Sterling Virginia facility is the most unprofessional facility I have ever experienced...no organization for scheduling applicants nor students. The noticeably incompetent scheduler (Garrett), who is outsourced in California, misread the availability of the interviewer 3 times and misscheduled my interviews then the employees (Kristine and Kelly) very rudely blamed me, the applicant, for the mistakes. There is no secretary/receptionist to greet you or check in people at the front desk which is counterproductive and odd..an empty frontdesk sits in the main entrance. I would strongly dissuade anyone or any parent from working here or bringing their children here for care! Additionally, employees were allowed to wear jeans, white t-shirts and arm full of exposed tattoos to work. There is nothing wrong with tattoos outside of an office, however, this highlighted the unprofessionalism at a place of business. I have worked in healthcare, applied behavior, have a degree in Psychology from the College of William & Mary yet I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and chaos before. 0 stars would be a more appropriate rating.

Avoid CARD like a plague. They are by far the worst provider I have ever come across. They lie like no tomorrow. They will lie about availability of services and time frames. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
