Poor service after sale .paid 300 dollars for detailing was told we can get glue off of back window no problem went to pick it up after detailing glue from tape still there was told we dont do that you have to clean it yourself .all the sales people care about is selling you the vehicle. They also broke the door handle when cleaning it and didnt get all stains out very disappointed never buy there again 😒

I believe there is a problem with the transmission. The first time I brought it in the technicianfound a problem so he changed the oil and the filter. As far as Im concerned its worse now than it was before but now they say they can t find anything wrong.

F & I made a mess out of the loan payoff on my trade in. Purchased on May 06, 2021 and today is May 29, 2021 and refund is still pending! When the dealership sent a paper check they did not include a loan number. Lender cashed the check but did not have a loan to apply it to. Now it is taking forever to get things straightened out at the lender. We asked several times at closing if the dealer needed anything from us and they said nope, just the name of the lender. Beyond that, we are very happy with our purchase. We discovered a small climate control issue after a couple of days, contacted the salesperson and he made arrangements for us to have it looked at. The service dept. was great to work with. They went through everything climate control related and found the AC was low on coolant and recharged it at NO COST to us.

DO NOT TRUST THEM, they sold me a 2013 Tucson for $14,000 and now less than two years later the vehicle has major electrical and AWD repair costs. I called to see if they would help with the problems and I was told that they were too busy for me. Didnt even offer to look at the vehicle. Still owe a substantial amount on the loan and now over $2,500 in repair costs. They are only interested in a quick sale and do not care about anything else. You would be wise to look somewhere else for a vehicle.04/07/21-RECENT UPDATE: A few days after the above post about the electrical and AWD problems the lower engine bearing failed completely on this vehicle causing complete engine failure. We only owned it for 1 year and 10 months and only currently has 83,500 miles. It was our family vehicle and was well taken care of with regular oil changes and maintenance. It is a complete nightmare for me and my family. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES YOU SELL THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE SELLING THEM! I checked with the company that services Alexandria Motors extended warranties and had we purchased the extended warranty for this vehicle regardless of the length of the warranty we purchased, none of the above repairs would have been covered. Luckily for us Hyundai has been kind enough to help out with the cost of the repairs.

Tim Montalvo of Alexandria Motors was excellent to work with. He understood the needs of his customer and went above and beyond from the initial look. To the sale and then beyond. My 84 year old Mom was buying the vehicle and his patience in working with her to understand her needs, concerns and finally how to operate the gadgets in her new used vehicle was amazing. She left the lights on after she got it home.. battery died. He sent someone 50 miles, to her home to determine what happened to get her back on the road. We had a very good experience when we purchased our new Colorado pickup from Alexandria Motors. The salesman we dealt with, Chuck Andres, was very helpful through the whole process. The vehicle we wanted was not on site, but they were able to find what we wanted from another dealer which was delivered to their dealership within 3 days and was just what we wanted. The whole process from beginning to the end went very smooth and seamless. We definitely will contact Alexandria Motors and in particular Chuck when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

The service department is very unsatisfactory. All of the advisors are really poor at communicating and it’s like dealing with chickens with there heads cut off they just run around answering phones and ignoring you if you need anything. I’ve also asked to speak with the service manager and this has gotten nowhere. If you could rate zero stars I would. This is only a service review as I haven’t purchased any vehicle’s from them.

My transmission fluid was black with shards of metal in it and they just wanted to flush the transmission fluid. They did an oil change and didnt check the air filter. They left oil all over the inside of the engine compartment and didnt wipe it off. Definitely will not return.

So I bought a vehicle from these guys later to find out it was a salvage title fought with them for over 10 weeks before they decided to make things right so they took the truck back and gave me what I owed on it and then supposedly gave me a deal on another truck I only had it 3 weeks and it had oil in the antifreeze overflow and they claimed it was just the radiator need to be replaced and they replaced it however I dont trust them at all that they actually fixed what was wrong with my truck these guys are snakes and liars and I would not trust them ever!!

Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick but, heading home I noticed that the tire pressure was different on each tire. It was all the same when I dropped it off. Called the service department and was informed I can just add to each tire to make them the same, shouldnt that have been checked?? The service sticker for the previous oil change was still on the windshield just above the new one. Disappointed with the lack of attention to detail...

When making my appointment, I made sure to ask 3 times, will I be done by noon. They assured me that if I came in at 11:15 for an oil change, I would definitely be out by noon. At noon, I asked if they were done yet & explained again that we do Adult Foster Care & someone was waiting to be picked up at noon. They apologized & said my vehicle was still on the lift, but they will be done in 10-15 mins. Twenty-five mins later they said it was ready. One hour & ten minutes for an oil change. Beyond ridiculous

My engine light was on and my vehicle was stalling when starting to accelerate from a stop or extremely low speed. I looked up the problems on the internet and was worried about the cost and what could be the problem. Turns out, it was a solenoid valve and it was covered by warranty and fixed at no cost to me! Within a couple hours time I had my vehicle back and its running great since!

Rob Steinbring, at Alexandria Motors, provided the most amazing new car purchasing experience I have had in my lifetime. I had been a loyal Nissan customer for over 15 years. When my lease came due in March I assumed I would just get another Nissan product. I was unable to negotiate an acceptable deal with the dealership here in Arizona so I decided it was time to move on. I test drove an Equinox and fell in love with the vehicle. I attempted to lease that vehicle but was told that Chevy does not allow dealerships to write out of state leases. I had a major problem, my lease was expiring and I had to find a replacement vehicle to get me back to Minnesota in April. Out of desperation I made a call to my hometown dealership, explained my situation and appealed for help. Within an hour, I had a great deal for the vehicle I wanted and a commitment from Rob that they would get the vehicle to me in Arizona.
