I live in a rural area. This delivery was FANTASTIC. Information received via email and text messages with delivery updates. Driver called when en route. Was brought inside to my entry way as ordered. Fast, Friendly, efficient. Thank goodness!I ordered the same size generator on Amazon - but that seller uses UPS to ship. UPS first said invalid address and was not delivered as scheduled. The day day, UPS delivered another package, addresses the exact same way. I asked where the big package was and he said it was out for delivery on another truck - it wasnt. I drove to the UPS warehouse facility nearest me [150 miles round trip] and was told it was in the warehouse but they didnt know where. I was told the next day it was out for delivery - it wasnt. The plain truth is it was a heavy item and the UPS Driver didnt feel like loading it! After numerous calls and emails, UPS finally delivered the item a week late - and they left it just sitting on my porch - sitting on its SIDE although the box was clearly labeled Dont sit on side and up arrows, etc.I am very glad that the new generator I ordered from Amazon used XPO LOGISTICS! The updates from tracking through delivery were great. I didnt have to spend all day waiting. They arrived early, within their 3-hour delivery window. They brought the item inside as requested. Bravo!

Taking a week to find a 400lbs package, a treadmill! Should NOT take this long on a shipping/receiving dock! All of the managers are unavailable and the voicemail boxes full. Asinine to put this on the customer service representatives and nothing gets done.Edit: they miraculously found our treadmill three days after posting this, however it arrived in the condition in the pictures. Additionally, we paid for threshold and install, but that team wasn’t an instillation team. They also marked it as delivered when we have video of the package being loaded onto the truck and leaving. So the fun still ensues weeks later. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, and sanity.

(Updated) My bike was delivered today and the team that brought it were great!!!!!!!!!! I had to change my review. I hope in the future that they are better at communicating what the hold up is but the people that actually delivered my bike were AWESOME! :)(Previous) My MYX bike has been there for over a month. I keep calling XPO logistics (2-3 times a week for the last 2 weeks) and that cant get in touch with anyone at this local hub. No one has updated them or me, I have no idea why my bike has been in town for a month and no one has contacted me. Cant get a hold of anyone by phone or email. ​

I had a very positive experience with my Peloton delivery. Tracking information from the website was consistent and there were zero delays. I received a call the morning of delivery that they would be at my house in 3.5 hours. I received another call 2.5 hours later that they were an hour away and they showed up exactly on time. Communication was was great, customer service was friendly and my delivery was on time. I will add that my delivery came in a van versus a big semi truck. I am not sure if that made a huge difference with the product not having damage. I was very surprised that my expectations were exceeded. Both delivery guys were very nice and I could tell that they cared that they didnt cause damage to my house or bike.

I ordered a 5 Piece Sectional through Amazon. XPO Logistics was responsible for the delivery. On delivery day, they called 15 minutes before arrival. Brought in 2 giant boxes, the driver looked to be in a hurry, so my boyfriend signed the paper and I began to open the 2 boxes. We thought maybe the other pieces would all be in the boxes. But we were wrong. We are missing 3 very important components of what we ordered. We only received 2/5 pieces of furniture. Our order was about $2,700. We called Amazon, Amazon has attempted to get into contact with XPO Logistics on 3 separate occasions since our delivery on our behalf to question about my missing items. We were told it was all shipped, all wrapped together in a pallet. Why did we receive only 2 boxes of the order? When apparently there should have been 5 boxes wrapped together? We were also told all the items and package were scanned and all accounted for before the delivery? But now we only have a partial order? I work hard for my money and saved for a whole year to purchase this set. This delivery service has wasted my time, and ultimately my money. Because I may not get a full refund on my order. They are scheduled to pick up the 2 pieces of the set that we recieved. Can I trust that my packages will be returned to Amazon? Or will they disappear? I am honestly very worried that this is in the hands of this delivery service. I am so upset. If this is the company Amazon relies on for deliveries, I will either no longer order such large items to avoid dealing with this mess or I will tread lightly when waiting on their delivery in the future...I hate to leave a review like this. I dont normally do this, but I feel so upset right now. If I have a better experience with this delivery service, maybe Ill change and update my review. But it would take a lot to change that.

