Just bought my 2021 Toyota Supra 3.0 Premium from this dealership. I worked remotely with Mr. Jim Brotherton as my sales person and figured out all the numbers. He helped me out and secured it so that when I got to the finance office, they were ready to do all the paper work for North Carolina.In the finance office, Mr. Darwin Jordan helped me out and secured proper warranty for the car in short time with paper work ready to go as I drove over 5 hours to come pick up the cars. Also was very upfront about what warranties were available but zero pressure on which to buy, just told me price and what was covered for how long.Would work with them again just because it was so easy and all remote!

Beware, they do not honor a true car offer for trade in. I emailed the guy before I went and it was no problem. I show up and it’s like oh uh um yeah no I never saw that trade in offer. Then the offered me 2k less then the other 2 dealerships I visited. Immediately left there and went to another dealership and happily purchased a car and got a great trade in deal. Make sure you shop around.

5 stars! I don’t post reviews normally. But Alexandria Toyota Service Center is the best! I’ve been their customer for about 15 years now, and Manny is my service advisor, and hes great. My car had some issues recently and they prioritized and fixed the issue ASAP as a team. They are very professional, reliable, accountable, flexible and accommodating. They provide quality and consistency in their service. I bought my last car from here, mostly because of their service center. Thank you Alexandria Toyota!

I came in for my 5,000 mile factory service check, they told me 90 minutes but ended up being an hour so that was really nice. Akela and Brenda were SO HELPFUL! They answered all my questions patiently and gave me all the information I needed. They were very kind and I appreciated their service. Its my first NEW car, so I had a lot of questions and concerns about how to take care of it. They were great and Im thankful! Definitely coming back, I feel much more informed than I did before coming here.

Their website shows that they Only charge MSRP so they lure you in and add a $1,495 freight fee which their own sales people called it is another way to charge a dealer mark up. I even emailed their GM and GSM and did not hear back so I assume this is expected behavior. I managed to find an honest dealership (hard to find these days) which charges MSRP and did not pay for any additional fees.

In 2017, I purchased my new #RAV4 vehicle from #Jack Taylor’s #Toyota Dealership along with the tire protection policy. The policy clearly states the company will replace flat tires as well as fix any damage in case of any accident.Two years later, I visited the dealership with a flat tire but the service department refused to provide me the service saying I wasn’t covered under the policy.According to them, the company’s #Finance department hadn’t even activated my protection policy at the time of the purchase despite the fact that I was charged for full coverage. After a tiring back and forth communication with the Jack Taylor’s Finance and Service department, a manager in the finance department eventually used his discretionary powers to fix the tire (instead of replacing it). He assured me that he’d updated the records and I’d be able to enjoy the perks of the policy across the U.S then onwards.The communication between finance and service department cost me three days of work as well as caused me immense mental torture. But I accepted their apology and ignored the incident for I thought that it was a human error and has eventually been fixed.Last month, in Springfield (VA) I had a flat tire again, so I went to the Priority #Toyota Dealership. They were unable to locate my policy in their system. Dismayed and distressed, I had no other option but to go to #Toyota’s Jack Taylors dealership in Alexandria, from where I had purchased the car and the insurance policies.Alas! I was back at square one communicating back and forth with the finance and service department of #Jack Taylor’s dealership. I was very upset by the inappropriate behavior and indifference of the Finance Director, Gabriel Gordon. Despite owning the mistake on behalf of the dealership he caused me mental torture and cost me my precious time. I had to oscillate between finance and service departments for hours just to help them verify my information manually. After hours of back and forth communication and deliberation, they finally replaced the tire and once again assured me of fixing the error in their system.Just last week, I went to confirm the status of my coverage at the Priority Toyota dealership. I was disappointed to find out that they haven’t updated the status of my policy in their system.My job requires frequent travel. The ease of travel and convenience were the main reasons I spent my hard earned money to purchase multi-insurance policies from the #TOYOTA dealership. Instead of providing a good service and honoring their word they have failed me as a customer.Now, I have strong reasons to believe that Toyota Jack Taylors dealership is a BIG SCAM. They charge customers in the name of insurance and protection policies but fail to provide service when it is required.Folks, I need suggestions. Is there a way for me to take them to the courts? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reached out in interest to a 2018 accord touring and James reached out to me! Advised him of my situation, and what my interest were! Reading the reviews I was already skeptical of reaching out cause I see they don’t treat customers right, but gave it a chance! I told James I wanted to see a bill of sale before I submit my application! He seemed so helpful(at first) and stating” we do our best to help our customers!” LIESSS! Stated he would get me a bill of sale over so I can see the numbers, never bothered! Sent ANOTHER text stating hey haven’t received anything, no response! Clearly my time wasn’t valued and customer satisfaction is not their culture! So no, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all, and that’s the sad part! I’m sure all they will do is send a template apology in the review saying call in, rather a actually caring!

