I was on a day trip for business and due to the rumors of Rideshare being hit or miss, I couldn’t risk it so I hopped in “Sunday’s” Taxi! It was the BEST car service I’ve ever used and I used him a total of 4 times during my time in Knoxville. He was personable, a great communicator, professional, came just when he said he would and had a fun vibrant sense of humor!When I’m back in town, I will definitely use his service again. Thanks soooo much! You made my travel needs a breeze!

I arrived at McGhee Tyson airport around 10:30pm on a Wednesday, and Uber, Lyft, and about 4 other taxi companies I called were unavailable/unable to drive me to Andersonville (about a 45 minute drive). I was seriously considering checking into the airport adjacent Hilton for the night and calling a friend to pick me up the next morning. I called Sunday Taxi, and they came through for me. Polite and professional driver who got me home safe and sound. I will definitely use them for future trips. A+!!!

I wish I could leave a -5 review; but since a one is the lowest I can go by this chart there it is. Called this person at 8:30 p.m. to see if they would be available at midnight to take my father- in- law to the Emergency Room to be treated for pneumonia. My mother- in- law has Alzheimers and cannot be left alone so the hospital visit had to wait until my husband could get there from Nashville to Maryville. I was assured that they would be. I called 4 times between that time and 11:30 to set up and confirm the pick- up time and until 11:40 p.m. no one answered the phone nor did they return my call as requested per the messages I left. When they finally answered he said no one was available and I should call one of the other taxi services. I was livid and told him so... without the vile words I wanted to throw out there! He told me that I was just having a bad day and shouldnt be taking it out on everyone else and hung up on me! I never ever leave this negative a review; but the circumstances are a lot more important at least to me and our family and apparently not so much to Sunday Taxi Service.

This is the by far the worst taxi service Ive dealt with, I set up a pick up time at 5:45, I call them at 5:45 asking where they, and make sure theyre still on there way, the guy at the desk calls, the driver, and he tells me he got pulled over for having a light out, (it wouldve been nice if the driver called me and told me that) but he says hell be there in 10 minutes, I said alright fine, so of course 10 minutes go by, guess what? Still no driver so I call again, they say hell be there in a minute, welp at the point Im pissed, the driver calls me and says Ill be there, I see a taxi go by and he calls me, and he goes to the wrong hotel, he calls me once again, youre at the Hampton right I say no Im right next door at the Holiday Inn, I wait another ten minutes, I called him and hes like I thought you said were going to walk over, are you kidding me, your a taxi service, I told you where I was why would I walk to a different place. He finally picks me its 6:15, we leave and he needs a gps to get the airport, he gets it going, he doesnt listen to it and misses two turns. Needless to say Im never going to deal with this taxi service again.🖕🏻🖕🏻

If you actually need transportation, dont call this service.No show for an early flight to TYS.Sunday just lost future business with me and my company.

This taxi is always on time with little delay! Sundai has awesome customer service and will pick you up to take you wherever you need to go. Some taxis have a distance limit, but not Sundai. He will take you wherever you need to go in a flash! Offers MILITARY DISCOUNTS!! Dont search any were else.

Needed them to meet me in an hour at a local repair shop. I was told to call my local cab company. I live 1.5 miles from this place!!

Driver was unable to stay in his lane, swerving to to point other drivers blew their horns. First time I worried more about arriving at distination at all rather than being on time.
