If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged a $150 cancellation fee for an appointment that I showed up to. I was having a particularly difficult couple of weeks, and on this day in question, I logged onto the zoom call, and told my therapist, Carissa Martin, that I didn’t feel much like talking. Instead of putting in ANY effort to do her job, she immediately told me that if I didn’t talk, or reschedule (I wasn’t available to meet in the other time slots that she offered) that I would be charged. I guess she didn’t feel like doing her job that day, because I would think that as a mental health professional, you should at least try asking even ONE question to get a patient (with whom you have been working with for almost a year) to open up. I got off the call early, and told her to take me off of the appointment schedule, very distraught and obviously going through a distressing time. Carissa made zero attempts to follow up, to see if I was safe, or to offer recommendations for another therapist. As a person who had a very difficult time seeking therapy to begin with, the experience was quite frankly, retraumatizing and so discouraging, and brought up a lot of really negative feelings that I have about myself and my place in the world. It’s glaringly clear that her concern, and the concern of this office as a whole, is not mental wellbeing, but profit. When I called to dispute the fee, the receptionist was unbelievably rude to me, and it rook almost a week and a half for the clinical director to contact me. The clinical director, Rene, was equally dismissive, and was also very clearly indifferent about anything I had to say, and obviously indifferent to the fact that her, and Carissa Martin’s line of work, is to help people. Not to mention that Carissa ended our calls early almost every single session, and on one occaision did so with 30 minutes remaining, because her AIRPODS weren’t working, and she couldn’t take them out because she was around other people. I think it goes without saying that this is an obvious HIPPA violation, which I plan on reporting to the board of psychology. STAY. AWAY. FROM. THIS. OFFICE. SERIOUSLY.

I went to therapy here for a few months. and to realize I was getting advice on something I wasnt concerned with and it was not helping me at all. so I wanted to stop my treatments and I canceled all further appointments. I was then charged a cancelation fee of 150$. then they put me to collections because I wasnt able to make payments right away... but see heres the thing they charged me a 50% fee to send it to collections.... they dont care about their patients they care about money and it shows.

Newest, largest location as the practice continues to expand to address demand for mental health services. They accept most BCBS insurance as well. They do have a strict cancelation policy to maintain quality of care and assures scheduled appointments are fully booked to the most amount of patients can be seen in these 1 hour times, and prefers patients committed to their treatment and care.

Really helpful when I was struggling with a recent loss, and they were able to schedule me quickly. I love my therapist and so glad I found her