I couldn’t have asked for better service!! The absolute quickest, easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made!! I wanted to be able to do all my business without having to come to the dealership and be around people and Mickey and Kenny went out of their way to accommodate me!! Jorge was an absolute delight to work with. He was professional, thorough and extremely responsive in texts/emails. We had done most of the negotiation online. We also had some delays in getting to the dealership to pick up the car -- two hours actually due to Memorial day traffic out of DC -- but Jorge stayed in (way past his work hours) and helped us finish the paperwork, with a smile. We had another vehicle in mind, the Toyota we got from Jorge was our second choice. We still bought from Jorge. It was Jorges competence as a salesperson -- which stands way above the others we interacted with -- that got Jack Tayors Toyota our business.

This Toyota Service truly sucks!! The service Advisors (Specially KEVIN) has no manner, AND no clue what actually customer care means and they treat you like HELL. They have no worries about your time, service, and car!! I drove into this dealership on Sunday August 8th around 5pm and was greeted by an Hispanic, late age, gentlemen asking about the reason for my visit. I told him that I was interested in Toyota RAV4 or another SUV like vehicle. He promptly told me that there were no vehicles to see and only used cars were available. He was ok to let me walk. This may have been the situation, but it was THE WORSE sales pitch to a customer with money in his pocket. I may end up with a Toyota in the end of my car journey, but it will NOT be with the dealership. 0 stars. Totally lost my business.

Fabulous place to get your car serviced! I used to live in MD and loved my dealership up in Rockville. Especially the service dept.But Jack Taylors Alexandria Toyota is 2 miles from home now. So I gave them a try. Best decision I could have made. They were wonderful. Showed me what was wrong with the car. I have a 2011 Scion XB w/286,000+ original miles on it. Bought it brand new. She still runs like a champ. Parts were on back order so I got a loaner car for 4 days! (Thats why I use the dealerships) plus they are trained on these cars! Its what they do! And they do it well. Simpy is my service team leader! She is incredibly knowledgeable and quite personable. She made me comfortable forking out a Bunch of money to keep my girl running safely. I will be back and when its time to buy new this is the first place I am going. Kudos to you all!

My wife paid 27k for a 2017 sienna van in Dec of 2020 and we have yet to see a title for this vehicle.Calling them we either get no one,someone who has no clue or someone that gives false hopes of getting the title to us the next week.we have it tagged but it says we have a lein on it which we stroked a check to these folks for the full amount. Make sure they have a title in hand and ask to see it if you buy from this place. We have to write the commisioner of dmv and get a lawyer now in order to get our title.

These guys have always dealt very fairly with me, and today checked my Toyota’s battery which had been replaced there. They believe the issue was a loose connector, but they still checked the battery, alternator, and looked around otherwise. Dishonest! Typical bait-n-switch! I was referred to this dealer under the Costco Auto Program. This dealer told me one story on the phone, namely that they waive the destination fee ($1215) but to get the complete Costco pricing I needed to come in. When I got there they said they dont waive the legitimate $1215 destination fee rather they waive a different $1295 fee charged by Toyota to deliver the car from the port to the dealer. This is a complete lie/bogus charge. When I asked to see something in writing concerning this charge they said why get upset, we are waiving it anyway. Dishonest, that why Im upset. Secondly they misrepresented the Costco program leading me to believe I would get Costco pricing on a vehicle in transit, thats not true either! They dont deserve your business, buyer beware of Jack Taylor Toyota.

I just purchased Toyota RAV4 from this dealership and I have to say that the experience was more than pleasant. I was working with Jorge Zurita (sales manager) and he was very nice, calm and not pushy at all. He listened to my needs and catered to them perfectly. I had a very nice deal on the car and very good experience overall. I came with one car and left with another and Jorge took care of all the details regarding registration and insurance transfer. After I left the dealership I didnt have to do anything. I definitely recommend him to anybody who is thinking to buy a car and I personally hope to work with him in the future.

I was referred to this dealership from the Costco Auto Program. Told the sales associate Eric the exact make and model of the vehicle I wanted and he wouldnt give me a purchase price. Never directly answered my questions and in the end just ignored my last email. Literally was ready to buy/order that weekend, and this guy couldnt even give me a price and just ignored me. My guess is that they dont make great margins on Costco Auto Sales, so they ignore Costco customers. Anyway, the new car hunt continues....

