He was efficient, helpful, and patient, and excellent with communication during the whole process. Highly recommended!

I called up Techs in Cars and they had a computer guy out the same day. I was desperate to get my computer fixed and rid of a virus. The technician had me back up in about an hour with no sign of the virus. He also gave me free antivirus and have had no problems since. Ill definitely go here again instead of Best Buy!

Techs in cars did a wonderful job with the computers in my home. We had some difficult problems surrounding slow computers, networks, and wireless connectivity. They were very responsive and showed up when promised. We were surprised at how reasonable the price was.All was easy, emailed made the appointment. Told him what we had and was looking for and we set the time.He arrived on time, looked at all the equipment and told me what he was going to do. Set the main server for the house and networked all the home computer through that. Set the anti virus up, help improve some older computer by clearing out old software etc.Now it all runs great!!

These guys are excellent!! I brought in my external hard drive because it went out on me, completely. I am a work at home business and everything I needed was on that hard drive. After I had brought my hard drive to another company that charged me somewhere close to $175 to have it sent out and looked at, and being told that it would cost more to have the information saved.Not only did they look at it, but they recovered all of my files and put them unto my other hard drive the next day, all for under $250. Highly recommend!

A lot of times, you call a local company for service on this type of stuff, and they will either be overpriced, or they will be poorly managed and seem like they really dont even want your business!Thankfully when I called Techs in Cars it was a different change of pace, because the guy who came out was friendly, they were fast and responsive, and their prices were on the cheaper side compared to other ballpark quotes I got.Most importantly, they fixed my macbook. They got rid of spam, fixed some of the keyboard, and greatly improved the operating speed. He was able to remove some malware and speed up my computer. Since he fixed it, Ive had no problems at all. He even helped me connect to my printer through the wireless network, so I no longer have a huge cable running across the floor in my office. Very satisfied customer here! Dont know how many different people have serviced my laptops over the past 29 years. They arent all equal I can tell you that much. Some dont do exactly whats requested or leave something vital off. One guy didnt return my computer for a month. Patrick Granahan, of Techs in Cars, is much different story.He had my slowed down ready to crash Hewlett Packard up, running and rocking in less than an hour. Besides that it was the best deal Ive gotten so far. Whenever I needed technical support advice he was there ready with an answer usually off the top of his head. No lame excuses or extras later on. They drove to my work to pick up my laptop, retrieved the file I needed and placed it on a disc, then returned my laptop to me at work...all in under 4 hours.
