Great selection of indoor lights for my house. Was able to purchase 11 in store and a 12th is on the way. Kitchen fan with lights, chandelier for dining room, kitchen sink light, 3 hallway lights, 2 bathroom ceiling lights, and 4 bedroom lights.

I went to the store for online pick up they got two items wrong. I could not find help when I did they told me the wrong aisle. So I went to find more help after finally finding a second person they told me the wrong aisle again. Finally the third person was able to help me find the right socket. When I got to customer service the employee did not provide a good customer experience upon trying to get the right items.

This review is solely due to one person, Randy B in the paint department. He was probably the most help Ive ever gotten in retail. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when my wife and I came in to buy paint for our new house. Including not trying to push us to buy more items, but making suggestions on what he thought would work best. I will never buy paint from anywhere else, so long as Randy still works there!

Great place I love this Lowes you can actually walk around and get exercise as you shop they have more things than you would think. This is not just a mans store. I used to live across the street from Lowes on US highway 1 in pompano Beach I loved that place cuz it was connected to an outdoor mall. I like all Lowes stores

Clean store with a nice selection. I went to get garden fencing and posts, after doing some looking around I found they were a good bit cheaper than the other stores around. On all our other trips here they have always had what we needed at a decent price. They are also in a great location.

Know what item you need prior to visit BC it is a challenge tracking down employees for question. (Theyre fast and tricky to catch😃!) Customer service fellow treats mE like a criminal despite the receipt in hand for returns/exchanges on $25 items. Third time he deals attitude on me will result in a scene...js.

The staff at Lowes were very helpful and polite. One issue was we were sold a discharge hose for the new washing machine that was no longer being carried by the store. Nobody ever told us. Still dont know if we are getting the longer hose. The worst part of the experience is the delivery. Lowes seems to use a third party for deliveries that has no consideration for the time of the customers. These guys just show up unannounced whenever they get ready. They tried to deliver 2 damaged appliances to our home. Still waiting on the dryer.Will not use this Lowes store again for any delivery needs.

My sister and I recently visited this store to look for some supplies to redo her bathroom. We literally spoke to at least 7 employees, of those 7 three of them were nice and helpful. We needed assistance in the flooring department and an older gentleman walked through the department, we asked for help and he said nope not my department but they are around here somewhere and kept walking. We waited a few minutes and found the man who was actually working flooring and he took excellent care of us. He is a marine vet. I didn’t catch his name. The older lady that was running the desk right across the aisle was super rude. We asked for Sheetrock tape and she sarcastically answered well probably with the Sheetrock. Sorry we inconvenienced you. An older gentleman working the lumber aisle where Sheetrock was was super helpful when we asked about quick set mud. We walked over to paint and spoke with those ladies and they were super nice and friendly. But everyone else was hateful, tired, or had an attitude. Needless to say we won’t be shopping here any longer due to employees.

This store works with you, whatever your needs are. They are fantastic, I love the price match and the 5% off. More knowledgeable employees in the repair field would help, a suggestion person or section would be wonderful. If somebody had a project they could go there for ideas.

I feel that the stock in plumbing and electrical is lacking and I feel that lows needs employees with better experience for trade application other than that great time

Ordered tankless water heater online. Product was to be deliver to store today. At 5 oclock PM, Water heater was on the water. At 6:00 PM, I got an email that the product was st the store. Got there at 6:15 and product waiting for me. Awesome job Lowes!

Cash register price was much higher than shelf price. Cashier wanted to argue about it. I had to go take a picture of the shelf price and show it to the cashier. She still wanted to argue about it. Management had to get involved just to resolve the issue and charge me the shelf price. What should have been a 5-10 minute visit, turned into a 30+ minute visit. And MY customer had to wait on me to return with the part so that I could finish the job that she hired me to do. I should have gone to Home Depot. I will never do business with any Lowes hardware store, ever again.

Went to lowes in hunter’s crossing looking for any of the 4 types of GE grow light bulbs that were supposed to be in isle 2 bay 16. There was supposed to be more than 10 of each type. Couldn’t find 1. Couldn’t find anyone to help, so, went to customer service. They called over mike to help. He asked what were looking for. Showed him and then he asked what the product number was. So, I gave home the product number, and he just stared at bay 16. Didn’t say anything else. Some one else asked him a question and he went off with that person. I left, not to happy.

Just about anything needed is there. The skirting replacement was stopped there just a few weeks ago. They have good tools at a good price.

Delivery of refrigerator: The two gentleman who delivered the fridge were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I am very appreciative.

The sales team was great but delivery is not good. I bought a fridge and paid cash for it. They promised to deliver it (3days from purchase). Time is one receipt and they dont honor it. Delivery in this place is terrible. Right now I have NO fridge and a 6yr old.. So thanks for nothing. It was supposed to be at my convenience. Now I am inconvenienced

Usually love this store, but they have changed the counter were you talk to someone about lawn equipment and trailers. Couldnt find no one and the employees had me running around from person to person waiting in 4 different lines just to get help to buy a trailer. They need to set up a better way .

Its a great store as long as you dont opt for curbside pickup. I got notification my order was ready. When I came to collect it, I called the curbside number and was told it was staged and ready to go at lumber. 25 minutes later Im still waiting for one of the two pieces for my order. It was not staged as claimed. I wouldve stayed home longer if I knew I was going to be waiting this long.

