Great.. Everyone was friendly and L.P. did everything he could to make the transition painless. ...... and then some..

Service department is ridiculously, glacialy slow. They have had my truck for 5 weeks and are still not done. They keep giving me the run around. First they had the parts, then they had to order the parts, then they had the parts, then they were waiting on the parts. Finally I hear It will be ready by the end of next week. It will be ready by the beginning of next week. It will be ready next week for sure. Oh the technician will work on it Friday and Tuesday and test drive it Wednesday and have it ready. Then oh, he took a half day Friday and hes all alone today so it wont be ready until Thursday. Youve got to be kidding me. Apparently they think Im stupid and have the patience of Job. Sadly theres no where else to take it because every other service department in this town is just as bad.

Wow! What an expected and good experience! Jason and everybody in the service dept of Vaughn Alexandria I had contact with were great! They were very courteous, organized, efficient and knowledgeable - and I was pleasantly surprised with the price. Ill be using them exclusively for all our service and repair needs from now on.

In the past I would have given Vaughn 5 stars. Today, I would give them only 1 for cleanliness. My appt was at 1 pm for an oil change. I arrive 10 minutes early and was checked out 1 hour and 50 min later. Obviously my time is not considered by the new management as important.

Texas Roadhouse had an hour long wait. My husband talked me into test driving the BMW X3 I’ve been dreaming about. They happened to have a white one at Vaughn. I rolled my eyes at him and hesitantly agreed. We explained to the chillest salesman in the world, Blaise Desselle, we weren’t going to buy it. He said,”It’s cool.” No pressure at all. Guess what I did? I bought my white BMW X3 In less than 30 min after I ate my lunch. I accredit this buying process to Blaise and Lakell (I’m so sorry if that is spelled wrong!) in finance. Neither of them made me feel pressured yet they both reminded me how perfect that car was. Of course my husband said,”Baby Girl, you’re worth it.” (You have to sing that part BTW!:) Blaise, in a few years, I’m gonna need that M series! Go on ahead and start looking! Lol jk

How often does one decide to trade in their truck they purchased nine years earlier brand new and finally to decide to upgrade ? Well I did and saw what I was ready to buy only to be told was there anything else on the lot that I liked ? Huh ? Obviously someone else that was dressed better than me and my wife or had more influence than I. Have since bought another, better for way more money. Just goes to show its not the size of your bank account its who your related to. Nothing good to say about Vaughn Automotive on Jackson St. Extension in Alexandria. Oh and MURRAY you missed out on a really big commission, big mistake Murray, huge mistake. Two thumbs down for Vaughn !

Bought a King Ranch F250 from Vaughn motors in Alexandria over a year ago. Went today to look at a half ton truck and downsize due to not needing that big of truck anymore. I walked around the lot and went to every truck there for over 45 minutes and was never approached by a salesman. I went back to my truck and noticed the showroom was full of sales people playing on there phones and chit chatting. Very disappointed. The mechanic shop services my truck since I bought if from there. Been very satisfied with that group.

I literally drove up to this car lot and Ms . Kimmie was the first person to greet me . I didn’t know exactly which car I wanted but I actually found my dream car . Honest review:Travis in sales was easy to work with and extremely helpful. Hes the reason I bought from Vaughn in Alexandria.Took one star away for their service department though. Would recommend going elsewhere for service.

Travis was a pleasure to work with during my truck purchase. He was always willing to go the extra mile both figuratively and literally. We search multiple locations and eventually found the exact one I wanted in Oakdale. Unfortunately, the Oakdale crew was less helpful. I would recommend Travis to anyone. I also had a good experience with the repair shop guys in Alexandria getting my truck all ready for the road.

So a couple years ago I bought a ford Flex 2012 I believe my credit was completely screwed up but the staff did everything in their power to put my family in our chosen vehicle. Even though it took us all day almost they were able to put us in a ride. So I just want to thank the people of Vaughan for giving my horrible credited self a chance when others wouldnt. Ill be back in the future

Vaughn on Jackson st. Ext. Just lost a loyal customer. My parents came in last week to have their oil changed in their car. Two young men changed it. It took well over an hour just to change it. My parents checked twice on why it was taking so long. These two young men just laughed in their face about it. Shame on you. We will find another dealer that has good respectful help! Word will get around about how rueful and disrespectful help you have.
