The driver Jerome was very compassionate and considerate of the patients needs and concerns. The ride was very smooth and did not cause the patient any discomfort during transport. The driver Jerome made sure comfort was maintained at all times and was very polite and professional.

Unprofessional staff who curse at families trying to schedule their loved ones to be taken home. Unresponsive all day as well.

We were requesting the help of an employee named Doug, after running into some snags with medical equipment companies, and timelines, which pushed our pick up one hour. When our family reached out to this company, we were met with being yelled at and refused services, because of something out of our control. My advice, if your family is going through a rough time and is in need of help, do not use this company. Absolutely despicable.

This service just returned a resident to our community. It is 34 degrees outside with snow on the ground. The resident returned in a hospital gown, pajama bottoms, and socks...no blanket or even a sheet to protect from the freezing weather. The company stated they do not provide sheets or blankets. I would not recommend this company to transport anyone, let alone frail, fragile seniors.

Its ok, they have nice fleet of vehicles and seem to care for their clients. I havent personally used their services for a full complete review so to be continued.....

I am writing to advise those of my disconcerting experience in regards to an EMT driver (I believe his name was Zack) from the Albuquerque EMT location. I scheduled a round trip appointment for an ambulatory shuttle for Friday, July 24th, 2015 to take me to & from an oral surgery procedure appointment where I received general anesthesia.As soon as my oral surgery was finished, the driver and I got back in the shuttle to head back to my apartment; the driver said he needed to make a quick stop on the way back. A few minutes into the trip back…he answered a personal phone call on his cell phone; he was using a hand-held cell phone. He continued to talk on the phone while driving me in the shuttle for approx. 10 minutes or so. Before his conversation on the phone concluded, he drove to his apartment complex where he lived. He put the shuttle in park and left it running. Since he was still talking on the phone, he motioned he would be back in 1 minute, as he needed to grab something. As more time went by with him still gone…I watched him continue his phone conversation on his cell phone, pacing outside and in & out of his apartment. Approx. 15 minutes later…he returned to the shuttle. He said he was looking for his cell phone charger and it took him that long to find it…but, I knew better. He left me in the shuttle, alone for 15 minutes, recovering from general anesthesia, its’ side effects, bleeding from the incisions and the pain from the oral surgery was starting to set in. This is completely unacceptable.I strongly felt I was not able to rely on, trust or feel safe during this experience. The driver was extremely unprofessional and unprepared… from talking on his hand- held cell phone for an extended period of time while driving… to driving to his residence to get his cell phone charger and leave me unattended in the shuttle…pain setting in, all the while, he was walking around, chatting on his cell phone on a personal phone call regarding another job/company.In Albuquerque, it is illegal to use a hand-held cell phone while driving. Distracted driving is NEGLIGENCE and the driver put my life in danger. I expect better; especially from a medical transport organization who pride themselves on experience, professionalism and “highly-trained” drivers. Patients deserve respect, safety and care & concern. The organization emphasizes being highly trained and experienced in healthcare transportation management; however this is not something I experienced; very disappointing & disconcerting.Neglect, unprofessional-ism, unpreparedness, disconcerting...I hope this incident serves as learning experience for the driver(s) and Albuquerque EMT and they understand the importance of integrity, responsibility, reliability and respect.

Most reliable medical transport we have ever used!

They messed up my transport all month long. They also set pick up days when i had no appointments set. They kept sending me a wheel chair van when i kept asking for a normal van to get in. Telling drivers not to pick me up because i wont get into wheelchair van because i have limited mobility to climb into wheel chair van. Days i actually had appointment they didnt have me set up for pickup.

Horrible service! Transport drivers were very rude, unprofessional, drove dangerously fast and reckless, one even looked high!

These People are the worst I am a elderly person and I have a lot of elderly friends and for a 8 mile ride they wanted to charge me a exact total of $99.98 for a round trip I don’t know many people that can afford these prices
