Wow!!! I love this salon. Lynn was very professional and kind. I have been having such a hard time finding a good nail tech and I’m so glad to have come across Lynn. She knows her craft and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. Perfectly smooth nails that aren’t too thick. Sturdy and strong and they pass the penny test!! (Picking up penny off the ground). 5stars!

The pedicure tech that filed off my gel Filed all the way down to where to my flesh, come to find out she wasn’t even a licensed nail tech just someone that can get pedicures, the other nail tech put gel polish on my nails, which completely came off the same night. I went in and ask for a refund and she would not give me one. I spent an hour of my time yesterday an hour driving to the shop. She wanted to redo my nails I didn’t want them to touch them again I wanted a refund, she told me that’s impossible which is untrue. I told her I’m gonna report her to the cosmetology board of Virginia if I was you I would stay clear of this nail place

Not my regular salon but went in on a whim with a friend. Although we did not have an appointment, we were greeted warmly and quickly seen. They offer a variety of services and my gel polish looks great. Would definitely go back to this salon if I was in the area.

It’s not the worst nail salon but it isn’t the best. I think if you have a nail tech that’s good. Great keep going to them. The lady that did my nails was so rough, cut my cuticles so close. I also felt like she was rushing. I’ve had better.

I have been going here a few months with excellent results. I love my nail tech. My nails are the healthiest they have been in years. I only get SNS nails. And my fill lasts up to 6 weeks without cracking or lifting. No more UV lights.

They first told her the service was 40 then charged her 53 after she already paid.I will never return to this business ever again.

Lyn was very impolite and unprofessional. She asked me to pay before starting my services. Paint job was really bad. She told me my refill and toe color change was 43 but I was told 40 on the phone. After I sent the 43 plus a tip she then spoke with her colleagues and said it’s actually 53. I felt I got over charged for terrible service

Terrible service And product was lack luster

I did not like my experience simply because the lady was rough and filed my nail too hard. I wanted a coral color and I ended up with orange which was frustrating. I just paid and left because it was already too late to change it.

Love coming here. Iv been coming here for over a year and this place is always very professional, clean, and they always take care of you. Prices are pretty typical but the care you get is worth it. Lily always takes care of me and she’s extremely talented. Highly recommend her for your manicures.

Very nice shop in a quiet street. The girl who welcomed me was very pleasant and was able to help right away. She did the best acrylic foundation and I love my nails. Will definitely be a regular. Also the salon is VERY clean

My experience was a absolute travesty. I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again. The experience started off nicely and gradually declined the longer I stayed. At several moments, I wanted to leave with my nails halfway done. What topped off this terrible experience was when both my partner and I were forced to pay before our nails had been painted. We are both black, and I cannot imagine that there was any other cause for this other than one that was racially charged one. Further, I did not observe similar treatment with the other customers that left prior to us.

Came in for a pedicure today and loved every minute. Very friendly, clean and relaxing. My feet are so happy!

I decided to go to this salon after a long day at work and it’s walking distance from my home. Things started off okay, I walked in they were moderately busy for an early afternoon visit. I was asked if I called, “no” was my reply and then I was directed to choose a color to prepare for my pedicure service. Another lady walked in who was the one who called. They got us both started at the same time and then I was told she had an appointment and that someone would be with me shortly. Again, I wasn’t in a rush so it really didn’t bother me. I told the nail technician I wanted a “spa pedicure” and she asked me to pick some box that included all of the items for the service. Okay, fine. Again, this was my first and now last time here. I go to pay for my $45 service and she tells me it’s $65, “I’m sorry what?” She then pulls out a different menu with handwritten prices and showed me the service that I got which was not the one I’d asked for. I told her that I was manipulated into something I didn’t ask for now you want me to pay for it. On top of that she has a totally different pricing menu...UNBELIEVABLE! I’ll NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU SHOW THEM DIRECTLY ON THEIR BROCHURE WHAT YOU WANT, IF YOU DECIDE TO GO HERE.

I got a manicure here a few days ago and my nails are already chipping, which is disappointing as it cost $18. The people are nice as is the facility.

My go-to nail place! The technicians are professional and very skilled. One of the best qualities is they never try to force you to get services you don’t want. Prices are very affordable for the quality of the services. Highly recommend. My gel pedicures and SNS manicures last for weeks.

