My son and I had the pleasure of enjoying a Chakra Clear and Balance Session with Sally this month and it was truly amazing! The Chakra alignment was one of my best birthday presents ever :-) She expertly used her crystals to unblock my chakras and I instantly began to feel the energies flow throughout my limbs. I’ve seen Sally for both CranioSacral Therapy and an Intuition reading. Both sessions were amazing and have had a significant impact on my life.CranioSacral therapy has allowed me to heal parts of myself on a level far beyond my intellectual understanding. I don’t know how it works but it does! Sally’s healing gifts, gentleness and empathy creates a space that is not only safe, but is also accepting, and compassionate. I immediately felt the safety I needed to work through some challenging emotions. During our session, I felt a huge sense of relief and release from emotional trauma I’ve been dealing with since childhood. I have a long way to go personally, but my session with Sally definitely helped to increase my self-awareness and helped me to find positive solutions to that emotional trauma.My intuitive reading with Sally was just as powerful. She understood ME without me having to explain and she helped me to work through some life decisions I needed to make for me and my family. During our work, she helped me to discover the answers I needed.Sally has a true gift and sessions with her flow naturally. Her work is powerful yet subtle - she is sensitive and encouraging. She knows how to work with you on the level you NEED at that time. Shine Up Your Chakras CelebrationMay 2017 - February 2018Wow!!  Longest and most incredible journey of awakening, learning, experiencing and transforming self with Your Blissful Journey.Thank you for this opportunity of guidance, experience and wonderment in my journey of Shine Up Your Chakras Program.Some things I learned is that my energy will always feel good to me.  So when my mind is troubled, have physical pain, need calmness or have trouble to fall asleep  I go into meditation and it leads me back to a state of energy that provides inner peace again.When I first began the Shine Up Your Chakras Program I was very excited to get started and I didnt know what to expect.  I enjoyed each lesson on every chakra.  The root chakra had the biggest impact on me and started the beginning of my awakening on this journey.       The journey had begun and each chakra would have its own experiences and enlightment to keep the wheels spinning and the light moving on.  I have much knowledge and tools now to utilize with many sessions of training and personal experiences to apply them.In closing I celebrate this program and Your Blissful Journey for giving me an opportunity to experience and transform myself to where I am today.
