Alepou is conveniently located off of Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria, near the Van Dorn St. metro. As someone who had never been to a Crossfit gym before, I was a little nervous to try it out, but Coach Kelley is skilled at meeting you where you are, regardless of your experience. Every move/exercise has been thoroughly explained to me. Not only is it a great workout, everyone I’ve met here has been great. It is a welcoming and supportive community.They have followed, and continue to follow, COVID protocols and the gym is always very clean.So grateful to come here, and would recommend to anyone!
Crossfit Alepou is great for people of all fitness levels. I started with 0 crossfit experience and coach Kelley has always been super helpful with teaching the movements and giving modifications for movements that Im unable to do. I really enjoy going there and working out with everyone else there.
I highly recommend Crossfit Alepou. The coach is extremely attentive and knowledgeable, which I appreciate. I have been a member for 1.5 years and can without a doubt say that you are always guaranteed a good workout. The other members have never been short of supporting and amazing, and the atmosphere is friendly.

This place is really friendly and welcoming to new comers. Id never done crossfit before and have knee/shoulder issues. The exercises were explained fully and options were provided to allow me to work within my abilities. Everyones always very encouraging and motivating, even when you are just learning. I also love that workouts often include elements of endurance and cardio.

Found this great box via the CFHQ affiliate map. Alepou turned out being a well run box. Kelley is a friendly coach that is eager to help improve your fitness. I have been doing CF for about 3.5 yrs, and have done a few drop-ins throughout the world. I would rate this one close to the top of the great boxes I have visited.
Great coaching and programming. Coach is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You will always be pushed and challenged to the best athlete you can be. Even if you are injured or have any musculoskeletal issues, there are substitutions and variations for every movement. Kelley is one of the smartest coaches Ive met and have had the chance to train with - she puts safety and technique first which I think is very important with any type of exercise activity, and something I see is overlooked in other gyms! Also - Very clean gym with showers. Great facility. Highly recommend CF Alepou!!

Crossfit Alepou is amazing! I tried out 4 other boxes in the area before settling on Alepou and couldnt be happier! Its a smaller place, but awesome because you get plenty of attention, assistance and camaraderie. Kelly is a fantastic coach and has multiple instructional techniques. She also follows legit, traditional crossfit programming and customizes your WOD to achieve the desired stimulus for your fitness level. Tons of places around here try to cram in a strength session, WOD and core all into one hour while skipping technique, skill work and mobility. If you are new to crossfit, this is the place to start. If youre experienced, this is the place to refine! Kelly is about a healthy lifestyle and functional fitness, not superficial results, RX+ or nickel and dime. I cant recommend it enough!
Very welcoming to new folks, even those with no experience who are out of shape. The people there really make this place a great spot to go and get a great workout in.

This box is a hidden gem. Easily accessible off 495 and from Alexandria and Springfield, this gym has one of the best communities and most superb coach. Kelley is a seasoned athlete with an eye for form. With a background in Ironmans and other endurance events, she has taken that and built on it—in addition to her daily WODs, she also has an “endurance” wod she posts for those interested in training for marathons and ironmans.Kelley has a great attitude and approach to coaching. She strongly supports each athlete and is interested in their development—from the newest of the new, to the more experienced cross fitter.I have traveled a lot and been to many gyms. Kelley is a shining example of a great coach, and she has created a comfortable, welcoming community. She is ready to address whatever your fitness level and help you meet your goals. Try out Crossfit Alepou. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Great coaching, spotless facility, laid-back vibe, and perfect mix of equipment. Reminds me of the small-box feeling of CrossFit classes in the 2000s.
This is a fantastic crossfit box. I have been to three different crossfit facilities over the last year and Crossfit Alepou is by far the best. Kelley is an incredible coach. Shes very thorough and makes each session challenging, yet fun. The classes are relatively small so you get lots of individual instruction/coaching throughout your workout. All of the equipment is new and top-of-the-line. The box is very clean and has a shower/changing room for clients. You do not need to be a crossfit superstar at Crossfit Alepou. Crossfit Alepou has a wide range of clients who all get along very well. Everything is scaled based on individual ability. In addition to the normal crossfit movements, Kelley always builds in an extra dose of endurance training in each workout. Being relatively new to crossfit and in my mid-forties, I consider myself a crossfit novice. Since joining Crossfit Alepou 7 months ago, I have improved immensely with my technique, movements, strength, flexibility, and endurance while dropping over a dozen pounds. In addition to normal classes, Kelley runs sessions on some holidays such as New Years Day and 4th of July. She also provides extra mobility training each month. If you are considering a different approach to your fitness routine, give Crossfit Alepou a shot. You wont be disappointed.

She personally provides individual attention as if you were at a one-on-one training session. This box is perfect for the seasoned CrossFit athlete, as she will push you past your comfort zone to achieve even greater goals than you expected, to the beginner as she will guide you every step of the way until you feel comfortable with the movements. TRUE STORY: During one WOD, she single handedly fixed my rowing technique & taught me to do a HSPU! At 40 yrs old I never believed I could do a single pull-up, rope climb, HSPU...Kelley changed all that!!