Tried this new nail place last week and the service was good. Staff was friendly and readily available. Julie did a great job with my eyebrows and my nails looked good too. Its a new locations so everything is clean, new, and tidy!Overall the service was good.

I went to get my nails dipped and SPECIFICALLY asked for clear, NO sheer, white, or pink color tint AT ALL because I can’t wear it to work (in uniform).He used sheer, I told him that I SPECIFICALLY asked for clear, and I can tell this is not clear.🤦🏽‍♀️ He kept stating, “it clear, it clear. Don’t worry.” It WAS NOT clear. So I literally paid $50 for something that I did not want. I only used this location because the place I generally go to was booked, I only had one day that I would have time to do my nails and this is in walking distance.Issue #2 - the first nail chipped 11 days. By day 13, all the nails on my right hand except the pinky are chipped, cracked and/or gel has come partially off; and two nails on my left hand are the same.At about 3 weeks, I generally get them refilled because of the growth. These didn’t even last two weeks.

I got my real nails dipped on a Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday morning (as i’m getting ready for work) one of them completely cracked in half, horizontally. Luckily my actual nail didn’t break but I had to go out of my way after work to get it fixed. That would have been fine but I noticed on Thursday and now Friday that two more of my nails (the hardened dip powder) have also cracked. I work in an office, using my hands to type and have not done any strenuous activity that would cause this type of damage. That was my first and last time going to that salon. I can normally keep dip on my nails for up to a month and it hasn’t even been a week yet!!

The first time I visited the nail shop they did an amazing job. The second time... I think someone new did my nails. I requested square shaped nails. She made them into triangles, those points. I asked her to stop and a lady came over to help her fit it. How do you fix something that is improperly shaped... by cutting them ALL THE WAY DOWN. I’m pissed because this was not what I wanted but I was ready to go. I just wanted a basic gel manicure. This woman couldn’t even paint nails. It looks like a child did my nails. I just looked at her like she was crazy. The lady who came to fix my nails just watched. Everyone knew she was horrible but allowed her to continue to try to paint my nails. It looks horrible. After my boyfriend asked me why didn’t I go get my nails done. He thought I did it myself... it was that bad.She wasted my time and my money. I paid for the service only and did not tip. PLEASE DONT COME HERE. It’s a hit or miss. I have tried to post evidence of their poor work but it is prohibiting the upload.

Absolutely WORST salon that I’ve ever been to. Lynn is so rude and the service is horrible. I got my nails done last Tuesday and have been in here FOUR times for them to fix. First the gel polish peeled COMPLETELY off almost every nail THE NEXT DAY! I didn’t even know that was possible! Then three nails broke two days after. I asked them to fix and I had to come back multiple times. NOT OKAY! I asked them to take them off and give me a refund and they refused. Even the owner!!! I had to call the police because of how disrespectful Lyn and the owner were being. I am taking them to civil court for this inappropriate behavior. This salon looks nice BUT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. This place is great, super clean, always accommodating on appointment times, and the service is top notch. Ive been coming here all summer and everything is very consistent. Lynn is my favorite, shes done gel nails (super thin and they dont separate from your real nails), pedicures (try at least the deluxe one), and eyebrow waxing for me. Try this new place right off Rt 1!

Unless you want to be charged a ridiculous price for less than mediocre work and horrible service, I would not recommend this salon!I scheduled an appointment and came 5 mins early and was asked to come back in 30 mins. Although it was unprofessional, I decided to accommodate Kay because I do not like being rushed in a nail shop and did not want the current client to endure rushed services. Upon return, the nail tech was unable to properly shape and sculpt my acrylic nails. By the time she stopped filing, the nails were nubs and no need for me to have gotten tips or acrylics in the first place. Kay was very nice, just unable to perform.Another nail tech came to attempt to restore the job. She clearly had an attitude and was not trying to be accommodating at all. Instead of trying to start over and re do the length and shape, she just added extra acrylic, made them square and said that was as long as she could get them. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t going to do designs, which was concerning as all I asked for was a French tip. When she saw my dismay, she said she could do a French tip. My nails came out acceptable, but I could have done a better job at home with my natural nails. She was rude and the whole time she worked on me, you could tell she was upset.I was charged $120 for a basic pedicure and this nail debacle. I have been to the shop before, so I knew I was being up-charged. I figured I would just pay the total and not return. I handed her my card and she swiped it and asked me if I had cash app to tip her, BEFORE EVEN RETURNING MY CARD TO ME. Note: I had went to the bank earlier to get cash out because I knew the salon only accepted cash tips. As soon as I was going to pull out my $20 to give to her, (even after her attitude and frustration), she had the audacity to request a tip in the rudest manner. I left with Andrew Jackson in my wallet!

