I bought a couple of things from Buddy Furniture I feel like Ive been robbed by them I would not buy anything from them again you buy something they figure that youre going to be paying it off by the three months and then they turn around and they double it back up to more than what it supposed to they are the biggest rip-off also all the employee are liars. And plus they go through managers left and right every time I walk into the store I always get a dirty look so please stay away from the store

They set me up for a TV and playstation for 6 months. Then didnt do the contract right so here I am year and a half later almost at 3000 dollars I wouldnt recommend using buddies home furniture. The guy was fired how wrote up my contract that tells you something. I will not use or re commend this place to anyone.

Purchased ned. Then told they wont deliver for 4 days. When i wanted to pick it up they said that how can they be sure i gave the correct address. I would not be allowed to pick it up because maybe i am going to steal it. They had already taken a credit card down payment. Wont deliver bed until 4 days later and wont let me cancel. They will screw you over.

The manger and the employees give really bad service. They took money out of my bank account when they had no need too. And when I went to go talk to them they were trying to come up with an excuss . They also laughed at us when we were on our way out. Its very disrespectful to be laughing at your clients and not giving them the respect. A very horrible experience, I well never go buy anything at buddies ever again.

Have had an ok experience with Buddys. Have rented & paid off several things. Staff is friendly & informative. The only thing I find disappointing is your first payment is Ten dollars more than what they tell you from the beginning. They say its to get you to the date of your payment that was preset to begin with...

Used them on and off for several years always a great experience most of my furniture is from them and gonna be heading back soon for appliances

Horrible managemet, I my self am a resturaunt manager and I have to say buddys is way below expectations. Their commercials and specials are what i would call cover-up, to what they are really about. My mother inlaw was being scammed so much by them, taking 200$ plus from her account when yet her contract says her payments are only 145. My mother inlaw osnt the only that was mistreated or scammed my wife as well was being put thru the same i my self had to help her cause they were chargong her more then her contract said. I told her let me see paperwork, so i reviewed it and numbers were all over the place. So i told my wife to return everything before they rob you more of your money. So she called and told them she didnt wanna deal with them anymore. They gave my wife a run around for a whole month, until they picked up their stuff. I really hope the rest of you please take my review into consideration on who you will be dealing with.

They are always changing my payment date and the amount. Worst service since they changed to buddys. Homesmart was way better with way better service.

I cant even give the Belen Homesmart a start. This place is horrible! They are rude and mess up the items to get from them. I have them on video throwing couches around. I will be posting the video. No one likes to help you when they tore my couches but still wanted payment. The guy who picked up my stuff was very rude and wanted to fight my husband.

If you dont like buddys its because you didnt pay your dam bill this store is great the staff is great just pay your dam bills stop talking bad about this place I love them and atleast they dont have bed bug furniture

Excellent customer service

Management is horrible for starters, the few office personnel they have on staff are very lazy, all they want to do is sit at the desk making calls to customers or looking at theyre cell phones . If you need help with making a payment or trying to order something different, no one is willing to get out the seat to help . Its just a sorry experience to have to deal with when your trying to spend money with them . My personal advice is go to Conns .
