We have had a Thyssen home elevator for ten years. Our service provider moved and we had difficulty finding a new provider in our area, and we have not been able to open the elevator for weeks. We called Thyssen forhelp, and they were dismissive and not helpful at all. Why sell elevatorsto people in areas where service is difficult? Why install home elevatorsthat get stuck almost overtime the electricity goes out? I have a disabilityand it is a problem, when this elevator gets stuck.
