Councilors are great! Receptionist staff could be better. I had to nag them to sign me up on the text reminder. They are also pretty rude on the phone.

I just called to set up an appointment for my 11 year old daughter and they don’t have anyone taking children at the moment. They don’t have a waiting list. My opinion is a system or a waiting list should be in place.

I have been to multiple counseling centers. This place hands down is the best care I have ever received!!

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I scheduled my first appointment over the phone and it took less than 5-7 minutes. I’ve been seeing my counselor for over a year and she has helped me cope, heal, and find my inner strength. I’m so thankful for this place.

Great staff and therapists. :) They see children as well as adults. Accepts most insurance and have great hours. The fact that they are Christian based makes it even better.

Our son was dropped from care as well when we needed it the most.As a strong Christian family heavily involved in a local church for many, may years, it was very disappointing and not Christ like or biblical. We showed up for an appointment and we were notified. Even the CCP counselor was shocked and he was not aware that our son had been dropped. We used another Christian counselor outside of this place locally and we had major success! The new Christian counselor was just as shocked at why we were dropped. Our son is thriving beyond belief. We are so grateful God provided this amazing person of God to help our family. Unfortunately, it was not Christian Counseling Professionals. Johanna Garcia is who I see and she is very insightful. The advice she has provided me have been a huge help from personal problems to spousal and parenting. She is very relatable while still not being unprofessionally friendly. Dont let her age put you off.

Best place ever I’m not good about talking to people but Cynthia Taylor and Her Husband Tom made it extremely easy I no longer go to counseling but I do miss talking with Cynthia and Tom was wonderful with my son These are very Gifted and Blessed people I had the pleasure of talking with I don’t think there will ever be another person I feel as comfortable talking with like Cynthia and my son says the same about her Husband Tom 😊

For some reason my original review has been deleted. Received a letter telling me they will no longer see me because I missed an appointment. I had an emergency surgery and when I called to tell them after my surgery, they were really rude, didn’t act like Christians and refused to listen to any thing I had to say. They also had me on too many medications. Ever since Bobby Anderson left, their counselors haven’t been the same. There’s nothing Christian about this place and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it!

I have been a CCP client for months. Also have been to other counselors offices. I feel that the staff at CCP are among the best in their field and definitely top notch.

My friend has suffered since receiving care from this facility. After prescribing medications, they did not provide adequate follow-up care while having adverse reactions. I would also argue they did not provide appropriate care while transitioning medications as my friend was having side effects during this time. She has suffered greatly for nearly two years. Instead of following her through this process or, at the very least, referring to more experienced doctors, she was dismissed from their care with a letter. Please reconsider receiving care from this facility.

I was not a patient of Christian Counseling Professionals, however, My friend was a patient at Christian Counseling. They recklessly administered drugs to her for her depression. It is a now a year later, her brain is damaged from the drugs, her life is ruined, and she expresses suicidal thoughts constantly. They would not take responsibility for their actions. Whatever you do, do not allow them to administer drugs to you.

Great Counselors, however seemed to have last minute scheduling cancelations with my provider...
