From start to finish, this was a great experience! I had a HUGE quantity of charts that needed to be taken from my basement and shredded. BudgetShred showed up on time. After boxing up 1/3 of the charts myself, David from Budget Shred offered to do the rest which entailed rolling bins around to the back of the house, filling them up, and bringing them back to the truck...over 35 times! He and co-worker, Paul, were efficient and meticulous! David wiped down the wet wheels on the bins before they came into the house, cleaned the floor at the end, and even asked for a rake to even out the wood chips when they were done. The office handled the business end quickly, John responded to questions and provided an estimate. Terri processed the payment and provided a certificate of destruction -- all seamless! I recommend BudgetShred HIGHLY!