Went today after looking for a new nail salon to try that was close to home. Went in a was greeted and picked out my color. The employees were nice and offered the customers waters. There’s a few tvs on the wall that made it entertaining. The salon is really clean and comfortable. They didnt try to push additional services on me and my nails came out great. They got the shape perfect. So relieved to have had a good experience. Ill definitely be returning.

Terrible job and even worse customer experience. I got a gel manicure one week ago and two nails lifted after three days while I was on vacation. I went back today and the owner refused to apologize or do anything to fix it. He said if I would have come back in 3 days, he would have fixed it. Meanwhile he also stated they should last 2 weeks. The place was also empty both times so that should have been my clue. Ill stick to Image Nails in old town. It would have been nice if this place worked because its in the neighborhood but no thanks.

Great customer service! Staff takes time with customers and tends to individual needs. I am a nurse and my manicures do not always last as long. Their gel manicure will last me close to 3 weeks!

By far the worse nail experience. 3 days later the GEL polish is completely peeling off, the layer of a acrylic is so thin your nail is bending backwards. My first and last time here.

My husband and I got pedicures. The pedicures were good. I got a gel manicure for my wedding. The gel chipped the next day. I’m on day 4, and it’s all coming off. Won’t recommend a mani here.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I see Lily for SNS and she’s great and for pedis I’ll see who ever is available! My SNS can last me 3/4 weeks sometimes which is Huge for me as I’m a new mom and sometimes it’s hard to keep up with my every two week ritual lol. And there pedicure chairs are to die for! I’ve never paid extra for spa pedicures until I started coming here... and I only do it so I can sit in the chair longer 🙌

This was my go to spot! I loved them when they first opened (and had 20% off tuesdays🙃) i recently came in to get a nail repaired for a full set that I had gotten from them a week earlier. When I came in for a repair, the tech was laying in the pedicure chair watching Netflix and had to be prodded to get up by another tech. She was very dismissive and condescending. She used minimal product on the repair and then told me that the shop doesnt use base coat 🤔. She left product all over my cuticles and underneath my nail. It was a shoddy job, at best. To make matters even worse, she was angry that I only had a debit card to use for my $5 transaction because they have a credit card minimum (which is illegal). I was treated so poorly that I thought about not returning, but against my better judgement I returned for a fill in. Of course, the rude tech was working the front. I asked if there was someone else available to do my nails and she said that none of the other ladies in the shop could help me. She walked away from me and left me standing at the receptionist desk. Ive never been treated like this at an establishment. At that point I felt so belittled that I just left. Bottom line: rude nail techs. Didnt feel comfortable spending continuing to spend money with them.

First, I have the brochure from 3 months ago, and their prices have gone up considerably, even for a place not there more than 5-6 months. Secondly, the guy who manages stands over the gals working there, yapping loudly in Vietnamese, and its distracting. Most of all, I got a pedicure with art on my toes, a super simple design I brought in as a picture and asked first to do so, but the manager debated with me that since the gal had swiped Christmas glitter on the other toes (my toenails except the first toe are too tiny for any designs and I asked only for the big toes to be done), he wanted to charge $18 more than the already high $80 to have her do designs on all the toes. I told him hed heard me on the phone and in person, giving her the direction to do only the big toes, she just swiped a little red and glitter along the toes in a swish, not a design, to finish what was on the brush, but they want to grab every penny. Then, he wanted to talk about how paying in cash is so much cheaper (translation, they dont pay the credit card fees, which merchants also dont pay for debit card transactions, but he also doesnt have to declare all the income), and I said they need a cash machine in the place to require that, for the whopping 5% savings. He asked where would I put it? I didnt get offered any water or anything to drink, I got corrected trying to say the gals name correctly, and it just felt very disrespectful for a $101.00 visit for a simple pedi (no gel, have regular pedicures and keep my toes manicured pretty well on my own). I wont be back, just too much drama for almost double what I pay nearby.
