Great care was is always taken and customer service is always top-notch. Ty is always prompt to return phone calls and goes out of his way to help people with their problems. There is a strong work ethic in this shop, and it should not be overlooked in terms of service for walk-ins. There is a great atmosphere and willingness to actually help the customer, as compared to other big-box stores that I will not name here, but are also in town.

Great service and reasonably priced. Their staff is professional and a pleasure to work with. I was doing all the I.T. myself, now I get these guys to come in to fix problems, and help with upgrades and solutions.
