This place is wonderful. So peaceful and clean, the entire staff follows COVID protocol and exudes professionalism at all times. Dr. Lam is the best and he has definitely mastered his practice. I would highly recommend going to see Dr Lam. He is by far the best doctor in his field in my opinion. He always does a phenomenal job with whatever I have done and gives the best advice-he tells me what’s a good idea and what isn’t-which makes me trust his judgement and recommendations. I have received several services here. I did some laser hair removal with Dori, she is an absolute sweetheart who makes you feel so comfortable. I also had Dr. Lam work his magic and he is so professional and great at what he does. Getting things done to your face can be nerve racking but I have 💯 percent confidence in Dr. Lam’s skills. I am a client since a year ago i started with laser services with Lori and she is amazing she made the sessions very comfortable and relax.She cares a lot my comfort. 3days ago after a year thinking about it I got my lips done with Dr. Lam, I have to confess that I took the decision on to do it just because of the Dr I was going to, anyways I still had so many concerns and I was terrify by the needles and pain. My experience was amazing pain was almost nothing and Dr. Lam was amazing he pays a lot of attention on the anatomy of my face and gave me very wise advice, he is a perfectionist he examined my lips multiple times to make sure they were looking pretty, symmetrical and more important that they were what i was asking for. I really wanted to love this place, the doctor was very informative however, I never received a follow up call, if so it did not show up on voice-mail nor my phone log. Received Botox one eyebrow was frozen while the other one moved. I used go get Botox in another state and only had to come back every 5 months, it hasnt even been 3 months and the Botox seems to be gone already. Calling to cancel my next apt.

I am a little over 24hrs from my first ever treatment of Botox and Juvederm, and I cannot be more pleased, even with swelling! Every process was a pleasurable experience and thats rare these days. The girls on the phone, the MA (I think) that took photos and numbed my lips, to Dr. Lam himself are all phenomenal. I especially enjoyed Dr. Lam whom is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He was very clear and concise on anatomy, procedures, treatment, recommendations moving forward. His bedside manner is exquisite! He genuinely seemed interested in me as a person, and not just another face to poke holes in. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will always HIGHLY recommend this facility and Dr. Lam as well.

Hi my name is Andrew. All I can say is that this is a complete honest review! I just called this place and I let them know that I wanted to get in there for a consultation? The female who answered the phone she asked me all these questions and I told her that I was seeking this office for help??? I went to go see a doctor Last year and they put too much filler I believe in my cheekbones. Bottom line I called this place to ask them if they could help me since I wasnt able to get ahold of the old doctor because they are no longer around. The lady on the phone had no sympathy and she said we dont help people that have issues from other people we only help people that dont have issues. I, my family and friends have been going to Dr. Mancha for Botox and other facial treatments for many years now with wonderful results. He has helped us look more rested, relaxed & youthful. Dr. Mancha is a lovely man with a gentle touch and an artistic eye! We highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lam seemed rushed and in a hurry to move on to his next appointment. He even stated that if I continued to ask questions directly related to the procedure I was having done that day, a procedure I’d never had done before, he would not be able to complete what I’d come in for and had been scheduled the amount of time needed to complete the procedures I came in for, that I’d have to reschedule another appointment for him to finish another time. Very disappointed with Dr. Lam. I’ll try to schedule future appointments when Dr. Mancha is there.

He made recommendations from my natural facial features, and I am SO PLEASED with the end result. If I could rate 0 stars I would. My husband got sucked into setting me an appointment for this for my birthday and when I called to cancel... they advised me that there is a $20 charge on my card now. So they render no service to me....and collect my $20 because I cannot afford a $600 juvaderm shot and wish to cancel. Unprofessional and borderline extortion. This is how they rack up fees and revenue. Nothing but dissatisfied and now I have to pay $20 to some rich provider who gave me nothing in return.

I was greeted by the front desk personnel as soon as I walked in and was offered something to drink. Dori took me back for a consultation and was so kind, caring and considerate about how nervous I was. She explained the process and what to expect. She was reassuring that everything was going to be fine definitely helped my nerves. I was then greeted by Dr.Lam and he is such a sweetheart. Dr.Lam showed me the products being used explained them and how they would be used. I loved that he allows you to see his work as he is doing it. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and that is much appreciated by his patients. When they say #1 when it comes to Dr.Lam they are correct! He takes pride in his job and patients by making sure your comfortable and confident before leaving his office. I highly recommend this company and all that work there definitely 100% amazing work and customer service. Thank you to all.

I recently got Juvederm fillers from Dr. Lam. I was apprehensive at first because it was the first time I have ever received fillers. So I was understandably hesitant about the process itself. I looked up reviews online and saw Dr. Lam‘s credentials and decided to book an appointment. I was quick to get an appointment and I got the fillers at a good price. During the procedure Dr. Lam was very friendly and initiated good conversation. I was probably one of those annoying patients who tries to control the doctors every move just because I wanted to be very modest with the fillers and not look ‘over done’. Dr. Lam was friendly through and through and did such a phenomenal job. Less than one hour after the procedure, I had already made the decision that I will forever continue to get fillers with Dr. Lam as long as I’m able to. Definitely recommend.
