Your fax machine is broken! Please throw it away. The 90s are over; there really are better ways to send prescriptions.

Very minimal services in different departments. For service connected issues I have waited over 75 days for an appointment. Now Im waiting for over 60 days just to have Rx devices simply fitted. The device sets on the shelf while I go without the benefits.I must say that often I find a single person that can really help within a dept. - if the V.A. will allow. This review if for the V.A. Regional Hospital not the regional office on Gold. They (regional office)can be tremendously helpful to understand ones status with the V.A., get copies of records, apply for services and, I find, very user friendly services!I will always check w/ Regional Office about anything being done concerning the V.A.s multifaceted system about me.Good Luck !!!

Walked in at 1357 on a random Thursday to request a full printed copy of my original 2002 VA disability rating decision letter, as well as a full printed copy of my wifes 2019 decision letter. We were #3 and #4 in the queue when we signed-in. We were called for assistance 18 minutes after we arrived, and we walked out with printed copies of everything we requested 10 minutes later. Altogether, it took less than 45 minutes for them to help us. The VA rep was polite and professional and efficient...no wasted conversation, no attempts to dodge our reason for being there. We left there completely satisfied with our visit.

This regional office public contact office is excellent, the representatives there are outstanding! The Voc Rehab program has helped a lot of Veterans get jobs, the Veteran Service Organizations are always helpful and the State Benefits office helped me receive a Wartime Scholarship. All around I think the benefits I receive are fair and as long as I did my part in the process things worked out for me.

My husband is a Vietnam veteran and has many health issues. He had never had any problems seeing a Dr, getting appt, hes 100% disabled. Loves his doctors, ER and days spent there have been nothing but positive. Very caring staff from 1st to 6th floor. We hear vets complain but I also heard one staff member mention they saw 100 vets in a 4 period,2nd floor vascular, foot etc...

I submitted my Notice of Disagreement in March 2016 and was told that it would be 408 days before my paperwork would even be looked at. It has been over 520 days now and there is no end date. I think that the VA needs to restrict the length of time a DRO has to complete a veterans claim. I was told it could be another year to five years before the decision can be made. Then comes the waiting game, if it is approved, of the payment system. I waited over a year for the last bump in disability to be paid. What people who work for the VA need to realize is that we veterans are struggling everyday. I was already homeless once and am preparing for round two.

I was wondering about the different safeguards and see if that star system have in place for our members of the military that might have been forgotten like the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier or prisoners of War one of my friends recently died and the woman that was 64 years old was living in the house after they paid for the title was illegally evicted from her property you to one of the members from the sheriffs department Lopez issuing a fake fictitious eviction note with no jurisdiction of the plagiarized signature of the judge. Furthermore it was very greatly noted to the members of our society that he lacked the stability in his own ethics and it took upon himself to go hire a bunch of members off Craigslist to ensure their identity wasnt League but its a clear violation for not the ability of our policies and procedures of proper paperwork to be filled out paperwork can be filled out electronically but did not check any records for their legally to work in the United States of America and resulted and all her belongings and Jewelry that was stolen from her home and the officer the sheriffs department Lopez gave her only 15 minutes Witnesses say it was gunpoint with prejudice accusations members have reported. We need to implement a better system for title transfer so members of our society that buy a property with a title to it are entitled to that property regardless of what regulations members of the Historical Society may say the Bureau of Land Management has been put in place to ensure proper title Exchange for land houses and merchandise and well be reconsidering new representation or governmental officials in the veterans benefits. This is just my professional opinion my recommendations the worlds court systems World Republic and for what we stand we will not stand for our society for a bunch of hood rats to mistreat our members and their family and deprive him out of their own homes because their own lust in their own greed will not stand in our ethical Society of our standards. The new standard will be implemented just like the No Child Left Behind program just like we do for the United States Marines United States Navy United States Air Force and the United States Army and the United States Special Forces to ensure prosperity and good stability in their faith a purchase of property in the Western Hemisphere of sw1

Mom never got the help or benefits due her. These people were worse than unhelpful. I am ashamed of our country for allowing the kind of service we received. She died before I could get her the benefits she deserved and qualified for.

They trully show that veterans are unappreciated and that the sacrifice that us veterans did for country is worthless. They deny proven disabilities with the stupidest excuses just to screw vets over.

I have been trying for a couple of days to get through to this office to make an appointment so that I can get a copy of a letter. Every time I have called they tell me that they can not process my call at this time. I would like to talk to a person instead of these stupid automated things.
