water bottle and fill the water bottle up at home. Filling the water bottle at the gym will take forever and youll piss off everyone else whos waiting in line for water.- Bathrooms look nice but theres always the smell of a poopy diaper. So the nice appearance of the bathrooms are almost negated by the stinky smell.Overall, you get what you pay for. If you can deal with being solicited and are willing to have the tolerance to fight these hidden fees every few months, then this is a good gym for the price. Otherwise, you are better off spending a few extra dollars a month at lifetime, or the Dundee Township Park District located on Randall Road (the amount you save in membership fees here isnt worth the hassle).
Great staff, clean facility and great assortment of machines
Great small gym, and affordable
All the equipment I need for a very low monthly fee!!!
Its very clean and the atmosphere is great
Typical gym. Usually not to hard to get right on the equipment you want and is usually in working order.
Cheap, good health club
Its not possible to post 0 out of 5 stars! No INTEGRITY at this place!!!
Great staff!
They make you send in a letter to cancel the membership. They dont even call to make you aware and then you find out that they pull money out of your account for maintenance fees that you are not even going to be using because you cancelled the membership. What a joke!
Cleaning down there excise machines and friendly staff
Place is very clean, very affordable
Low monthly fee and complete line of equipment
HORRIBLE GYM !! DO NOT JOIN ! SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE OF BEING SCAMMED OUT OF MONEY AND YOUR CARD BEING CHARGED EXTRA !!!!
Great place
