I highly recommend. I wish Id called them sooner. My aluminum sliding door was grinding along the track. Reasonable prices. Friendly and quick. My technician knew what he was doing. So glad I called rather than doing it myself. (I thought I was going to need to take the entire door apart. His solution was MUCH simpler.) He had all the parts needed in his truck.

The sliding door on our new house was not functioning properly shortly after we moved in. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire door for around $5000 to $10000 . We had Sean from all pro glass come out and fix our door. What a great job he did. The door now slide with little effort and did it for a fraction of replacement.

Have dealt with All-Pro for many years for various window/screen issues and they have always done a great job, not only that they are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with and also they have great dogs.

Actually, replacement screen wasnt put on that well. The excess screen wasnt trimmed very well either. I had to trim it myself before installing. I asked them to inspect the frame before the screen was replaced. They said it was fine but when I went to install it the top of frame was actually warped by the rollers. I took them at their word but in reality I should have just trusted my own judgment and had them replace that section. Would I go back if I needed to replace the whole screen door? Yes, because anyone can have a bad day...

Working with this company was a pleasant experience. I needed to have patio door glass replaced and their phone estimate matched their on-site estimate. The work was done on time, quickly and efficiently. Everybody is friendly, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company for any glass work that you might need.

One of the best glass shops Ive ever dealt with. Having to do a complete customized part they went the extra mile to also help design and add to a fixture that I made for them to use. They took the time to really understand my project and I would highly recommend them for your everyday needs and our specialty items.

They did a fantastic job on making screens for 120 year old windows sight unseen. They precisely followed the measurements I could produce and the screens fit perfectly. Im very pleased with their work.

Had everything I needed.

I have called this company on 3 separate occasions for two different houses. One was for repair of several high end windows and they came out and quoted $6000. The other two calls were for replacement of a foggy window. I spoke with Mike on the two latter calls and was willing and ready to pay whatever the cost to replace the fogged glass and he quoted it up and said that scheduling would call me back to get me in the schedule. After 10 days and no call I called them back and he had no record or recollection of speaking with me or quoting me and could only find quote for the other house for $6000. Fine, I got lost in his shuffle. He requoted me and said he would call me back to give me a schedule time. Guess what? No call back! Just tell me that you don’t want my business and I will go elsewhere. I could have had the dang window replaced in the several weeks this company has wasted my time. I have the feeling that if it was the $6000 quote I wanted to act on instead of the $400 one, I would have been put on the schedule.

I highly recommend All Pro Glass and Screen! I had been struggling to find a knowledgeable company to help with my window repairs until these guys. Their customer service is top notch, not to mention, they are honest and fair!

I called to ask about getting a quote to replace a broken window, and Mike who answered the phone was extremely rude. He assumed I had already spoken with him and was very condescending. I had not called his office before, but my office manager did as we are both trying to get quotes for a new window. He was mean, and stated that he is too busy. I get that they are busy, and thats great, but talking to someone on the phone the way he did to me is really unprofessional and uncalled for.

Just called to get information on how much it would cost to replace a window on my french door for the back yard. Spoke with some guy named “Mike”.. asked me for my address and told me to get the measurements and call him back... got the measurements, called back, spoke with him again told me that they weren’t the standard windows and if I wanted them fast had to call someone else. On top of that he told me we lived to far and they didn’t have enough trucks.Didn’t sound like he wanted my service... oh well to bad for him cause he lost business. Guess I’ll give Westside glass a call!!

I had called for a quite, was told they would call back, I calleds to follow up and spoke to Mike I believe who said they didnt handle emergency repair I 3xplained it wasnt emergency repair and he told me to call someone else. Very rude, either they want to make money or they dont? Why advertise repair if you arent willing to even provide a quote as advertised.
