Everytime I try to go on the website to pay my trash it takes me to a scam website and if you guys can please fix it because it would be nice to be able to check my trash bill online and pay it. Its hard for me to call you guys during the week to just pay it because I work, thank you for your time.

Editing my initial review, turns out their system has been down all day, they did email me to let me know when they were able to get through.Ive been trying to make a payment all day. The pay online takes me to a page that says error. I call and the line is busy, how am I supposed to make a payment?

Forced to use, what happened to LMORA. No bulk pickup, what a crock. Take to transfer station, how? Disabled folks can hang I guess.

So far Ive had no issues with the company or service, however I should mention that the website they give you to pay online, redirects to a scam website (does this happen to anyone else?) I specifically got the website address from a customer service rep as well & still the same problem. Other than that, great experience so far.

Why does it seem like every week their website directs you to a spam site? Wondering whats the point of having the website if its constantly a spam site that messes up our phones?

Biggest joke of a trash service ever!!! Ordered a large bin was told itd be delivered on Wednesday, after organizing help and paying for labor the trash bin did not arrive. Called office and they informed me they werent able to get the bin to me until Friday. Never once did they even attempt to communicate they couldnt get to me that day!

Unfortunately when theres only one company serving Rio Communities, you have to take their service. Recently moved, had cardboard boxes to discard. Called the company with plenty of time to organize extra bags pick up. The ladies at the office forgot to mention that the extra bags pick up would be done by a second truck. No knowing this, I dragged the bags outside at 6am and had them positioned as instructed. Then realized the truck did not take them and drag them inside. We contacted the company and learned the bags should be outside for the second truck. Dragged them outside again. I watched the second truck arrive, he parked as he was going to do the pick up and... he left leaving all the bags exactly where I left them. So, had to call the company again and finally this time they took the trash. This is an unnecessary process if you were dealing with professional personnel, customer service orientated. . But, if you live here, you have no other choice, so.... I paid for the extra service regardless... no apology offered....

Not informing of late pickup or non pickups, wind on 9-8-20 has over 10 trash cans blown over that would not have been put out in 60 mph wind. Only reason we have this company it was forced on whole community

Its okay, like that they dont play games, on hiring people straight to the point.

If you have a problem with your account the only way you find out is they dont pick up your trash.

Always late in afternoon for pick up..!! They tell us to have garbage out at 7am and dont get here till 2or3 pm!!

Worst experience

Unprofessional! They have raised my rate without giving a notice. When I called, Nicole claimed that she could no longer provide a letter about a rate change as it has been lost to a technology error. I have been calling and calling and calling and have been told a manager will call me. Any yet SHE DOES NOT! I cant say I am too surprised! Lets see if they call me now that I have given a review.GO WITH ANOTHER MORE RELIABLE, CONSISTANT, AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!
