Had a wonderful team manager named Hilda who was responsive and quick. when the ladies forgot to do my restroom she had them right back up here and had it done quick. She did the baseboards, wall, and the stairwell I would like her every once a week.

Flor and Hilda (T18) does a great job for us. Its always nice to come home after one of the days theyve cleaned. I really appreciate their hard work.

I like a clean home. Unfortunately Im not very good about keeping up with my chores. Lets face it, it can be overwhelming!The Molly Maid team #10 came to my home and made cleaning look easy. They were on time, went right to work and made my home look and smell just beautiful! Excellent workers!Bianca, the coordinator was very easy to talk to about scope of work and what would be expected. I look forward to being a continuing customer.

What a horrible experience! Word of advice make sure to take pictures prior to them coming out! Take them up on the offer for a representative to actually come and tell you what they’re going to be doing based off of your already clean house. I’m a single mom with three kids I keep my toilets, tubs and showers clean! This was a birthday gift to myself that I’ve been saving up and looking forward to so much. I have video of me wiping down my own floors (they were not mapped at all) some counters not clean, some baseboards not done. They did say they try and make it right but it just feels like a huge slap in the face after they spent 3 1/2 hours and over $300 my house is not worth the money. This is extremely disheartening because they make a promise that they’ll come out and make it right but that shouldn’t have to be the case it should have been done the first time.

Unfortunately if I could give this company less than one star I would. For starters, I had made an appointment for a cleaning between 1-2. They called me the day of and changed the window of time from 12pm-5pm. That is a very big window to be waiting around. They showed up 5min before 5pm.It took 2 people over 2 hours just to clean 2 bathrooms when I was originally quoted 2 hours for the entire home. When I asked about it they told me it depends on the condition of my home. My house is pretty well maintained and normally takes me (one person) 30min to clean both bathrooms top to bottom. I ended up asking them to leave when after 2 hours they were still where they started.I feel they were working incredibly slow on purpose, and didn’t even do a very thorough job.It was overpriced, and they did not do what they were originally hired to do.Edit: They called me this morning to fix the problem. Their solution was to charge me less money in exchange for me leaving a new/better review saying they addressed the problem.So here it is....*They called me and addressed the problem and will not be charging me for the full 2hrs. *

Had them come for a deep clean and will start with their monthly service. Very satisfied.

I scheduled service a month-2 months ago for 5/27. I’m getting married on 5/30 and we are using our house for the ceremony and reception. I got a call the morning of 5/27 that they would be canceling service as they did not have enough people to come and clean my home. Will never call here for service again, this left a horrible taste in my mouth. I know everyone is short staffed but I wish I knew a whole lot earlier than this to make plans to have someone else come clean for my wedding. Now I have to ask my family to help me. Which saves me money in the long run, I guess.

Even though my appointment was rescheduled due to covid I was more than happy with the results. Team #4 did an awesome job and I will definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Molly Maids staff are friendly, efficient, and effective. I called and left a message this morning and they call me back within 15 minutes. I was able to meet with them at their office right after 8 a.m. to drop off the key to my new home. They were able to present me with their wide range of options for services. They are able to quote me the price right away. Theyre able to accommodate my schedule. Their crew will always call ahead 30 minutes before they come inside my home to clean it. I will be having them clean the house I just move to. Ive had them clean the house I was living in for many years. They always do a good job. And their pet friendly. My cat and the maid get along just fine.

Molly Maid of Greater Albuquerque cancelled on me at 756am the day they were scheduled to clean my townhouse for move out!!!!!!!!!!!!! I scheduled with them 10 days ago. How very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER use them and you should not either. Spread the word as they are terribly unreliable. I am very, very upset.

Ive tried to schedule a move-out cleaning will Molly Maid multiple times and have had the same thing happen EACH TIME. Despite having made my appointment over a week ahead of time and having it confirmed by phone call by one of the representatives, they have cancelled the service each time on the MORNING OF the scheduled cleaning giving no other reason than COVID. I thought the first was an isolated incident so I gave them a try again - this morning I recieved the same exact message saying that due to COVID theyre unable to honor their appointment and thought it was a joke. As my family is in the midst of a move, this has been a huge inconvenience and has runied our plans on multiple occasions now. I have so much understanding for businesses during a difficult time, but this is obviously happening because the company is overscheduling and cancelling as they see fit - the fact that they are short-staffed could have been communicated to me days in advance and given me a chance to reschedule with another company. Truly a bad business practice. I recommend that you seek another cleaning service.

