I have tried a few places and this one seems to be the best for me. They listen to what my needs are and clearly communicate on how to achieve them. Very nice, flexible and have amazing sales sometimes. Been going here solidly the past year and have not been disappointed like some other places I have been.

It was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. Receptionist and Linda are very nice, professional and easy going. Linda not only goes into depth when explaining your procedure but also educates you on how things work. My laser on my spider veins on my nose and face went so smooth it was super easy for Linda. Ive been a customer for several years and lately her quality has diminished. Each time I go the botox last a few weeks if Im lucky. Ive decided to go elsewhere. Saving money is not as important as having great quality. Im not sure if she waters her product down but I feel like Im throwing my money away.

Beautys beware! I have been going to Linda Love for years for my Botox treatments. She has always been great, so much so I have referred SEVERAL friends to her. The past year or so her quality has seemed to diminish. I am at 5 weeks in and have just as much movement as the day I saw her. I went in to see her for a follow-up and it was blamed on age and that in older age (I am 41) we open our eyes wider therefore we see more movement she then stated she will put ONE unit it to fix it….ONE UNIT! I had 2 other friends that saw her around the same time I did and they both have no change one went back and paid for more units and has no change with additional units and now will change providers the other refuses to see her again. All three of us are getting new treatment from someone else after 5 weeks. Needless to say, at this time everyone I have referred to her has changed providers due to her lower quality. I understand she offers great pricing for her Botox but if it is watered down or not the right quality and I am having to go monthly for treatments what is the point of the lower costs? I would rather pay more and have it last as it should and always had in the past. We are fortunate to have many options here in Albuquerque. I suggest looking around before making a decision, it is your money and your face two things that shouldnt be taken lightly!

Amazing honest staff. They go over everything with you, they determine what you need, how much you need and show you the total price before they continue, so you can determine if that’s how much you want to spend during that appointment. They do not make you feel pressured or uncomfortable to ask questions. This was my first time at Love Laser & Med Spa and definitely will be back.

I always have a good experience here! Linda is always very open to questions & gives good feedback. She will not try to sell you on unnecessary products & procedures, which I appreciate. As a fellow RN, I also appreciate that she took the time to let me watch her draw up the botox in a clean, sterile manner so I knew it was not watered down & done properly when I asked. A lot of places just produce pre-drawn up syringes from a refrigerator so you don’t know if the product is watered down or if it is drawn up properly (especially important since I am putting it in my face). She also is very good with communication, and lets me if the reward program Brilliant Distinctions/Alle is having a special or sale. I was able to buy $400 with of gift certificates for $200 (so essentially 1/2 price).

I’ve been getting injections for 10 years in a variety of cities and medical spas. Linda is, HANDS DOWN, the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable and also has the finesse to treat each face with artistry! Don’t go anywhere else in ABQ for injections

Highly recommend this place! Linda did an amazing job with my Botox and its only been 4 days. I would go to her again. The office is clean and inviting and everyone was so friendly and personable. I made an appointment with Linda for broken capillaries on my face that have been there for years. This is been my biggest insecurity about my face for a while now. I texted made an appointment and on my appointment day I got there, I got a consultation, and was treated in the same day! She gave me clear instructions on how to care for my face and also requested that I follow up with her so that way she can assure that my results what she expected.

I thought so many good reviews couldnt possibly be true, but after having a great experience I can see they are authentic. Linda knows what shes doing and she works with you to customize your treatment.

Linda always takes her time and talks you through your options for treatment, but she never tries to upsell you on more than you want. She explains the pros and cons of various treatments. Ive been seeing Linda for a few years now and think shes the best in town!

Linda is very knowledgeable and well trained, I have never had to go back for fixes as I have in many other medical spas in this town. She is not diluting Botox which has been an issue with many other quasi medical spas. She also does IPL and teeth whitening which is one stop shopping for me. I would highly recommend her

This was the first time I ever tried Botox and it will be the last. Linda Love poked the table I was sitting on with the needle then straightened it with her hand and inserted it into my face! She is lying about doing it after admitting to it. My face bruised and I’ve been sick for days. Getting labs tomorrow as I’m very worried about the dirty needle in my face!!

A nightmare of an appointment with massive bruising and still noticeable discoloration after 2-weeks. Even using a vein scanner, she hit a vein on the first injection site. All she could say was, That is going to leave a nasty bruise. She was correct, it did!To make matters worse, she was training a new Botox nurse while performing the injections. Im still not back to normal and I will never return to Love Laser and Med Spa. This was not my first experience with Linda but it will definitely be my last. It looks as if I were in a car accident.

I think Linda is a nice lady. However dont think the Botox she injects is from this country. I went there Four times spent close to 1000. And was never happy with results. I have had Botox injections since my 40s and results should last 6 months. Went back to Hernias Plastic Surgery Dr. Gallegos 250. A 💉 and results in 3 days. Be careful I wish I would have never wasted my money, only went to Linda because it was closer for me. Never again.