Rescheduled multiple times, shipment was delayed 3 months and the customer service rep basically said “yeah well some people have already been waiting 7 months so don’t be surprised if you’re rescheduled again.”Didn’t allow me to pick a time for delivery, they just call you and say “we’ll be here on this day” - no opportunity to schedule in advance at all. If you’re working, too bad. You better adjust your working schedule with 2 days notice so that you can be there when we arrive!Just pitiful. If there was another option I would have taken it in a heartbeat.When the delivery guys showed up they were great! It was the end of the day for them so they were tired, but still friendly and extremely helpful. That’s the only reason they even get one star IMO.The “logistics” side of things though? Their ability to plan ahead should be better than this. It’s 2021. There’s no excuse for customer service this poor.

The Peloton website said that the people from XPO delivering would be wearing masks and shoe covers- they werent and I had to ask them to mask up. They didnt have shoe covers. They also reeked of weed. (Which is fine on your own time, but you’re driving a super large truck to be driving impaired.)They didnt put one of the pedals on correctly and it snapped off on my second ride.Extremely disappointed in the service.

Had guaranteed delivery date and nobody showed up they now tell me they guarantee NOTHING . The extremely rude customer service people basically told me to get over it and maybe I would get my stuff in the next week or so. XPO sent me let me 2 text messages confirming the arrival of confirming the arrival of my package. On top of that there website up of that their website clearly showed my package should have been delivered the day of the texts. They never showed! I called them only to be told it was a mistake. 3 mistakes I dont believe. their mistake cost me $400 dollars for taking the day off. I asked to speak to someone about my lost wages and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. Worst shipping company ever. I will be calling Casper to discuss my lost wages, since XPO wont take responsibility for it. last thing, who sets up an appointment window of 14 hours?

Excellent customer service. They were in constant contact with me about my sofa delivery and arrived right on time. They checked to make sure I was happy with placement and condition of the box before leaving. There was a problem with the couch, but it is obvious that it is a manufacturer defect and not the result of this shipping company. I’m told they will help ship out the old one once the replacement arrives too.

Original delivery scheduled for 4/26 bet 12 & 3. Received call at 2:00 on the 26th advising delivery not available and would be rescheduled. No further communication was received. Emailed Amazon 5/8 asking where delivery was. Nothing heard from XPO. 5/12 I called XPO and was advised they would deliver on Friday, 5/14, and would call on Thursday to advise delivery window on Friday. Nothing received on Thursday. Received call this morning that they would deliver this morning. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were very polite and courteous.

I got a confirmation my cabinets were to be delivered on Monday.. but they didnt show. Called, got a guy who said he emailed the warehouse and to wait 48 hours. Called next day, have to wait, called later that day..hmmm... they didnt get routed, but they are here. Called Wednesday, you have to schedule delivery with the cabinet maker.. guessing they ate them... or put them in a ditch somewhere?I cant give a zero rating, but the call center stinks.. very polite, but absolutely no use. So have no idea where my 10k in cabinets are.Update 1:.. emailed the company who said they would research it and contact me... still nothing. Lowes called, cabinet coming confirms xpo had them... but no update as to whether they are.Got the reply from the company below and emailed a second address... still waiting. 40 cabinets cant be that hard to find.

Horrible horrible company!! I was supposed to have something delivered by them a week ago but was called the day of my scheduled delivery and told my item wasnt on the delivery truck and they would have to locate it. I was told they had 48hr to locate it and reschedule my delivery. 48 hours came and went with no call so I called them. I was told by the rep that they couldnt get ahold of anyone from the HUB and they would send a email and I should receive a call in 48 hrs. Still have not received a call so I called customer service again and was told the same thing they cant get a hold of anyone at my HUB and they would email them to schedule my delivery and I should hear from them in 48hrs. I then called the company I ordered the item from and was told their tracking shows my local XPO has the item. That rep even called XPO and was told the same thing I was that I should be receiving a call to schedule a delivery. If they have it why cant they just deliver it! This is unacceptable! I understand that things happen and get misplaced but if you lost my item own up to it dont just give me and the company that is contracting with you to deliver their product the run around!! XPO clearly doesnt care about their customers or the companies that contract with them to deliver their product.

