AlphaGraphics provided me with an excellent product, great service, and at a competitive price. The products were delivered in a timely manner, and they were exactly what I ordered. In the future I will go to Alphagraphics for all of my printing needs.
Ive been coming to Alphagraphics for almost a year and am incredibly happy with the professional service I have received here. An incredibly knowledgeable team that works well with customers and has a great creative staff. Thanks so much for all that you do!
Competitive market and Alpha Graphics always stands out. Im picky who I work with and I love working with Margie she is always on top of her game! Great local company with great people.
In trying to obtain what was duly mine, the Accounts Receivable from when I owned the company, I sent out demand letters through my attorney. The new owner of this Alphagraphics, Julie Robinson, and her husband took advantage of this and informed those who called regarding these letters that these requests were lies and it was a fraudulent attempt on my part to collect these debts. Nothing could be further from the truth. She and her husband even collected some of these debts and KEPT THEM. Are these the type of people you want to do business with?
The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and i was very pleased with my experience and i will definitely be back. The printing was top notch.....
RIPPED OFF!!! i received a quote of $545.31 for 4 purchase order books with our company name and address printed on them.....I was fairly desperate and STUPID and said that I would take 2 books instread of 4 at that cost. When i received my order and revised invoice the invoice for half of the order was only $25.89 lower than the estimate for 4 books!!!I called AlphaGraphics in total shock - they agreed to dropped the price for 2 books to $423.75.....yep....STILL over $200 per book!!UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT AND PAY TOO MUCH GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOU PRINTING NEEDS!!
I am utterly dissatisfied with this companys performance and the product I received from them. I sent a price quote request on their web page so I could get new business cards, and said that I preferred to have them printed with raised (thermographic) ink. The sales rep was helpful and eventually sent a copy of my card for me to proof via email, to which I made one addition. The rep said hed send a final proof before the cards were printed and sent to me -- but that did not happen. I was charged close to $15 for shipping to Gallup. When I opened the box I found plain dull-colored, cheap-looking cards without thermographic ink.I called the rep and he said hed talk to the owner about the situation and then he got back to me. The rep mentioned that wed talked about the thermographic ink being more costly -- and that we decided to go with the less-expensive printing. That is entirely untrue -- I was already aware that thermographic ink was more expensive as Ive exclusively used it in the past. The only quotes I received were for a quantity of 250 or 500 cards, and I chose to go with 250 quantity for starters. He said I could get new cards printed to the tune of $104 or $107 (I forget which as I was so shocked) -- and that didnt including shipping. I already spent a total of $80.44 (including shipping) for the cheap-looking cards and told him I couldnt do that, just to forget it.I wish I hadnt even gone with this company as in the past Ive paid around $65-70 for a box of 500 cards, WITH thermographic ink. I wont be recommending this company either; the almighty dollar must be more important to them than customer satisfaction. Im embarrassed to give these cards out now, but I will make sure everyone knows where I got them -- and of this ridiculous experience.
My graduation invitations were done through alphagraphics. Fantastic Service!
I just had to share my experience over the last 5 weeks. I walked in off the street and spoke to Patrick. He seemed professional and wanted my business (we needed a banner sign and Biz cards and labels for a small business)He repeatedly took days to a week just to respond to my calls or email then finally sent me a quote that was about double what we talked about in person. After not getting an answer from him again, I called to complain and my account was assigned to Curtis.Curtis was responsive but it has taken literally 5 weeks to get a quote for the banner. I went down there today to pay and order it and (really) there was suddenly confusion as to why my banner was quoted so cheap (230.00) and the boss told me there was a mistake in the price and even though Curtis emailed me with the 230.00 quote, in writing, she said they wouldnt honor it and I walked out.The way I see it they owe me about 20.00 for gas money with the three trips I made down there. I rate this one of the worst businesses I have ever tried to start a relationship with.
I call today and they say its open. Im in front of the office and its a sign where say its closed and the door in lock. Ill again and the guy insisted is open!! Im in the door!!
The only place I called that even knew what A5 sized sheets were. Seriously.... Get it together everyone else!
Business is not here