Found the exact truck we were looking for at this dealer, it was a 3.5 hour drive so contacted them at the beginning of the week to confirm availability and put a deposit down to hold it in order to pick it up on friday. Talked to the internet sales person many of times before then he assured me we will get as much paper work done ahead of time to make this and in and out transaction and get back on the road towards home, so it sounded like it would be painless. I text d him friday morning letting him know our eta, show up at the dealer at noon and the truck is nowhere to be found, he tells us it’s getting detailed and will be 45 minutes, aggravating to say the least but whatever we go grab lunch come back and 2 hours laters finally get to see the truck, wait another 45 minutes for a financial guy so the in and out experience I was excited about and told was going to happen is now beyond aggravating........however this isn’t the only bad experience of the day.....I brought a plate off of my previous truck and owners card in order to transfer it to the new truck which again was told no problem on the phone, but was charged for a new plate, temp tag they provided was about to expire, so I called they sent over another temp tag but I still am not sure what is going on and the notary at the dealership has stop responding to me after I said I believe I was charged for a new plate instead of a transfer which I asked for........

Literally cannot speak highly enough of Douglas Quintanilla, who sold me my car, and the man whose name I didn’t get in the financial department, who answered all of my clueless questions very kindly. Douglas was incredibly responsive, kind, and when I had difficulties with my car after I took it home, he went so far as to FaceTime with me to help me figure it out and provided me with a loaner car when I had to drop it off to the shop. Everything about this process has been so smooth and frustration free and I’m extremely grateful! Night and day compared to my previous experience with my last car. 10/10 would recommend.

House always wins in the car game. BUT, you can get to your comfortable price if put your time and research towards the buying process. Took a little over 6 weeks of negotiating with 7 dealerships (not gonna factor in 4 other Honda dealers) and Jack Taylor Alexandria is the winner. Mr. Zurita came through and delivered on his word and of course, the car. Weeks of negotiation via emails + phone, I would say he was the only one who was the most responsive, prompt, informative, and personable. I honestly think that Overall, Mr. Zurita and the team (there was another salesman who dealt with my request with ease) just did an outstanding work making sure we got a deal done in a respectful manner. As a customer, Im fully satisfied. Got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, and besides the chaotic nature of swimming in the pool of car dealerships in NOVA, I really appreciate Mr. Zurita and the team. I dont think hell ever wanna see another email from me but props to you. By the way, car salesmen gets a lot of heat but there are some good ones out there. My 6th car purchased from Alexandria Toyota over the last 25 years. I can see the leadership of John Taylor supported by Mike (GM) and Jenny (Comptroller) throughout the dealership. My experience was AMAZING and could not have been better. Jim my salesperson made sure everything went smoothly and Van in Finance made sure we got the best possible rate and that I was aware of all of my warrenty options. I selected one of the extended plans based on the logic of how it was explained. Look forwarded to the new 2022 Tundra and will drive from NC to VA to buy from this best in class dealership.

Wouldnt recommend coming here unless you want an awful sales experience and to pay way too much. Went to a couple other toyota dealers in the area and had a much more pleasant experience paired with better pricing. Would recommend this place not put novice/clueless sales people on their floor and do away with their atrocious first offers and back and forth negotiation. Just flat horrible first experience and Ill never come back. Consider the fact that floating terrible first pricing sheets across the table at customers kills your credibility and is insulting. But by all means come here if you want to see how quick an advertised $229/mo lease turns into $329/mo! Ive been reminded why I dont go to car dealerships.

This is an amazing dealership. Honest people who get it done. The service manager Chris is on point. If you take your Toyota in there look for a guy by the name of Labaron, he’s great, knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers. I have many Toyotas but the one in need of some TLC was a 2007 six speed FJ cruiser. After 160,000 miles and many rolls into the ravines and in the creeks it needed a little TLC and they rose to the challenge!

I recently bought a new 2021 4runner from Jack Taylor Toyota. I paid a little more than I expected (about 1.04%) but overall I am very satisfied with the service I got.I was very particular in what I wanted and Dane (at Jack Taylors) was the only sales person who put the effort in getting that specific car (and keeping me posted during the wait) instead of suggesting something else.Since I did not trade in and I financed the car via my credit union, the process for preparing the documents completing the sale took less than 30 min.Once I got the car and tried to connect to Android auto, we had some issues (which later I traced to the usb-c cable I had being way too long 12Ft). It was late evening and despite the closing time, I was patiently helped by three techs until they were able to make it work.Overall, I decided to use this dealership for service although I am located 1hour+ away and having other Toyota dealerships closer.

