Im not able to leave less than one star, which in this case, doesnt seem fair. I went to him because I saw Veteran owned business. This man not only personally insulted me (I saved the emails and texts), he too $50.00 cash then another $40.00 cash for parts which he never received because I had to find them MYSELF because when I checked on the status of the parts ordered more than a week ago, he contacted the company and said they were on back order. That could have taken years! Then he get upset because I found them quickly and inexpensive. After dodging my calls and then not showing up at his shop when I would go there as agreed. I finally had to catch him there by chance and took possession of my belonging......but all taken apart and not put back together like I asked. I printed the paper work from the .gov website to sure him for the principle of the matter, but screw him. He took my $90.00. This already makes me feel better just letting everyone know what kind of person you would be dealing with. My father was ex-military, naval aviator and then became an attorney to help the underdogs in life. He was an honorable man. What joe did to me, and others, is not honorable.. Just read the other reviews.....I wish I had.

The service on my Marantz 2270 goes without saying perfect, looks new, the led light upgrade is perfect, and sounds great. I hooked up a Bluetooth receiver to her and man what a treat to be able to stream from my phone. Joe took the time to make me feel special, shared stories, time and respect. I actually took a beloved vintage stereo to this man many years back. I had taken it to him to get it restored but his response was if it’s not broke don’t fix it. I gave him 125 bucks to fix the right channel that was going out and it didn’t get fixed. Then he said he put Vaseline in the internal parts? Anyway it’s still having the same problem. I only came across this because I’m looking to fix the same stereo that he never fixed. And I happened to see his ad. Looks like he’s still ripping people off.

Do not take you electronic to this man he will take your money and your equipment and never return your calls

Joe restored my aging Marantz 2270 very quickly. His price was reasonable and he was professional and courteous. He went beyond the restoration project to repair a dent in t he cabinet mesh. Thanks for some great work!

Joe took my money and my Kenwood KR 9600 he will not ship it back he will not return calls or messages he is a thief and a liar if he has a Kenwood KR 9600 for sale it is stolen

I would ABSOLUTELY not Recommend Joe. A zero star from me. Joe has had my Pioneer Recorder for 6 months now and still has no fixed the job I paid him for. Refuses to take calls, respond to any messages and will not open his doors. HORRIBLE customer service and would NEVER recommend Joe to anyone. You are being warned before hand.Worst professional business I have ever dealt with.In the process of taking Joe to court.

Joe took $180.00 from me to order parts and get me a Marantz receiver. He was impossible to then get a hold of and never repaired my r2r or shortwave radio. He still has all my equipment and money. It’s been at least 9 months. If he responds that this is in the hands of an attorney, he’s lying, just as he did about everything else.