Never by choice would I choose XPO to delivery anything to me again! I ordered from Peloton and they use XPO so I had no choice. Original delivery date was April 25th. XPO would re-schedule my delivery over 5 times with a different excuse each time. But the best excuse and used most often was that they didn’t have the inventory, even though Peloton confirmed that they had it. XPO had given excuses of the carrier dropped the route, truck broke down, too many deliveries in one day so the drivers had to head back to the hub, and the kicker, call Peloton!! This was 2 months of calling their customer service and they could never put me in contact with the local hub. Most of their customer service don’t speak or understand English correctly. Finally, XPO delivered yesterday June 24. The drivers took 15 minutes to setup. I tipped the drivers for their quick work. But I would never choose this company. If I could rate Zero stars, I would!

Fantastic experience!! I was contacted and agreed to text communication. I was texted and reminded about the delivery. It was very quickly after I ordered. But the best part? The guys that came to deliver the washer and dryer and pedestals were the nicest guys ever and they knew exactly what they were doing. They unboxed and hooked up everything and brought it inside quickly. They were very courteous and very polite and very helpful. I was really appreciative.

Horrible, if I could give no stars I would. If you cant meet a 12 hour delivery window why bother giving one? Have made 5 calls with no helpful info and two emails without responses.Still waiting for my sofa with no info on when it will be delivered. Some people have jobs they take off to be available for your deliveries.Listen to the bad reviews this is a recurring problem with XPO. Stay away if you can. Seek out other delivery services.

I was expecting a delivery placed since February 8th which was supposed to be delivered today between 9am-12pm. I received a text message that they would be here in 30 minutes at 10am and when I tracked it saw that they were 5 minutes away from my house. An hour and a half later they were up in the Jemez Springs. Several calls were placed throughout the day to XPO and I repeatedly was told I should be next. Several times XPO “couldn’t get a hold of their local hub.” After calling Peloton looking for answers, I was told they got a hold of the driver and were finally “on the way” at 4:04pm and would deliver between 4:15-6pm. I tracked the delivery at that time and saw they were about an hour away. At 5pm I tracked it again only to see my delivery was canceled. Another call to Peloton and XPO told them “I wasn’t home at 4pm and they were returning back to their facility.” I have been home waiting all day for them. It is unacceptable to lie about not being home to avoid coming back to my area at the end of the day. Their main number goes direct to a call center and they are not helpful either. So many issues throughout the day and no plan to resolve this delivery in sight. Highly disappointed with XPO.

The Worst. I purchased a NordicTrac treadmill. Scheduled delivery Dec 15. The window was emailed me the day of the delivery at 10a -- 7a-10pm. At around 5pm I received a notification that there was a problem. I called and was informed that I refused the delivery, and then they told me I wasnt home. (I was, and I was watching diligently and had my phone with me the entire time). Rescheduled to Dec 19. They did not call to confirm. I called the morning of the delivery and they told me that the truck had broken down. Rescheduled to Dec 22. I did not receive a window or confirmation the day prior. I called the morning of the delivery. The delivery did not make it on the truck. Rescheduled now to Dec 24. I tried to call NordicTrack to cancel and was informed I will not be refunded delivery or restocking fees. Im stuck. Im pretty sure that Ill never receive this treadmill. The agents are polite, and they say things like this will never happen again. We guarantee delivery the next time. Look, I get it, things are chaotic. But I wish I would have never made this purchase. Terrible service.Update on Dec 27: My delivery was cancelled again on Dec 24, the only reason I found out is because I called customer service and the agent told me the item was not slated for delivery and this will never happen again, and rescheduled to Dec 28. I reached out as recommended below in response to my google review to customer service via email prior to the delivery - I received a reply the delivery is scheduled for Dec 24. Then I received an email stating that the customer service ticket was resolved. Things just keep getting worse.

