I had the privilege of being met at my bedside in the hospital by one of the advocates after my domestic violence event. It was such a comfort to know there was a group of people who had my back without being aggressive or too assertive in the delicate situation. They took care of finding me a counselor. They helped me apply for assistance and gave me so many resources. And even helped me look for a job and make a resume. And they did it all with total respect and kept me safe and were very careful about not disrupting my daily life. My gratitude for what they do for me runs deep. 🦋🧡

Took a long time to get in, even though I was the only one in the waiting room for a little more than an hour. But once I did get in they were very helpful. I talked to a blonde girl with tattoos and glasses and a psychology degree that was very smart and down to earth. I feel like she really got me, I would definitely recommend her. I think her name might have been Riley? But I could be wrong, I cant say for sure. Anyway she was a very good person to talk to, gave me a lot of useful info and wasnt just playing games and following some script o or whatever, she really listened and heard what I had to say. I felt a lot better leaving than I did going in.

This a posting from Elizabeth Shoemaker. I’m disgusted at the way me and my friend were treated here. Detective Neil is judgemental, immediately accusing me of being high cause I was falling asleep in the waiting room. After what me and my friend have been through, anyone would be falling asleep from the stress. She came in the lobby almost crying. What was she crying about? No idea, probably the assumption that I was high. I WASN’T and I take great offense to that and the crying? She needs to get a hold of her emotions, how weak and unprofessional! She was immediately saying accusations like they were fact to my friend! We gave security cameras! I’m never going back there. She’s accusatory and makes judgements without any proof or any other persons side of the story. How on earth did she even get that job?

Horrible service. I was victimized by an narcicisstic ex-girlfriend and they wouldnt assist me because she went there first with all lies. They said it would be a conflict of interest without even listening to the truth, which I can prove.
