What seemed like a minor problem to fix turned into a more complicated one but they were consistent in reassuring me it would be resolved. Not sure what to think they said they are short handed the one working on my tablet been out sick and they have had it for weeks and I still waiting on them. I don’t know how much they plan on charging but it should be discounted to the fullest for this wait me haveing to reach out to them first after two weeks of wondering what was going on and still waiting. Let me tell you my story……….. Once upon a time I ordered a gaming computer from IBuyPower (would never recommend doing). This company sent me a computer with a Gigabyte 3080 with broken power connectors. I did my RMA with them. Got my new gpu. Well I’m no computer tech by any means. I call TechNav and immediately spoke to Bailey. This kid is a wiz. He installed my new 3080 and made sure it was working before they returned my computer. Granted this was my very first computer Ive ever owned in terms of desktops. He showed me everything I needed to know and actually took the time to educate me in their shop. I appreciated that customer service more then you know. Well a couple months roll by. Well what happens is that come to find out IBuyPower sent me a computer that couldn’t support my 3080 well. What did I do after my computer consistently crashed, what did I do after it would no portray onto the screen. First instinct was to call Bailey at TechNav. He was out the next day. Picked up my computer and within 72 hours he found out that the computers power supply was not powerful enough for my computer build. Also in between then and my last 3080 broke I got another one based off me thinking the gpu was once again broken. To the point, TechNav ordered me a bigger/better power supply unit. Installed it and tested it. Bailey acted as excited as I was when I took the computer out of the box. He said, “Man we have stressed this card and computer, I’ve got this running on 3 different 4K tv’s at 280fps. It’s a rocket ship.” I was immediately ecstatic. I cannot thank Clay (owner) and Bailey for all their help enough. These guys know what they’re doing, they know the business, they are beyond professional and considerate of the customer. I would recommend them over everyone. Don’t even think about calling someone else. Promote this local business.

Went in with a busted S key on my laptop. The guys working were very professional, and made friendly conversation while working on my issue. It was solved quickly, and they charged me much less than what I was expecting compared to other repair men. Will definitely go to them for any future issues! Very honest and competent with repairing my laptop.Price was high end of standard rate.However, the communication was very poor. Days and days went by before I heard anything. I had to contact the owner to get updates on the job.Now my computer is fast and runs like its old self though.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. Was told me that my computer would be ready in 2 days but it wasnt. Took me several calls before being able to retrieve it after 7 days (5 business days) only to find out that the dongle was removed so my keyboard and mouse are now useless. No help offered with this matter. One and done for me and my practice.

After a bad experience at a Knoxville Best Buy/Geek Squad, I found TechNav via Google search. I explained the issue I was having with my laptop over the phone. Weston said they could order what I needed. I bought my laptop in for him to look at it. He took it apart on the spot and reassured me this wasnt going to be a long drawn out process the way Geek Squad made it to be (8 weeks before I would get my laptop back). I couldnt even get the manufacturer of my laptop to fix what was a plug and play hardware issue. Weston ordered the part we needed, and I went back in to get the issue resolved the following week. The delay was due to it being during the holidays and slow delivery times. If I ever have any computer issues, I will definitely be returning to these guys!

I just recently purchased a refurbished MacBook form them. I found Heather refreshingly delightful and very informative. Love Clay, Heather, and Bailey for taking such great care of me. I would highly recommend them if you need someone up to date in the computer world!

Office staff was either making up excuses or didnt know protocol. When I brought my tower in to change from Windows 7 to 10, I was told by technician my computer may or may not work well with windows 10 due to a couple of factors and that part was clear to me. I told the two or three folks there that if it works without a problem, I want the virus/malware software you have installed as well. I left the tower on a Thursday and was told it would be ready Monday. When I did not hear from anyone by Monday late afternoon, I called and was told it was ready. I asked if security software was installed and staff Heather said no, she didnt know I wanted it; and she was at the desk the day I brought it in. She said it would be installed that afternoon. I picked it up on Wednesday to find out the security software was not installed. When I asked why it was not installed, Heather asked if I had paid for it! I told her no and she said the company has to have payment first, and that was never conveyed to me even after asking for software to be installed the day I brought computer in and again when I called on Monday!!! So, I paid for malware software, took computer home and Clay loaded remotely. It was exasperating and unprofessional to hear the many excuses.

Came to the house and worked on updates on all computers. We decided to purchase another laptop from them to replace one that was 14 years old. Speedy, professional service. Just had a back up service today on a couple of small matters (this was two weeks later ). Tech Nav did the work on line and there was NO CHARGE!!!! Warranty is great!

I could go on and on with praise for this business! I just bought a brand new computer in March of this year that I use for both work and school. I took a very intense summer course this year in school and in my final week, my son tipped a glass of water over on to my keyboard! I was devastated. Not only were the staff members super friendly when I called, they met me at the curb to collect my computer, gave me the rundown of how they would be working on it, AND they gave me a loaner computer to use for my last week of class while they repaired mine! My hotel computer crashed with all reservations for the year in it. Went to Office Depot (2) trips and they could not find back up files to put in new computer. Awake all night worring if we were going to be out of business, this morning I started calling computer repair companies in Maryville to try and get nightmare over with. Charlie came to our house and worked for quite awhile getting my messed up computer straightened out. That was the first time. By the time he left, it was back to what it was before running faster and smoother and had cleared out the frustrating kinks that were plaguing me.The next time he worked with me it was on the phone (we live over an hour away.) This time it was with problems on my husbands computer. He is retired and so is on his computer a lot! When its down, its a major issue. It was running really slow and had some other problems that I dont even know what they were. But Charlie did and he cleaned it all up and my husband was a happy camper again.
