Picked up some dog toys. Nice people. After we went to the food court and had some sushi.

People are VERY rude and mean. and the hit my dog with a rope.

They rarely have animals to see anymore and adoptions are by appointment only which does not seem likely to go away anytime in the near future. Hardly see any employees managing the front and if you do the employees usually have a very poor attitude and are not helpful at all. The items for sale are donated goods that are over priced and not worth the money. Overall with the price of goods, poor employee and management attitudes and lack of animals the store is not very inviting to any passersby

Girls at front desk are rude and not helpful. They seem like they dont want to help at all.

I was just at the going to the dogs store in the cottonwood mall and bought a wooden duck, too beautiful to describe. the kind sir at the cashier gave me a dollar to pay for him, and I am ever grateful . thank you, I love my duck.
