The machine on the left didnt take cash. The guy in front of us had to get out and talk to a worker. When it was my turn I put my card in and it wouldnt take that either. Pulled up to the worker and told them. He had me back up, go out and pull back in line. This was after I had already waited 15 minutes because the guy in front of me couldnt pay for his wash. Finally got my car washed. Did an OK job. Not the 1st time that I have experienced so kind of delay at this location.

Everything worked....even the young men that prescrubbed. Vaccum had a great suction. It kept sucking up EVERYTHING. Place was clean.

Its a great place to go to get your car or truck washed in a pinch. You can do a much more detail cleaning yourself at home, but for those you cant physically get out there and clean, this is a lifesaver. Now more so then ever this is a better deal because they are offering the monthly unlimited wash packages. You can go as little or as much as you can want, for either (i think) $29 and $39 packages. $39 offers a sealant for the car and tire dressing. Whatever package you choose i think you will be happy with the results..... BTW I gave them 4 stars because sometimes the wash is not always consistent for cleaning certain places on my car like the rear trunk and rims

Closed during the middle of the day... this makes the 3rd time this has happened in a years time.We live in cullman alabama area so we travel down here 6-8 times a year to visit family... evwrytine I come down it seems to be closed.... no one answers the phones and its just ridiculous.

Would have been 5 stars, except that the 2 employees should have been asking everyone if they had or wanted the Wash Club and the other 2 employees could have done better loosening up the dirt and stuff on the back of my car( granted it didnt have mud) but those who have the wash club membership got there vehicle brushed down better than those of us who dont have the wash club membership. Otherwise the one employee at the Kiosk was very nice and helpful.

I used the Alexander city Goo Goo wash a couple weeks ago for a simple quick wash, for starters the guys didnt use the brushes at all for any of my car. and then their machine snapped my whole rear wipper arm and blade off.The guy took my information and said they would call me in 2 days to have a new one put on.I have not received a call, Ive tried every number that I can find, there is no answer Ive left message after message.No one has returned my calls. The people at the car wash act as if they have no idea what to do about it. My part will cost right at $50.00 to replace it.WARNING Do Not Go To Alexcity Goo Goo, unless you want to be stuck repairing your car yourself.

Guys there were super nice, however we ran our truck through the car wash three times on the $21 wash still will not get the dirt off.But at least they apologize.

Does not get vehicle clean, vacuums do not work properly, and when my mats came out of the cleaning machine they were dirtier than when they went in.

The wash broke down while I was in it. I of course waited til they fixed it but when they restarted and reset the wash they gave me the $9 wash instead of the $15 wash. Their floor mat machine wasnt working and when I called to complain I was on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up and called again. I left my complaint and contact info on their voicemail. Never heard from them. Not worth the money.

$15.00 for a semi clean wash. Could have done just as well with a water hose.

When paying extra for the wax and tire shine its a waist of money. I have brought it to the managers attention several times. If you pay for tire shine thats what you should get. Instead it looks like a dog peed on it if youre lucky enough to get any shine. When they first opened up the car wash it was going good. One of the workers said that management had turned the chemicals down to save money. But saving money is not giving the customer what their paying for. The location that Im referring to is the GooGoo in Alexander City, Al.

Goo Goo is A great car wash here in Alexander city Alabama, they pre brush wash your auto before you go into the wash bay then you get a good high pressure wash. It might not get everything spotless but it is better than most car washes. The only downfall is its a little pricey but they have A basic wash for $7.00 and they have FREE VacuumIf you havent yet give them a try.

Disappointed that their HQ decided if you get the least expensive wash you no longer get the bug spray and the attendants scrubbing the hard to clean stuff off of your vehicle. I don’t want the tire shine applied but due to the car wash selections your only option if you don’t want this is the least expensive wash. So today I go through and all the bugs I wanted to get off are still there. That was a waste of time and money. I’ll be looking for somewhere to take my vehicles.

I am traveling from Georgia and needed to mostly vaccume out my car. The car wash was okay, the car came out moderately clean. However, I am a single pregnant mother and I asked the tenant if I could get someone to help me vacuum out my car. His response was no I dont think we can do that we have to run all this. So my question is you guys dont have more than one person working here? I know how the car wash works your job is to do a light scrub and push a button and it pulls the car through. There should have been absolutely no reason why I couldnt get someone to help me. Very upset at the service here.

We use to like th is place but last 2 times recently it was a waste of money the wash didnt clean our vehicle wont go back

I had some issues with the touch screen but other than that it was nice.

Paid for tire shine and only one tire received it and no window spray available disappointed also all trash cans overflowing and blowing around parking lot

Car wash can do a better job @ cleaning.

Its good sometimes but I normally have to go through a second time cause it doesnt get all of the soap off. The fast pass isnt worth the money. Its down lot of the time.

The promotion they have now is great $39 a month and you can wash you car every day if you want....

Drove through the car wash Sunday - the blower broke my rear windshield wipers arm. The guy on duty was apologetic, took pic and report. Completely different story today dealing with the manager - who refuses to give me his bosss name / number.

I just had went up here today five min ago and I paid for the $21 car wash and guess what when we got done and headed home I look at it and they scratched up the back of my car today. I use to love coming up here and not have no problems until today. I’ll be hand washing my car for now on.

Love this place. My truck comes out looking very good. Doesnt always get all the dirt, but definitely a good value. Wish the air fresheners lasted longer.