This is the most unreliable and incompetent company I have ever dealt with! XPO had my shed for days and no one called to schedule a delivery. When I called them, I was told it would be delivered the next day. At the end of the next day, I got a voicemail that the guy had been outside my door but I did not answer. I was told it would be delivered the following day.When I called to follow up the following day, they said it didnt make it onto the truck! Since it was Friday, Carlos said they did not deliver on Saturdays and that it would definitely be delivered on Monday.On Monday, I called at 7 AM and was told the shed would be loaded at 11 for deliver that afternoon. At 1:30, I called and was told it had not made it into the truck - again!!I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday between 9AM and 5 PM! I still dont have the shed! NEVER USE XPO!! I wont - Ill make sure of that. And dont ask me to go your website or that you will send it for managerial review!10/20/20When I finally got the shed, the delivery person, Adrian, was very kind, professional, and efficient. The box the shed came in however was torn and punctured. Adrian apologized and acknowledged the condition of the box on the receipt. I appreciated that.

Our experience with XPO has been beyond exasperating and disappointing, and weve still yet to receive the $2,000 item we ordered almost three months ago and were promised a delivery date three weeks ago. For the past three weeks, XPO has failed to follow through on six delivery windows they themselves scheduled by either same day cancellation, no-shows, or quietly rescheduling delivery without any notice. And you only uncover these errors by either calling-in to discover an unannounced delivery date change has been made that you never agreed to, or youre literally gone for the weekend and two delivery guys call you on a Saturday night asking why youre not home to receive a delivery at a time you never scheduled. No one at this company is on the same page. I cannot stress this enough: XPO screams gross incompetence and you/they need to know what an embarrassing failure this entire process has been. Ive never witnessed such a marriage of incompetence and confidence so fully and grotesquely consummated as I have with XPO.

This company is not reliable or trustworthy. First promised delivery date, at the LATEST, was July 1. Then that was moved to July 2 with absolutely no explanation. On July 2, I hear from the shipping company that now it has been moved to July 8 (we’re backed up due to COVID…blah, blah, blah). Today is July 8. At 7am this morning, I received another call from the shipping company, PROBABLY tomorrow. I threw my mattress away yesterday because I was promised a mattress on July 8. Now I will probably have to pay for a hotel room because I do not have a bed!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Its been a whole nother business day and still havent heard from you.Tired of waiting on corporate, I was able to find the number of the local warehouse. An employee there put down the phone and found my appliances in literally 7 minutes. 5 days worth of phone calls and an escal gets me nowhere, but the problem was solveable in 7 minutes??Original - XPO was supposed to deliver a fridge, washer, and dryer to my home. The drivers showed up with just a fridge. When i called in, XPO insisted they had delivered the washer and dryer already. I told them this was not the case. Ive already been billed.They opened a ticket but it has been ignored.They have refused to return my calls for days, and the folks on the phone wont give me any more details than they will call you backIts not the delay, its their insistance that i received the washer/dryer, that i have paid for the washer/dryer, that i dont have it, and that they refuse to talk with me to resolve the situation. I ordered a full kitchen suite from Samsung, to be installed by XPO. While they were here I noticed damage to the microwave. (Samsung has a replacement door ordered) I was also told that they couldnt install the gas range due to a coupler misfit. To make things worse after they left, I noticed damage to the kitchen cabinet and my dishwasher installed whereby I cant open cabinet doors. This is all bad enough but it has been over a week now and XPO hasnt returned my calls. All I want is the installation to be completed as agreed. Honestly, if I thought this much effort would be involved, I would have used my local hardware store. My zip is 87144. I am still waiting for your call XPO!