Definitely do not enlist this company for any sort of hourly clean. I used to use them prior to covid and it would take 2 people approximately 2.5 hours to clean my entire house. Because it had been a while they said that I would need to do the hourly clean which I said was fine. It took two people 5 hours to not even clean half of my house. It was taking so long I finally asked them to leave without even having started on the upstairs. I felt the cleaners were purposely working slowly and often took long breaks. They essentially cleaned what I could have cleaned as one person in 5 hours. When I called to see what was going on they said my house was dirtier than it had been before, but it was in the same state it had been in every other time they had come to clean. It wasnt like I hadnt cleaned my house myself at all in 5 months. It was ridiculously expensive and very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend and will not be using again.

My twenty something kids’ house was estimated by square footage to take around five hours to clean but I warned them it would be longer. After the first hour they brought in more people and stayed very late to get it done! I and my kids were so happy to have a baseline wonderful clean start for them and I appreciate Molly Maids staying late and calling in reinforcements to get it done!

I know cleaning homes is hard work. The ladies that cleaned my home after I moved out spent over 2 hours, and when I arrived to pay them I decided to give them a $20 tip. However, I should have looked at their work before they left. They did not offer for me to look at the job they had done. So after they left I realized that the oven was not cleaned well and they did not clean under the drawers in the refrigerator. Also the countertops looked ok but they still felt like they had grime and hard water on them. I feel like I paid a lot of money plus tip yet I had to go back and finish the job.Also, I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed to me but I never received it. I will not use this company again.

We used Molly Maid for nearly 4 years without ever having a bad experience. A number of different teams -- all good. Respectful of our furnishings, punctual and reliable. Discontinuing service for reasons having nothing to do with MM. Would go back with no hesitation.

I have had many maid services over the years, whether it be service or private individual. I always go back to Molly Maids due to their professionalism and convenient schedule. When they clean the home, it always feels like entering a freshly cleaned high end hotel room. Currently we have team 10, and we are very happy with their services! I would definitely go with Molly Maids, if I was in the market for a cleaning service. A+

Team #2 cleans our home every two weeks. They do a wonderful job and save us so much time and effort. With regular cleanings, upkeep between cleanings is a breeze. With the rotation system used by Molly Maid, needed deep cleaning is also done regularly. We have used this service for more than a decade; obviously, we are very pleased. Team #2 is great!

The team does a fantastic job cleaning our home. They are very detail-oriented and it shows, as when we arrive home on the days they have been here, you can immediately tell upon walking in the door that they have been there to work their magic. Their hard work is much appreciated, and coming home to a clean house is always a treat.

I have since moved but I used Molly Maid in Rio Rancho for years before I did. The teams were always thorough and friendly, and when there was an issue, the management was quick to resolve the issue. I have since tried Molly Maid in the city were I currently live based on brand recognition, and they are terrible! However, I highly recommend Molly Maid in the Albuquerque region. Definitely money well spent! 12/10 would hire again if I return to the area.

Just had my house cleaned by Team 15, Maria and Edi, and they are the BEST! Ive lived in the Albuquerque area for 2-1/2 years -- and Ive had maid service for 2-1/2 years. This is the first time that Ive had Team 15 and they are amazing! They got a stain out of the bathtub that has been there since I bought the house. No one else bothered to try and remove it. Ditto for a stain in the toilet -- GONE! Maria and Edi take great pride in their work. As they left, I gave them each a $20 tip for a job well done.

Team 18, Hilda and Inez, have been cleaning my home for almost a year. They have attention to detail and do an excellent job. They even de-fuzz the cat tree, I never would have expected that. They are friendly and polite and treat my home and belongings with care and respect. I recently had to change my cleaning terms and Bianka was so helpful. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their home cleaned.

