Great service.I have zero complaints.Thats rare in the freight business.

Had to wait 15 mins during precheck for 8oz of Purell to be “checked”. Then when we got to our gate at 0553 for our 0600 flight we waited without help for several minutes before they informed us the plane had “left” already. Also waited 30 minutes before they were able to reschedule us.

Jose is the main man with great customer service.

They take care of the cargo like they really care and treat as if they know it is important to me. I really appreciate the personal attention.

Always smells like incense in here. Also, the front desk looks like a nightmare. Papers everywhere. Itd be a nice change if they cleaned up just a bit.

I think services here are organized and in coordination with airport and custom regulations.
