Called from Lovelace ER in early morning-1am or so. Driver demanded 68 dollars in cash before he’d drive me to Los Lunas!!! When I refused I was ordered to get out!!’ So I did. Being from a major city I never had to pay my fare up front!! I definitely don’t recommend this cab company-especially if you’re a woman.

I got a taxi home from the airport. The driver didnt turn on the meter, which should have been a clue, but I was tired and wanted to get home. He took the long way on the interstate, which was 14 miles. When we got there he told me it would be $40! For a 18 minute cab ride! I will not use them again! Cab 25.

We ordered a cab to pick us up from the casino. They kept telling us a cab is on the way in 20 minutes. No one ever showed up. Use Uber or Lyft instead, taxi services are too unreliable these days.

Terribly overpriced.You get charged for opening the door, for your suitcase, another person, and more.I paid $17+ for a 10 minute ride.This is why Uber and Lyft exist - taxis are price gougers.

I have called this taxi company multiple times when I need to get to work in the early morning hours. The phone just rings or there is not enough drivers to pick me up.

Generally, Ive had decent service in the past from Green Cab. Its a cab company, so I dont expect more than 3-star service, and Ive generally received 4-star service from this company. But that was in the past.I called at 10:35 to request an 11:00 ride to the airport. The dispatcher proceeded to go into a tirade about how that was impossible and I should have called half an hour in advance (in other words, 5 minutes sooner). He continued to berate me for expecting the impossible. When I said, Look, I understand. How soon can you get me a ride to the airport?” he hung up on me.Service has gone way downhill. Im giving two stars only because of the service Ive received in this past, but it if this current dispatcher is indicative of their customer service model now, I suggest Über. Green Cab has lost a customer.

Absolutely horrible driver! Unit 22 was doing speeds in excess of 60 mph down Wyoming. He made a right turn on Central. Driving fast and pushing cars to the side so he can pass in and out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your life!

Got a taxi, left a great tip, bought the driver water and an energy drink, forgot my wallet in the car, never saw it again. Customer service/dispatcher was really rude when I asked if they had seen it. Will never use green cab again.

It only took the driver 18 minutes to get me, í depreciate being able to get to the airport on time, very prompt and courteous service, í will recommend it to anyone

Called every other cab company 2+h waiting all with bad service over the phone. I was curtious to all and got hung up on several times. Finally called green can which had bad reviews and he picked me up in 10 minutes. My thought is lower review can companies are not as busy and will harder for your business. Just a thought but give it a try.

Airport driver was extremely rude!!! States that ride to local hotel wasn’t “worth my time” but that he “couldn’t refuse a fare”. If you don’t want a paying customer then get out of the business!!! Will never take this company again. You shouldn’t either.

Called for a cab from the airport - waited 45 minutes, and it never came. We were the only ones standing there, not much traffic so theres no way we didnt see it. We called back and were told it had come and gone. Nope.Well never call them again.

The female driver is very rude every time we have had to get a ride from this service, she can’t locate our house ever then charges us for the time it takes her to find our house, she also makes us wait hours to even get picked up and charges us if we aren’t already out side waiting for her
