I ordered a safe from Tractor Supply and these guys were the chosen shipping company. My shipment was supposed to be here on 3/31. They never called me to let me know that they never put it on the truck from Phoenix to Albuquerque. Even though the tracking said it was in Albuquerque. The tracking says it is in Albuquerque for a second time, and they will not answer the phone to set the delivery.
Ordered a stationary bike and this company was selected to deliver (not by us). We live on base and have never had any trouble with any company getting to us (we’ve had larger appliances delivered). This company was supposed to deliver our bike April 4th. The driver called at 9:50 PM and said he still had other deliveries but should be at our house by midnight. He never showed up and at least called to give his reasoning. Since then, that’s the closest we’ve been to delivery. We’ve made multiple calls to the company and talked to “management” who say they’re working on the issue and we’re not the only ones on base with this issue with no resolve. No one will actually help you and you will continue to be stuck in limbo chasing dead ends.! We’re not looking for compensation, we’re just wanting what we’ve paid for. Avoid this company at all costs if you have the choice.
I was supposed to get a delivery of 10k worth of kitchen cabinets on Monday 7/26 and had confirmed this because one door was on backorder and had to confirm that date as well. Guess what...no call, no text, nothing...no cabinets on Monday.When I called, they were all closed and no one was answering so the XPO rep sent an email to the warehouse and told me Id have to wait 48 hours.My install is Monday, Aug 2 - I cant let this linger forever, so i started making LOTS of calls - to the shipping company XPO, to the place I ordered from Lowes and eventually to the Cabinetworks who made the cabinets.Because XPO doesnt seem to empower their agents to tell the truth, I got lots of run-around. They will need to be routed on a truck, they are here in the warehouse, then..you have to call the cabinet company to authorize us to deliver your cabinets. ?? why does the cabinet maker need to authorize the change in timing on the delivery - nothing else changed product/address/homeowner...all the same, just a different date.Come to find out...this company has no drivers to go into New Mexico at the present time, so all of my calls were stall tactics.Thanks to Chris at Cabinetworks and their logistics team, they found Tanzanian shipping to get my products from Arizona to New Mexico - and further Dave went above and beyond to find a driver to get them to me before my installer is due to arrive.This could have all been solved if, on my first call, they were able to say they were unable to ship to New Mexico and I would have been able to avoid countless calls, emails and finally only getting help by making a negative Google review for XPO. Very sad way to handle business.
I am surprised this company is in business! Bought a mattress online and waited the three weeks for Simmons to build mattress. It was than given to XPO and they claimed they lost it. Had to cancel order, so ordered mattress through another dealer and waited the three weeks to have it built. Unfortunately they also gave it to XPO to deliver it. XPO auto called and emailed to inform me I could now set time for mattress delivery following their email instructions which don’t work, so called and their automated system does not work, so waited to speak with person who informed me it would be an additional two months to deliver the mattress because I live three hours away, Unbelievable but true.!
I rarely write reviews. However the quality of service has been a zero. I ordered an elliptical machine. The product arrived in Albuquerque 4/1/21 and I have yet to receive a call. I have contacted Nordictrack and they have been told on 3 occasions that XPO would be contacting me with in 2 days. It is now the 19th of April. Ridiculous!
Had a great experience here i brought a load in they told me where to drop my trailer hooked up to an empty and was out of there. The people there were super nice especially the Dana in the office.
I am experiencing the same issues as recent reviews. I had to contact them to setup an appointment, after the package sat at their facility for almost a week. No one notified or tried to contact me about setting up an appointment, I had no idea... Then, after setting up an appointment for the following day, they tried to deliver the same day. I say tried because I was home all day and neither saw nor heard anyone but the USPS employee. Then I called the day of the appointment and they said, it is not going out today because it was not loaded on a truck... That was at 9 AM. They were not helpful or apologetic. They simply wanted to reschedule and get me off the phone. This is a delivery company that is awful at delivering. I dont know how they still have contracts.

Just because we are located in a rural area, they kept our delivery for a month before they had enough packages worth the delivery. Still waiting for delivery. We are not worth it when there is just one pallet. #1 means delivers on time in a timely manner. That service is not #1 reliability like they advertise.
Awful experience. Ordered kitchen appliances from Costco and this company was in charge of delivering my appliances to the East Mountains.The day my delivery was scheduled I received a phone call after I’ve already left work (I took time off work to be home for the delivery) telling me the delivery had to be rescheduled because they put my appliances on a truck going to Colorado and that truck had broken down. The guys I spoke to on the phone basically just said it wasn’t their fault. No responsibility or accountability. We rescheduled the delivery for the next day.Next morning I get a phone call from the driver delivering my appliances and he tells me that my BRAND NEW fridge is dented and scratched. He immediately got defensive saying that it wasn’t their fault and that was how they received it. He claimed he knew this because they hadn’t even loaded it on a truck which is BS because it was on a truck yesterday that broke down. So now I’m out $3000 for new kitchen appliances and I’m waiting for who knows how long to get another damn fridge delivered from a company who I don’t even trust to deliver it on time and In one piece.Throughout the whole experience not a single person from XPO wanted to take accountability or responsibility and offered nothing in the way of making this right.I would give this company 0 stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.

This business doesn’t understand the meaning of communication or good customer service. They seem unable to dial your phone number to communicate a delay of your delivery that you’ve rearranged your entire weekend around so that they can give you a delivery window of 4 hours and then, reschedule you without any notice. Wow!
If I didnt have to use this company I wouldnt. They can never get the job done right. Always getting damaged freight from them. Orders never on time. And clueless customer service reps on the phones. The only decent person in the company is the driver that delivers it which unfortunately he cant control how the orders get to him and poor customer service.
Dishonest...not on time...if they get too busy, overflow goes to RAC trucking...theyre reviews are terrible! This trucking outfit has went downhill since Conway. Terrible service.
One of the beat deliveries Ive had. Some of the nicest folks. Dropped loaded trailer in evening. Picked up unloaded trailer in early morning. Dont understand other drivers complaining. Go to the casino exit 140 Route 66 Casino and Hotel. Walk around enjoy yourself. Ill definitely be back to this location.
Three months and still no appliances. I have called over a dozen times regarding my order and every time I get a new delivery date a week or two down the road. That date comes and no delivery. I have spoken to several managers and every time they assure me it will happen and it doesnt. Worst customer service I have ever seen. No accountability and no integrity as a company!
Horrible!!!!! Ordered a bed from Serta Mattress, XPO has Scheduled a delivery 3 times and has failed to show 3 time. They will not let you know that they won’t be arriving so you’ll wait all day at home for nothing. XPO has be by far the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
The majority of the people who work for XPO have been pretty easy to work with BUT they don’t deliver on time. They can’t provide necessary information regarding shipments.... My first delivery was damaged BEYOND BELIEF!!! This wouldn’t be my first choice of many company’s to deliver my freight....
