I being going to this place for a year but unfortunately in my last visit I got really disappointed first of all they charged me $55 for my acrilic nails I will share how they look after a week. When I read the price was 35 to 45. Im very disappointed and I would highly recommend you to get your nails in other place where ur money is worthy and they dont charge u over when they have a price list in the reception.

Nice atmosphere with soothing, soft music. The place is clean. Jenny did my manicure and pedicure; she did a very good job. Great job on my eyebrows too. A bit pricey, however, I think overall it was worth it.

My first visit to City Nails. Cindy was very sweet and she was immediately available. My manicure looks great and I love the color. She politely asked if I wanted a hand massage and didnt assume, which was nice. The shop itself is very clean and nice, although Im not a huge fan of how close together the stations are.

Cathy did an amazing job fixing my acrylics after I got a terrible fill at the beacon nails america. She was sweet, efficient, and gave me a beautiful gel polish finish! I highly recommend Cathy!!

Love this family owned place. I have been going here for years. They do SNS, gel nails and acrylic. Nancy does my nails and I love how shes does them.

Loved it! I had gone to Springfield mall 2 weeks ago to get my nails done and the lady messed them all up. Rushed and cut skin on my pinky. And I went here to get a refill and she did an amazing job! Love my nails!!

I have been going here forever to get my eyebrows done. Mrs Beau does a amazing job. She was not there last time I got them done. The girl who did them gave me a cut on my brow and my eyebrows swelled up huge...i dunno what she did but im not ok with paying to have my face cut.

Very poor service. My gel manicure came out terribly uneven because they used old polish and they refused to give me money back after I realized how poorly they were done. Instead, they wanted me to spend more of my time so they could start all over. Who has time to waste like that? Plus, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with old polish here. So, I’ve decided to just never go here again. There are several other nail salons in the area and I’d recommend going to another. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Had a pedicure and got eyebrows done. The staff were very nice, the place was clean and it was a convenient location. Had no issues with the shape of my brows.

I drive out of my way to go to City Nails; its clean with attractive decor and they sterilize their instruments. Nice music provided the relaxing experience youd want!

I love how the place was set up and very clean but I was rushed from the time I walked in. I know they close at 8pm but I had a mani/pedi appointment at 6:30pm. I wasnt able to pick out my polish because they were trying to sit me down for my pedi so quickly. The girl doing my pedi did great but then I sat down to get my nail refill with another person who lectured me on why I NEEDED to get the gel instead of regular acrylic. I was not happy with my nails at all, she rushed and had a attitude. I still tipped well because I always do and of course thats when she decided to be nice and say see you next time with a big smile.

I paid for gel manicure and aftee three days my nail broke. I went back to speak to the manager and was treated poorly. I don’t have a lot of experience with gel manicure but what I am sure of is that gel manicures last longer than three days. Instead of fixing the issue I wasblamed for having thin nails. Horrible experience!
