I had a routine checkup/cleaning. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. Checkup and cleaning were well performed. I would have given 5 stars for this visit, but my service didnt start until 30 minutes after my appointment time. This was very unusual. They have always been very organized and punctual.

Had to go get new dentures somewhere else because they DO NOT GUARANTEE their services! My dentures from them are horrendous. Every time I went in it was said they supposed to look like that. No they do not my new ones fit perfect!!!!My new dentures sit inside the ones from tooth masters they were so big and didn’t fit. I have had them 10 monthsThey will not refund or fix them. I got a certified letter stating they do not guarantee their services on dentures. What company doesn’t guarantee their work? The dental board will be called. She tried to put white stuff all on it to just try to put a bandaids on it. The roof of the denture as u can see her s big as a dime. I kept choking I’m so very disappointedTHIS IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELSThe smile of just my teeth are my new dentures.

Loved this office! The staff was amazing. Dr. Price (and her staff) take their time and did not make me feel like I was just another paycheck. The staff answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. So glad to find them. They were extremely transparent on treatment and pricing and I appreciate that level of honesty. Highly recommend them.

I went for my regular checkup and Ms. Crowell did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. She is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr. Price found one cavity but it will be November before she can fix it.

Going to the “Dentist is never a pleasant thought, but coming to my Dentist isn’t so bad because of the way I am treated. Michelle always says she is glad to see me and tells me she loves me when I leave. Joanie, I can call her that because I watched her grow up in Ashland, and she would come over to our house and go swimming in our pool. Dr. Price to everybody else, because she has earned that title, is a very good dentist, and seems to take pride in her work. She has earned my respect, and I tell anyone that asks who my dentist is. All of her staff always treat me very nice.

With all the changes our world is experiencing, its comforting to have a place where they make it as pleasant and productive as possible. I love their staff.

The reason why I added a one because due to racial problems. The daughter of the tooth masters quoted happy Robert lee day on MLK day. This shows racism because instead of celebrating equality and justice for all races she comments Robert E lee, who was racist activist in the south. So therefore I will not be a client at this facility.

I will not be using toothmasters again I went in for a consultant for my son had to wait for 2 hours before being seen the staff was very rude and then they wouldnt even run my insurance to tell me weather the procedure would be covered they just gave me a price for the procedure so I will be taking my son somewhere else