We enjoy weekly service on Fridays and it is so wonderful to come home and find most my weekly chores done before the weekend starts. We want to tell you the wonderful job that Team 17 (Abby and Cecilia) did. This was the first time that we used a maid service, at first I was not to keen on the idea, but the change as soon as the girls came in. They were cheerful and very pleasant. They began work right away and worked for over 4 hours (we have a large house) never stopping for a break. When they were through, my house was spotless. I am going to request that team #17 be our regular cleaning crew. If you want excellent works who do a great job ask for team #17

The ladies in team 19 were very considerate. I was not feeling well (recovering from recent hospitalization) and have 3 little dogs. I was able to rest in the backyard and then in the bedroom with the dogs (after the ladies cleaned that room which included the bathroom). l appreciated their kindness!! The cleaning of the house was thorough and they offered some helpful tips on the bathroom. I moved to Albuquerque recently and have used other services (in another state). Molly Maid (team 19) was by far superior!!! THEY MADE MY DAY!

I had two very small bathrooms I wanted cleaned, my own and one attached to a room we had rented out. I called Molly Maid, got the $85 quote, and decided to give them a try. I was pushed to consider regular service, but stated plainly that I wanted to see how things went first.Boy am I glad I waited- the maids arrived. Instead of speaking to my husband, they chose to call their supervisor, who in turn called me to state they were uncertain of how clean they could get one of the rooms. Fine, I said, do what you can. End of conversation, at least for me.For one of the maids, conversations continued to go on and on at high volume to someone on the other end of her cell phone line. The other maid cleaned and organized an area outside of the bathroom shed been asked to clean- leaving some very personal items vulnerable to our new puppy when she was let back into the main house again and others I still havent found yet!Then, they were gone in a flash, with no inspection, no bill presented, no signatures requested. We thought that was extremely odd. Oh well, I thought, just proves this isnt a company I want to do repeat business with, it is what it is.And then we found an extra hundred dollars charged to the card wed put on file to secure the appointment.My phone calls for explanation on this have not been returned.

Edi Loera of Team #15 has made a remarkable improvement in her work. She proved that she has learnt the job and now she is training another young lady. Edi did an excellent job in my home today. She should be chosen as one of the recipients for the bonus.

Team 6 is the best. They have been doing our house for over a year. They always leave in sparkling clean. The extra bonus is they are incredibly nice and make sure that anything that has been left around is neatly gathered. I love this service and I am so happy they take such good care of us!

Team 12 has been cleaning my home for two years. They are very professional and my home is thoroughly clean when they are done. I have chronic respiratory issues and I am not able to do the work they do. They make my life so much easier. The ladies are always so pleasant and caring.

T-18 (Hilda and Ines) did a WONDERFUL job today! They were both very kind and efficient and our apartment has never looked better. The cleaners were instructed not to clean or touch the freshly painted cabinets and they did. They ruined the paint job and are refusing to take responsibility. Not to mention they did a terrible job cleaning.

Team 12 Sheryl & Wendy cleaned my home as a gift from my husband. Omg! I am very happy. I try to keep my home clean but with 3 young kids and a full time job that doesnt always happen. They got all the dusty spots i dont always get, baseboards and fans. I will hire them again!

Shortly after I posted this review 2 years ago Molly Maid changed our team and they have been fantastic since. Maria and Edy are a great team, they are timely, polite, and efficient. Happy to give them the 5 stars they deserve, its long over due!

We have been using Molly Maids for almost 2 years now. Throughout that time we have been serviced by Team #10 (Deanna & Wendy). They are the best! There have been times when other teams have had to fill in, and they just dont do as well as Deanna & Wendy (in our opinion)! We plan to stay with Molly Maids for the foreseeable future.

I am delighted to review the service of Team #6 with Adriana RQ and Raquel. They have been cleaning for me for some time with attention to detail and kind care. They listen to my requests and Im able to have them clean without any distraction. Thank you so much good ladies.

A little over a year ago I hired Molly Maids to clean my home and I have yet to regret my decision. Their service has been impeccable and my team #10 Deanna & Wendy are very professional and easy to work with, they’ve never been late or missed a cleaning, they’ve never broken anything and if they move something they put it back exactly the way I had it.... If I give a particular instruction I never have to repeat it for the following cleanings, they remember every time! I can’t say enough good things about Molly Maids except I wished I had discovered them two years prior when I was waisting my time and money on the “Cleaning Authority”!