I interacted with 4 employees. Three were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The fourth (actually 2nd in order) was less so. But the overall experience was good, and I especially appreciate employee 3, who was able to locate the item I had driven from north Knoxville to Alcoa to get today for an emergency repair.

Got the run around when I asked for help. The man that was working the tool dept.said good luck finding what I was looking for & told me u didnt have it. Another person sent me to where what I was looking for right next to the first man I talked to. Not very good customer service & not knowing what was in the store.

I went to Lowe’s to purchase flooring for our guest bathroom. I spoke with Richard in their flooring department. Richard showed me a good selection of flooring to use and told me the pros and cons of them. He walked me step by step how to lay the floor down and even walked me to pick out matching caulk and corner trim to finish my job. GO SEE RICHARD for your flooring questions!

Lowe’s is the home improvement warehouse!They always have everything you need and very friendly employees that are always so kind to my kiddo! Their garden center is impressive and also they are bilingual friendly. They have a key cutting center, paint area, lumbar, tons of tools, craftsman and dewalt. They have plumbing, lighting, carpet, appliances and home decor! DONT ORDER DOORS FROM THEM!!!!!Ordered a $2000 plus door from them May of 2020. After it was measured incorrectly a new one came in and was installed in October of 2020. Didnt have the screen that was suppose to be ordered. So had a screen ordered. It came in was the wrong size and didnt have the hardware to attach it to the door. Still waiting on the screen after being told everything was there in March. Lowes doesnt even have the decency to call me. Instead the only people I hear from are the installers. I emailed the CEO today let usnsee what happens. A friend ordered a door for his house at the same time from Home Depot. His was correctly ordered and installed properly the first time around.

Rude as hell cashier rolled her eyes upon being told the Alcoa manager promised price-match at West Knoxville store. 4 cashiers later I got the price-match. Better communication would be sa step in the right direction for chain stores.

This trip shows a continuing downward slide in customer service, product availability and overall appearance of this facility. 2 checkout lanes open, customers 5 or six deep, and not so cheerful employees manning the registers.

Great. Asked employee where a product was. Went right to it. Checked out. When home was able to fix the faulty unit without replacement. Returned purchase with no problems?. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Bought a fridge on the 29th and was to be delivered today, June 2. Lost money waiting for a delivery that never happened. According to an employee it wasnt scheduled and know one wants to admit they fd up. Three separate calls to the manager and surprise, no answer! Going to talk face to face with management tomorrow.NEVER again.

Stopped by here not really thinking they would have many flowers and it is Springfest! We bought the most beautiful lavendar roses! By far the most flowers I have seen in town!

Order dishwasher on May 2nd of 2021 supposed to be here on May 15th at 2021 still have not heard anything on May 25th of 2021, so I called store was put on hold and ignored for 45 minutes trying to find out a delivery date. The last call I placed was to store manager he told me hed look it up himself put me on hold for 10 minutes never came back. ..Ihung u

I love Lowes because they always have the products I need before the seasons change.. for example: I have a4500 gallon Koi Pond with Koi in it. Lowes always has the 9 watt UV replacement bulbs in stock when it becomes time to change the bulb and clean the pond for the spring.

The associate in flooring didnt really seem to want to help me. I brought in an older piece of flooring to try to find a match and was told right away there wasnt anything to match it. After looking around for a few more minutes by myself, I found what I needed.

This is the worst store location I have ever been to. Customer service has been terrible here for atleast the last 5 years. Seems like you can never find anyone to help. Never enough registers open with long lines. I am a contractor so I am here a lot. And you can forget calling to get an answer on anything. Terribly managed store.

My cell phone app for Lowes showed that this Lowes had 3 of my item in stock. When I got there, and asked where the particular isle was, multiple employees stated that there was no such isle no such bin.The very nice young lady looked all over the department, even climbing a ladder to check the overstock. Then a consensus from the other workers is that the Lowes App & computer system is usually wrong and nobody in the store had ever seen the item, much less knew what to do with it, or where it might possibly have ever been.The guy in the tile section was very extremely helpful and explained what products we needed, and how to use them, and what each product did.Lowes Alcoa lost a star due to their app & computer saying they had three items in stock... But kept the 4 stars due to the friendliness and willing to help from the employees!

Went to purchase a 5 cu.ft freezer. No one was in the appliance department to assist us. We caught one guy coming out of the back. He said just go get a cart and load it yourself, each department has only 1 employee in it and he worked in flooring. So we went all the way outside to get a large cart and took it to the back. Loaded it ourselves. Looked at Home depot and freezer was 10 bucks more and figured customer service might be just as bad there. It appears as though they are extremely understaffed.

I dont like writing bad reviews but people need to know and Lowes management. My last three experiences at the alcoa store have been awful. The customer service is terrible especially at the pro desk. Had $3k to spend in lumber and couldnt find help. Was told it made employees mad if customer service paged them. Told her we were taking our 3k to home depot then she said have a nice day. Another time I asked help where posts were in lumber and I was told rudely that he was too busy to help. Found out they were outside and not in the store. My rescent experience will be my last. Went to open pro account because I liked benefits and I just started a small business. Guy at desk was working on paperwork. Finally looked up to help and said he could help us real quick so he could get back to paperwork. Kept trying to sell me credit card. I stated I wasnt ready for that and was asking about the option for escrow and he told me he was tired of explaining. And kept rolling his eyes at me. I asked him if my questions were bothering him and he said he already explained the options. So I said thank you but Im taking my business to Home Depot. That will be my last trip to Alcoa Lowes.
