Legit. Right of redemption. They bought my rights to my foreclosed house that I had renters in that abandoned the place and they paid me $2000. Easy process. Super nice people. During the foreclosure of my home I was contacted, via mail, by multiple realtors and real estate companies. Each offered to purchase my redemption rights. Maybe good realtors but unfriendly to neighbors of the properties they flip. Their subcontracted workers are kind. Unfortunately, we have only dealt with pretentious and rude staff.
