I rent a house with this company from last 14 months I’m so disappointed Nancy is so rude and I never get the right response when I call her to fix any problems with the property first time I call her because the waterheater pipe was blown off I tell her if she have someone to fix is talking 12 hr to get someone second time I smell gas I call her and she says that’s not emergency third time a branch fellI call her she take 3 week and she have no moved so I pay for removing $250. And she said only can pay $95 dollars Please learn from my experienceDon’t put your house on her hands ore rent any property from this company because you will lose money

HOMEOWNERS: If you want to get your property rented out, dont go with Nancy Sherick; shes rude, unorganized, and unmotivated.RENTERS: If you have a timeline for getting into a home, she wont be able to get the job done for you, despite what she claims.Viewed a home with Nancy Sherwick on a Wednesday and chose to go with a house she was renting out. We emailed a couple of times the following day and then we got no response until Saturday. She was very rude when she answered the phone. My fiance remained calmed as she got very snippy with him and said well if you guys hadve contacted me before Friday we could have gotten you in, despite the fact that we had emailed and called quite a few times before Friday. Needless to say, we did not go with the home she was renting out.

Nancy is rude. Ive been trying to contact her for the past few days to rent a home, but she would never answer her phone. I emailed her and never got a response, even though I needed to rent a home ASAP. Finally found her cell phone number, called it and was hung up on the first time, then called back and got through. I explained that I have been trying to contact her, but she says that I kept on going back and forth with her, so it sounds like she was ignoring my attempts to contact her on purpose. I told her I needed a home immediately because of my military situation (just PCSd here) and I was ready to sign the lease but she told me she couldnt meet because I was trying to get everything done in a day. Even though Ive been trying to contact her for the past few days, all to no avail. I highly discourage homeowner looking to rent out their property to go to her. There are much, MUCH better property managers out there.
