We had our old floors refinished in May 2017. The old floors were damaged by our dog. There were 1/8 groves by our front door from her nails. The floor looks brand new. We had wood flooring also put in our dining room. You can not tell the difference from the old floors and the new ones. Ryans crew was great and did a great professional job. They even got on their hands and knees and removed the old finish from areas the sander did not get. They put up plastic to help contain the dust. I waited to post this review to see if there would be any issues and there have been none.

We were extremely pleased with the refinishing job that Ryno Custom Flooring did at our home. The floors look better than new and they repaired a problem that was created by another contractor. We would recommend these professionals to anyone who needs refinishing and or new hardwood installations. Their staff is hard working and very nice!

Despite Brian not a good company too do business with due to not standing behind there work. I went with there great price and now I regret it. Floor refinishing was not professional. Job isnt corrected by the company. They came out and put a bandage on a few issues. I guess the saying you get what you pay for.