I took my 2018 Highlander in for routine service in September 2020. I specifically asked and paid for tire rotation as it had been 10,000 miles since the last rotation. When I got home I realized they hadn’t rotated the tires. This is the second service visit I’ve had this year where specific work requested wasn’t done and I’ve had to go back and sit there a second time waiting on them to make it right. You can never call and speak with anyone other than the receptionist and they never call back if you leave messages, so you have to call them over and over until you get it taken care of. This is very frustrating and I feel like no one there cares that I feel that way.

Used have a 5 star here but after 2 bad experiences with their service center, I wont be returning. Deceptive pricing (wont mention cost of higher priced services when calling for authorization) and they always somehow manage to leave the car in a slightly worse condition than before it arrived. Its small things like covers and such that seem to disappear. Disappointing.

I have bought multiple cars here and the service continues to decline. It is really unfortunate. There is no communication between the sales staff and the customers (legitimate communication). The only communication that I received was useless and a waste of my time and money. I drove from over an hour away and was not received well. Not to mention.... I was the easiest sale to make. I called multiple times and told the salesperson.... “I want to buy a car when I get there”. I even provided a simple list of things that I was looking for. The salesperson assured me they would definitely be able to provide a car that fit my very small list of requirements. Long story short...one car I bought there was given to me with a slow leak in the tire and no emissions test done; and the second car I went to buy was not certified. Thankfully, I contacted another car dealership in the area and it was such a great experience! The sales woman listened to what I wanted ( most importantly) and although the car was a tad out of my price range I decided to buy it anyway because the service was fantastic!

Thought this would be an easy recall repair process. Took in my car, they collected my email address, and then conveniently provided me with a free inspection that found $1500 worth of repairs.And with the email address they took from me, they provided it to Carfax who then sold it to Sirius XM (who wouldnt stop sending me spam emails to sign up for their service).Dont recommend this place at all since they steal your information and then sell it.No wonder people dislike going to a dealership! I will never be back to this particular dealership again,

I came to buy a 2020 Toyota corolla with my checkbook, I dont even want to share my detailed bad experience to help them improve. After wasted for about 3 hours there, I bought the car at another store in MD with a much lower price. Duane in the service dept was awesome. Ran outside in the rain without hesitation to help direct my tow truck driver during an extremely stressful time. (The rest of the desk staff were busy grabbing coats and umbrellas!) The gesture shows that he cares about his customers and I really appreciate that.Nader the Service Advisor was also extremely communicative and eager to help resolve any issue with my vehicle.

Just purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited and had an excellent experience. Our salesman was Eric Watt. Highly recommend him! The sales manager, Mike, was also awesome! No pressure to buy and when we did decide to purchase, we were in and out in just over an hour...all while our kids played happily in the playroom. Scott in finance was extremely friendly and thorough! Most people say car buying is a stressful experience; our experience at Jack Taylor’s was great— no stress, quick, and easy. I had oil change for the first time in this dealership my experience wasn’t the best after waiting for my vehicle to get serviced for few hours. They call me to pick up . I drove the car and I realized that they forgot to rest maintenance light also didn’t change sticker .They mad me wondering if they even charge the oil !!!!Please take care of your customers. I won’t be backI am very disappointed.

Everything was super quick and easy for our first-time car purchase - including the test drive, we were there for less than 2 hours. I switched to this place after dealing with some dishonest salesmen from another dealership, and Im so glad I did! Yared (sales manager), Eric (salesman), and Van (finance) bent over backwards to make sure I had a good experience. I just moved here from Texas and I was nervous about negotiating over the phone, but they immediately gave me a better deal than I had seen anywhere else - and when I arrived, they had even dropped my finance rate 0.5% below what they originally promised me! The whole process was so easy and they were very upfront about everything.

I bought a car from this place 3 years ago and they gave me bunch of coupons which includes free car wash. Went there today and used my free car wash coupon. This picture is after they washed my car 2 times. First time it was worse and i asked and showed them my car. Then somebody washed it again. I guess the reason is i had a coupon but why they gave me those coupons in first place if they treat me like this. I gave them 3 stars because their sales people and front desk people are actually nice. Otherwise, it would be 1 star.I have an idea for you guys. Just dont give those coupons, then nobody need to waste their time. Also, if you have that free car wash coupon dont ever think about to use it. Because they just spray water that is it. Shame on you guys who did this job. Stupid me because i thought toyota is professional in their all levels.

This is the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. Everyone was so polite and professional. The salesman stood back and let me look at the car first. He did not follow me around or bother me until after I finished looking at the car and then he said that is a nice car would you like to test drive it and I said sure. After the test drive he didnt smother me or hound me. He asked did I have ant any questions and the rest is history. I brought the car that same day. It was a great experience. I would recommend Mr. Fardar to anyone. He was the best!