Horrible Service. I ordered my NordicTrac 17 July 2020. I have tracked the order since I input the request (b/c we all need to drop these COVID pounds). Shipment is supposed to take 10-14 days - one would expect with COVID it would be around 14-21 days. Icon Fitness shipped the item 19 July 2020 and it was in Albuquerque at the Last mile on 22 July 2020. I have NOT received an update on my package. When i call the toll free number the CSRs say the package hasnt arrived at their Hub. I confirmed with Icon fitness that it had and they fwd the acknowledgement of receipt to the hub again. The CSRs also cant get a hold of the local hub to confirm any details; It goes straight to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full and hangs up on you. I located the numbers and it did the same thing to me. When Ive called to speak with a manager im told itll be escalated and a supervisor will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Its since been a week, with several calls to their office later and still no resolution or even an update. This is unacceptable and shady. i would not suggest going through this company. It would be better to drive to the location rent a u-haul and transport your purchases yourself.

100% dissatisfied and disappointed.We bought a refrigerator off of the Samsung website and was notified by xpo that my refrigerator would be delivered on that next Saturday after Memorial Day of course and because of the holiday we didn’t mind. So Saturday came and we were informed that there was a delay and they gave us a new delivery date. It was for that coming Monday. Today. I tracked my order all morning and seen early this morning that it said it was loaded on the truck. Around 10am it said it was at my house. No one was there to deliver a refrigerator, it said delivered. Ummmm no. There is no refrigerator in my kitchen. So we call and listen to all of the bull. At the end of the call we are given an estimated day of Wednesday. I suppose we will see. If it goes well I will update this post. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I understand things happen but don’t say it’s on the way and that you’re outside of my house and that you delivered it. Maybe I’m over reacting but when you spend that much of your own money on something for your family you expect to get within the time you’re told. Get it together xpo.

Worst experience ever! If there’s a way to never use this company I suggest not. We ordered an appliance set from Costco. It was suppose to be delivered by xpo. Get a call from them the day before to set up a delivery time. During the time it was suppose to be delivered they called my fiancé and told him the truck broke down in Colorado and they wouldn’t be able to get it to us. Next day comes around and they call to tell us the fridge is now damaged. It was a nightmare. They were supposed to bring everything and we will get a replacement fridge. The night they were supposed to bring it for the third time I had to call because it was after 9 at night and they told me IT WOULD BE ANOTHER TWO HOURS. Finally receive it the next day. Now here we are the day we are suppose to get our replacement fridge which the delivery was schedule for between 1-5. It’s now after 9 again and no call. Got ahold of the delivery scheduler who told me it’s probably not happening and won’t happen now until Wednesday. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

However they were too fast, luckily I realized the foot didnt adjust before they left and he had to crawl under the bed to connect it. The remote didnt sync and he said they didnt do that. After he left I read the manual and the remotes will sync just took a lot of trial and error. Also the material he said was just packaging was actually a connector for the two twin bases, which the manual says you need three people to attach. We tried to fix it but he screwed the legs on so tight I cant get the leg of the base off to install the connector. Tip dont let them rush you into signing the release.

The company is a real nuisance to be in touch with (very, very long waits on the phone, etc). Set a 4 hour window for delivery with no communication until 10 min away (was told 30 min) (I even called to see if I could get update, but was told the same 4 hour window). The team that came was nice enough, but when they left I discovered the kick-plate sitting on my counter, and when I opened under the sink to put things away, the connector hose was positioned in FRONT of all the other connections there, sticking out and leaving virtually no storage space under the sink! I called to have them return. Now Im waiting for tomorrows call to schedule yet another 4-hour window. Oh, and Id been told theyd set a short cycle to be sure no leaks, but they set it and left. The two were pleasant enough, and seemed capable, but job just not right - and such a time-suck!

2 Horrible delivery experiences. From now on, when I purchase an item, I will ask the company if they use XPO and will not purchase if they do. The first time, one of the techs sent to my home was wearing an ankle tracker, yet XPO says they perform background checks? The second time, I had ordered a gas dryer online from Samsung. When the delivery arrived (several days late,) 2 men showed up, quickly installed and left. As they day went on, I kept smelling an increasing smell of natural gas. I finally called a plumber after hours who confirmed the valve was not shut tightly and there was a gas leak. I have video on my phone of all of this.
