We recently got Spectrum cable for our home. We got the self install kit and tried everything we knew to get it installed. We called spectrum and said we needed help. They sent out Rico one of their technicians. He was amazing! We can’t speak highly enough of him. He was extremely knowledgeable, fixed all of our wiring problems and had us up and running in no time. Great service!!!

After 20+ years at that other cell phone company, we made the switch to Spectrum. Went to the Alexander City store for help with the new phone change over. Spent a good bit of time with an adorable and helpful employee, Secorria. She is very friendly and extremely patient.So, if you need assistance with any aspect of Spectrum services, Alexander City store is the place to go.

Sadly, there aren’t any viable solutions in the Alex City area and Spectrum knows it - therefore they can charge you as much as they want. Customer Service over the phone blows. If you have issues, go to the local office as those ladies are great and easy to work with.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

They are very helpful. Bit I dont like their prices on the bill. They are to high for my opinion. They told me my bill was going to be $113.48 and its $116.53. But both prices are still to high for the phone and for basic tv & expanded basis tv service 2 receivers & spectrum tv silver. But if you want to watch tv you have to pay the price. Right!!!!!!

Terrible. Cooperate sent us here to get new equipment. We travel 30 miles just to get there to see a sign on the door that they are closed. We call home office back and they say theres no reason why they arnt open, that even on their end says they are open.

This is the shadiest business on earth. I wish we as a community would quit letting them Rob us and run them out of town.

Great options for the new spectrum mobile service. My nephew went to look at phones and plans. I must say very impressed.

Had the worst experience of my 47 years in that place and with that company after. Buy a fire stick and shut them down

Moved here wanted to switch services. No big deal. Went to get my new equipment. Asked 4 ID when i talked to them nothing was mentioned about needing ID. could not locate my wallet anywhere. So I called them . They said no ID no boxes. Had to cancel service. Doubt I will go back either 2 yrs with them done.

They aim to please! Sometimes they miss...buf they still take aim!!!Always polite and helpful!

Good but one of my boxes has got to have a new cable has a shortage in the cable

What a professional and hard working example of an employee you have working for you with Mr. Matthews (Tech #8463)!! He came to our house and relentlessly corrected wiring and DVR /Cable issues we had been having. He did a complete audit up and down in our home and took the time to correct shoddy wiring on the outside of our home by putting them up correctly after all these years. Wires were hanging any kind of way on the exterior of our home. This type of consideration and patience on the job nonstop is what a lot of companies need in their employees nowadays! He represents your company well and should be commended for it! HE REPRESENTS WHY CHARTER IS NUMBER #1 IN THE BUSINESS!
